Kapitel 257

"Third-generation cards can actually increase skill damage!"

The young wizards were overjoyed. If they had the third generation of cards, would they be able to defeat the three legendary birds?

Hermione stepped out calmly from the crowd.

After observing for a day, Hermione discovered that the strength of the cards they had was nowhere near that of the Three Holy Birds.

The gap in raw power cannot be bridged by props.

The intelligent Hermione even suspected that it was all a trap set by Hao Yun.

The challenge of the Three Sacred Birds is just a ploy to entice young wizards to buy card packs.

"Hermione, aren't you going to buy the third generation card pack?"

After reading the poster, Ron began searching for Fred's whereabouts.

Hermione shook her head, indicating that she didn't need it.

Ron was getting anxious as he hadn't found Fred yet.

"That damn Fred! He said he was going to sell the third generation of card packs, where did he go?"

Harry is also searching for Fred, one of the people who challenged the Three Holy Birds during the day.

"Fred is there!"

Someone in the crowd shouted, and instantly the young wizards swarmed over.

Fred, standing in the professor's seat, calmly waved his hand.

"Please line up! The third-generation card packs are officially on sale. The card packs are still 10 silver Sickles. Please line up in an orderly manner to purchase them. There is plenty of stock, so please do not push!"

The young wizards with prior purchasing experience had already secured the best spots.

Of the young wizards present, only the first-year students seemed bewildered, standing there completely unsure of what to do.

Some enthusiastic older students began explaining the purchasing rules to them.

After learning what was happening, the first-year students joined the queue and started to line up.

There were only a few people eating at the Gryffindor table, including Hermione.

"Looks like you're going to make money again."

Hao Yun looked up at Hermione, then glanced at the crowd.

"You should make a little money. Why don't you buy the third-generation card pack?"

Hermione shook her head; she didn't like challenging the Three Holy Birds, and she just wanted to study peacefully in the library.

Are you disappointed that I'm not buying the third generation card pack?

Hao Yun laughed. There are at least a thousand people who buy card packs, and each person usually buys two or three packs. Do you think I would be short of money for your few card packs?

Seemingly sensing Hao Yun's thoughts, Hermione snorted and lowered her head to begin eating.

Card packs are selling like hotcakes, while Hao Yun remains unperturbed.

After the sale, Fred and George collapsed onto the table, exhausted, rubbing their arms and complaining incessantly.

"My hands are sore from collecting so much money."

"I'm in a much worse situation than you. I'm counting card packs, and now all I can think about is 1, 2, 3."

Hao Yun smiled and looked at the two of them.

"How about I find someone to help you?"

"Thanks, but we don't need it!"

Their answers were almost identical: they were experiencing both pain and pleasure.

The two of them will receive over three hundred Galleons from tonight's earnings, while their father, Arthur, only receives a little over twenty Galleons.

Chapter 315 Luna

As night fell, Hao Yun lay in bed, pondering what other herbs he might need.

Hao Yun categorized the herbs he obtained from Snape's Treasury, which could be used to refine several kinds of pills, but no matter which one he refined, the herbs were never complete.

It's either a lack of the main ingredient or a lack of the auxiliary ingredient.

Beep beep beep!

The jade in Hao Yun's arms sounded an alarm. After taking out the jade and looking at it, Hao Yun perked up. Someone had entered the secret room.

Hao Yun felt a slight sense of anticipation as he projected the scene of the secret chamber onto the jade.

In the washroom, a girl with long silver-gold hair lowered her head and uttered two words in Parseltongue before opening the entrance to the secret room.

Jumping into the pipe, the girl walked familiarly towards the secret room.

The sleeping basilisk smelled an unfamiliar scent, opened its eyes, and looked toward the entrance to the secret chamber.

"I am the heir to Slytherin, and I command you to obey my orders!"

The girl lowered her head and spoke in a low, serpentine voice.

The basilisk raised its head, glanced at the girl a few times, and a glint of cunning appeared in its eyes.

"You are the heir?"

"Yes! I am the heir to Slytherin, and you must obey my orders!"

"Why?"

The basilisk's answer infuriated the girl.

"hateful!"

A man's voice came from the girl's mouth.

Hao Yun, who was watching the video, wondered if Voldemort had some kind of twisted sense of humor.

In the movie, Voldemort chose Ginny.

Now, because of his appearance, the plot has taken a slight turn, but he still chose a girl as his host.

"You stupid snake, I am the heir, and you must obey my orders. Now I command you to kill all the young wizards with Muggle blood!"

Enraged, Voldemort berated the Basilisk in Parseltongue.

Hao Yun, who saw and heard all of this, couldn't understand Voldemort's thought process. Didn't he realize that the Basilisk was a highly intelligent magical creature?

In Voldemort's eyes, the Basilisk was merely a killing machine.

Voldemort, who subserviently believes in the supremacy of purebloods, is extremely arrogant and wouldn't bother to understand what the Basilisk is thinking.

The basilisk glanced at Voldemort, then turned over and went back to sleep.

You think you can order me to kill someone? You must be out of your mind. What kind of heir is this? Slytherin has never said that.

The lazy basilisk had only been teasing Voldemort before, but now that it had had its fill, it no longer bothered with him.

"What an idiot!"

After muttering a curse under his breath, Voldemort fell silent and controlled the girl's body as she walked out of the secret chamber.

Seeing Voldemort leave, Hao Yun thought for a moment and finally slipped out of the room to intercept him.

The body controlled by Voldemort is Luna, a first-year student who also appears in the movies; she is a rather eccentric and imaginative girl.

Upon arriving at the restroom, Hao Yun stood patiently outside the door.

Tap! Tap tap!

A crisp footstep sounded, and then the bathroom door slowly opened.

"hello!"

Hao Yun greeted him with a smile, and Voldemort, who was controlling Luna's body, was taken aback.

"Hello."

Voldemort replied calmly to Hao Yun, then prepared to quickly regain control of his body and return.

Voldemort, who wanted to be resurrected through the diary, did not know Hao Yun. The two remnants of Voldemort's souls that Hao Yun had killed earlier made Hao Yun realize that their memories were not shared.

"Luna, you're going back now. Your father told me to take good care of you."

After hearing Hao Yun's words, Voldemort's mind raced.

Damn it, it's someone I know. What should I do?

"Well, it's late now, I need to go back to sleep. Can we talk about it tomorrow?"

Voldemort's answer made Hao Yun burst into uncontrollable laughter.

"Have you forgotten our promise? We agreed to meet tonight."

Voldemort was so frustrated he felt like vomiting blood. Why hadn't Luna mentioned this to him?

"Oh? I was so busy today, I completely forgot."

The award-winning actor Hao Yun officially appeared online, a bitter look on his face as he spoke.

"Really? I can't believe you've forgotten something so important... sigh!"

Voldemort was sweating profusely. What was it? Tell me! How am I supposed to keep making things up if you don't tell me?

Oh no! I've managed to control my body and leave. What should I do if the little wizard I'm controlling remembers this tomorrow?

Holding his wand, Voldemort's eyes flickered. "Maybe I should give him a complete forgetfulness spell?"

Hao Yun, his playful spirits ignited, grasped Luna's hands and said affectionately.

"Have you forgotten the vows we made during the holidays? We agreed to meet tonight and elope together to escape this place."

Voldemort was dumbfounded. Are all young wizards these days so precocious?

No, what if the host runs away? I have to keep them calm.

"Ahem, of course I haven't forgotten, but we're still too young. Let's take things slowly and consider marriage after we graduate."
