Chapter 2 Slaying Gods and Demons

The birth of Pangu signifies that the peaceful days in the chaos will be gone forever.

Because the first great calamity, the calamity of creation, is about to begin.

Having lived in this place for countless years, Xiao Ning had already figured out the general situation.

Looking at the gods and demons who were born countless years before Pangu, although Xiao Ning could not discern their realms, each of them possessed a refined aura that instilled a sense of awe and fear.

However, their height is all less than 100,000 zhang. Only the Ten Great Gods and Demons, namely the God of Time, the God of Space, the God of Destiny, the God of Creation, the God of Cause and Effect, the God of Destruction, the God of Five Elements, the God of Light and Darkness, the God of Life and Death, and the God of Yin and Yang, are the strongest and tallest.

These ten gods and demons were 99,999 feet tall.

However, Pangu directly broke through the 100,000-zhang limit, reaching 129,600 zhang.

This shows how capable he is.

The reason why Pangu was the last to be born is because the Great Dao is impartial, giving other gods enough time to develop. If they are still not as good as Pangu, then they should die.

Moreover, Pangu was born with three treasures: the Pangu Axe, the Thirty-Six-Petaled Creation Lotus, and the Creation Jade Disc.

Each one is a treasure of chaos.

The Great Derivation Number is fifty, its use is forty-nine, and one is omitted.

The number of heaven and earth is fifty-five, and the Great Dao has evolved into fifty, among which five supreme Great Daos are hidden and do not appear.

These fifty-five supreme paths have further branched into countless other paths, evolving into countless gods and demons, each of whom wields one of these paths.

However, the Heavenly Way is complete at forty-nine and fifty, therefore the Heavenly Way is not perfect and needs to be perfected by aligning with the Dao.

The five hidden supreme paths are: Creation, Destruction, Destiny, Chaos, and Annihilation!

Creation is the creation of everything, chaos is the bearing of everything, destiny is the control of everything, destruction is the destruction of everything, and world annihilation is the destruction of everything!

Corresponding to these five supreme paths are five primordial treasures born from these paths.

The Thirty-Six Grade Chaos Green Lotus, also known as the Creation Green Lotus, contains the Great Dao of Creation. The Chaos Green Lotus gave birth to Pangu. Pangu was not simply a controller of the laws of power. What is most extraordinary is that his body was directly conceived from the Great Dao of Creation.

The Great Dao of Destruction corresponds to Pangu's Axe. The axe's body is formed from the Great Dao of Destruction, thus it can break through the chaos and create the primordial world.

The Great Dao of Destiny corresponds to the Jade Disc of Creation, which governs the cause and effect, past and present lives of countless beings in the primordial world.

This is also why Hongjun was able to unite with the Heavenly Dao after obtaining the Jade Tablet of Creation.

The Great Dao of Chaos corresponds to the Chaos Pearl!

What is chaos? The extremes of time and space, up, down, left, and right, the endlessness of time and space is chaos!

This is also why Xiao Ning knew that the Chaos Pearl could suppress the origin of chaos, and that its interior formed a chaotic space.

The final path to destruction corresponds to the Great Millstone of Annihilation.

This treasure has never appeared before, but when it does appear, it will be the moment when an immeasurable calamity arrives. When the primordial energy of heaven and earth withers, the calamity energy fills the sky, and the resentment of living beings does not dissipate, the Great Millstone of Annihilation will absorb the endless calamity energy and resentment and be born, thus annihilating the world and repeating the chaos of the primordial chaos at the beginning of creation!

These five supreme paths gave birth to five Chaos Treasures, each of which has fifty-one restrictions.

As far as Xiao Ning knew, every innate spiritual treasure in the primordial world had a corresponding restriction.

The first 12 restrictions are low-grade innate spiritual treasures;

The 13th to 24th restrictions are mid-grade innate spiritual treasures;

The 25th to 36th restrictions are considered top-grade innate spiritual treasures;

The 37th to 48th restrictions constitute top-grade innate spiritual treasures;

The 49 restrictions are innate treasures;

The 50 restrictions are Chaos Spiritual Treasures;

The 51 restrictions are the chaotic treasures born from the five Great Daos.

Regardless of grade, all innate spiritual treasures contain an innate, indestructible spiritual light.

Therefore, innate spiritual treasures are not affected by the erosion of time, and even if they are damaged, they can repair themselves and are almost eternally indestructible.

Once acquired, spiritual treasures lose their ability to repair themselves. Not only can they not repair themselves automatically, but they will also be eroded by time and turn into ashes.

There are only five Chaos Treasures in the entire Chaos, and Pangu possessed three of them, which further demonstrates his power.

"Then what am I, really? One of the three thousand gods and demons? No, that's not right either. What is the meaning of my existence?"

Xiao Ning thought of this problem again.

Whether it is Pangu or the three thousand gods and demons that have already been born, they all have their own opportunities, inheritances, and missions.

But Xiao Ning has not yet found the meaning of his existence.

He held his head in his hands, racking his brains, but couldn't figure it out no matter what he thought of!

Time passed, and I don't know how much time has gone by.

The vast and boundless chaos that once gave birth to him now appears extremely oppressive to Pangu.

"Boom!"

The entire chaos trembled!
