Kapitel 16

Zhang Wen was about to rush over to help Zhu Mingshi when suddenly, he felt a chill run down his back, and a tremendous, inexplicable sense of terror surged through him. Before he could react, with a "whoosh," he felt a sharp pain in his neck as a pair of incredibly strong, bloody hands gripped his neck from behind. "Hahahaha!" With a "whoosh," as the exorcism knife pierced the vampire monk's chest, a cloud of eerie white smoke erupted from his chest. "Ouch!" the vampire monk let out a terrifying, eerie scream, released Zhang Wen, and collapsed to the ground. He struggled eerily for a few moments, still emitting white smoke, before going still. With a "whoosh," the vampire's entire body inexplicably transformed into a thick, paste-like mass of blood that dispersed in all directions!

Zhang Wen bent down and pulled back the exorcism knife. He looked at this unbelievable scene with horror, and his scalp tingled all over!

Before he could think further, Zhang Wen heard a whoosh behind his head. He hurriedly turned around and saw a terrifying monk's head flying in mid-air, its blood-red maw opening wide as it lunged at him. This was one of the heads that had bitten Zhu Mingshi!
