Kapitel 231

The young wizards present looked at Professor Quirrell with complicated expressions.

Quirrell was also confused. What was going on? Why was everyone so calm? This was making me very embarrassed.

"Trolls! I think you should know about them."

After saying that, Quirrell promptly followed the script and fainted.

"No way, Professor Quirrell is teaming up with George and the others to at least trick us?"

The Gryffindor students, watching the unconscious Professor Quirrell, continued eating and drinking as usual.

In the professors' seat, Dumbledore frowned slightly, then gave a look to McGonagall and the other professors.

McGonagall and the others quickly left the restaurant and began searching for the troll Quirrell had mentioned.

At the Ravenclaw table, Hao Yun stood up and looked at Gryffindor.

After searching carefully, Hao Yun frowned; Hermione was not there.

"I have something to do, so I'll go out for a bit."

After saying goodbye to the girls, Hao Yun slipped out of the restaurant.

"I was so busy playing with George and the others that I forgot about the Halloween storyline."

With a sudden thought, Hao Yun headed straight for the women's restroom.

Upon arriving at the women's restroom, Hao Yun discovered that the giant monster was not there, so he reached out and knocked on the restroom door.

Hermione, are you in there?

The toilet was quiet; there wasn't a sound.

"That's not right. This should be the bathroom. Did Hermione move to another place?"

Hao Yun frowned and left, intending to go find the giant monster first.

As Hao Yun walked away, the bathroom door slowly opened, and Hermione, with tears streaming down her face, peeked out.

"I can't let him see me in such a disheveled state."

Turning back to the bathroom, Hermione turned on the tap to wash her face.

Knock knock!

There was a knock at the door. Hermione wiped the water droplets from her face, wondering if Hao Yun had returned.

Just as Hermione was about to open the door, the wooden bathroom door was smashed to pieces with a loud bang.

A gigantic monster, reeking of a foul stench, barged into the toilet.

"ah!"

Hermione let out a piercing scream, startling the troll who had burst into the bathroom. He took a step back and stared in astonishment at the tiny creature in front of him.

The troll was puzzled as to how this little thing could make such a loud noise.

The troll, bursting with curiosity, reached out to grab Hermione, intending to study her closely.

Terrified, Hermione saw the giant reach out and quickly ducked under the pool to hide.

The troll, whose intelligence was appalling, scratched his head blankly when he saw Hermione disappear.

Huh? Where's that little one?

After thinking for a moment, the giant started smashing things with the wooden stick.

Hermione, who was hiding beneath the pool, was forced to crawl out.

The target appeared, and the troll grabbed Hermione with its left hand.

"Help!"

Hermione struggled desperately while shouting for help.

Suddenly Hermione remembered that she was a wizard and could save herself, so she took out her wand and cast a levitation spell on the troll.

Hermione currently knows three spells: Healing, Polymorph, and Levitation.

Unfortunately, these three spells were of no use to the troll.

The spell failed, and Hermione was in despair. She had read about trolls in a book.

Trolls are magical creatures with incredibly strong bodies that can resist most spells. Their only weakness is their low intelligence.

The troll, bursting with curiosity, grabbed Hermione and brought her close to his eyes to examine her from all angles.

Seeing that Hermione remained silent, he reached out and poked her twice.

Is it dead? How fragile.

When the troll saw that Hermione didn't react, he thought he had crushed her to death, so he flung her hand and was about to throw her into his mouth.

No!

Hermione screamed and grabbed the troll's finger to avoid falling into its mouth.

"Levitation Spell!"

Hao Yun barged into the women's restroom and cast a levitation spell on Hermione.

When the giant saw someone break in, it swung its wooden stick at Hao Yun.

Hao Yun quickly retreated and pointed his wand at the giant.

"Flocks of birds!"

A flock of small birds appeared in front of the giant, flying around his head.

Deprived of its sight, the giant flailed its hands erratically, trying to swat the bird to death.

Taking advantage of the opportunity, Hao Yun ran to the troll's side, grabbed Hermione, and threw her out of the toilet.

"Let's get going!"

What will you do?

Hermione looked at Hao Yun with concern, but remained standing outside the door.

"Don't worry about me, just go on your way."

Hao Yun raised his wand and began casting spells at the giant.

Several spells were cast, but the giant remained unharmed.

Damn! This magic is too weak.

Without saying a word, Hao Yun threw a Fire Curse directly at him.

Flames rose up and enveloped the giant.

"It hurts! It hurts so much!"

The giant roared and became even more ferocious, sweeping its wooden stick several times and destroying most of the toilet.

Hao Yun, who had taken cover to the side, couldn't help but exclaim, "What incredible strength! If someone were hit by that, they would definitely die!"

Without him, Hao Yun felt that the savior trio would definitely be wiped out if they encountered the giant.

The giant monster with bloodshot eyes locked its gaze on Hao Yun and roared as it charged forward.

"Such high magic resistance!"

Hao Yun frowned, raised his wand, and prepared to use Avada Kedavra for a fatal blow.

Just as he was about to unleash the spell, Hao Yun remembered that he was at Hogwarts. If Dumbledore found out that he had used the Killing Curse, it would be a real problem. First of all, he wouldn't be able to explain where he had learned the spell.

Dodging the giant's hurled clubs, Hao Yun realized that apart from Avada Kedavra, he had no spells that could kill with a single blow.

"careful!"

Hermione shouted from outside the door, and Hao Yun looked up to see the giant monster throwing away the wooden golem and pouncing down with its arms outstretched.

Hao Yun narrowed his eyes, and the magic wand in his hand transformed into a sharp sword.

"cut!"

With a soft shout, Hao Yun left a trail of afterimages in mid-air.

Hao Yun landed, and the giant monster's head rolled off as well.

The professors, who had followed the trail left by the troll, couldn't help but applaud and cheer at Hao Yun's dashing demeanor.

Dean McGonagall came out and looked at Hao Yun with pride.

"Very good. You are the first student to defeat a troll on your own after enrolling. I think you deserve ten points for your bravery, no, twenty points!"

Chapter 287 Slaying the Giant

"Dean McGonagall, hello professors."

Hao turned around and transformed the sword back into a magic wand in his hand.

Among the crowd, Professor Quirrell smiled and nodded to Hao Yun in goodwill.

"You two should go back to the restaurant right away. We'll handle this."

Dean McGonagall smiled and patted the frightened Hermione, then had Hao Yun take her away.

Hao Yun didn't think much of it. Anyway, he had already killed the trolls, so he could leave the rest to the professor.

As he left, Hao Yun glanced at Professor Quirrell and couldn't help but mutter to himself, "This guy is really good at disguising himself. If I hadn't seen the movie, I wouldn't have suspected that he was the one causing trouble."

The troll that broke in tonight was let in by Professor Quirrell. He wanted to cause a commotion and then take the opportunity to steal the Philosopher's Stone.

Unfortunately, his plan was ruined by Hao Yun and his two companions.

"You were fighting the troll just now, were you alright?"

Hermione, who was following behind Hao Yun, stared at Hao Yun and asked in a low voice.

Hao Yun turned his head and glanced at her, then shook his head.

"If there's nothing else, you should go back. The banquet shouldn't be over yet."
