Hell Demon - Chapter 6

Chapter 6

"Why don't I understand?"

Uncle Long replied with a wry smile, "It's really strange. Ever since I came to this hospital, I don't know why, but when I'm on night shift, I always feel like there's something scary about me. I always feel very cold. Really, without Ah Huang and Ah Chen with me, I really don't dare to do the night shift."

"Haha, and they don't need to be paid, they can work 24 hours a day. Uncle Long, with two wolfhounds like these, I believe even the most vicious thief wouldn't dare come here. By the way, where's Yu Zai?"

"That brat hasn't arrived yet, it's already eight o'clock." Uncle Long looked at his watch and said angrily.

"You'd better keep a close eye on these two dogs and make sure they don't hurt anyone."

"Don't worry, Dr. Lu, I'll be careful."

As the two were talking, the window of a dark, uninhabited ward on the fourth floor above the main building opened by itself inexplicably. Just then, Lu Manlin looked up and saw the window slowly opening. In the pale moonlight, he could not see any figure in the room.

"Maybe the wind blew it open!" Lu Manlin thought to himself as he turned back and walked towards the hospital building.

However, he was wrong. In that deserted, dark room on the fourth floor, a terrifying creature, invisible to the naked eye, leaned against the window, staring viciously at Lu Manlin below, emitting a low, eerie groan... Lu Manlin quickly took the elevator to the third floor. At the far west end of the third floor was his director's office; he needed to go there to change into his doctor's coat. He had locked the doors and windows when he left that morning.

For some reason, walking down the dimly lit corridor, illuminated by a series of white fluorescent tubes, Lu Manlin felt a strange sense of gloom. The air in the corridor seemed very cold and was distinctly different from the air in the lobby.

Most of the wards on both sides were closed. This floor originally had 26 rooms and 52 beds, but currently only about a dozen patients were staying there. A few nights ago, two elderly patients died mysteriously in their beds. In addition, some departing patients claimed that they heard voices talking to them in the middle of the night, but could not see anyone, so they refused to stay any longer. Coupled with the inexplicable suicides of two elderly nurses at home on this floor, a significant portion of the patients at New Conley Hospital have left.

When Lu Manlin arrived at his office door and was about to take out his key to open it, he suddenly heard a strange "creaking" sound coming from inside. For some reason, he had a feeling that the door wasn't locked! He quickly pushed the door open, and before he could react, a cold, eerie wind blew in his face, making Lu Manlin feel a chill run down his spine and his hair stand on end.

The gust of wind caused him to involuntarily take two steps back, his whole body stiff and frozen. He hurriedly went inside, turned on the light, and took a closer look. He was utterly stunned by what he saw. Good heavens! His office was in complete disarray. Paper scraps, documents, and books were scattered all over the floor. The ceramic horse figurine on the desk was overturned, teacups were overturned, the potted plants on the floor were lying on their sides, and all the drawers on the desk had automatically opened. All the windows in the room were open, and gusts of wind were blowing in, scattering scraps of paper everywhere. The entire office looked as if it had been completely turned upside down.

"Strange, I remember locking the windows and door this morning. Only I have the key to this room. How did it become like this?" Lu Manlin looked at the mess in the office and was shocked like never before. However, he had important work to do tonight, so he didn't have time to think about this unbelievable thing. He hurriedly closed the window, tidied up, and then changed into his doctor's work clothes with his name tag on.

Reply [22]: It turns out that he came back tonight intending to dissect the body of the middle-aged woman who died last night with intern Wang Ming, because he found the woman's death very strange. How could she have been so badly injured in the air-raid shelter for no apparent reason? What force caused it? He did not believe the strange stories told by security guard Yu Zai about the woman disappearing and being seriously injured in the air-raid shelter. He wanted to find out the cause of the woman's death because he was a responsible doctor.

Furthermore, he was furious about the inexplicable power outage last night, believing it was the responsibility of Director Bai, as he had heard rumors that Director Bai had used inferior products during the hospital's construction to save money. He suspected it might be a problem with the electrical panels in the operating room.

Lu Manlin quickly made a phone call to the underground autopsy room, where intern Wang Ming was waiting for him. The body had already been taken out of the cold storage.

Lu Manlin immediately left the office, hurriedly walked into the corridor, and headed towards the elevator. While taking the elevator down to the underground anatomy room, he talked with a nurse named Ayan.

"Dr. Lu, what are you doing back so late?"

"I need to perform an autopsy on the woman who died last night to determine the cause of death."

"Doctor," Ah Yan said with a look of fear, "there's something strange about that woman, do you know anything about it?"

"What is it?" Ayan hesitated for a moment and said, "Last night, that woman got into trouble while looking for her seven-year-old son, but this morning when her husband brought the priest to pray, the seven-year-old son was also there. Do you know where he went when that woman was looking for him last night?"

"He went there? Wasn't he missing?" Lu Manlin frowned. If that middle-aged woman hadn't been looking for her seven-year-old son yesterday, would she have escaped this fate? "He went to that rubble on the slope about a hundred meters from our hospital. The child told me this this morning."

"What? No way! It's so dark, how could a seven-year-old boy be so bold as to go so far away in the middle of nowhere?" Lu Manlin asked, puzzled. At the same time, he understood why the woman couldn't find her son last night.

“No, the child said that a group of talking pigs took him to play in the ruins and they played there until this morning, when his father finally found out.” Ayan said with a look of surprise.

“Girl, are you mistaken? Pigs can talk? That’s impossible!” Lu Manlin couldn’t help but laugh.

“No, the child said it was true. He also said that only he saw the pigs, while none of us could see them. The pigs walked into the hospital and took him to play in the ruins. They played until five in the morning and then the pigs disappeared. Dr. Lu, do you know what the hospital was originally?” Ayan’s face turned pale.

What is it?

"It was a pig slaughterhouse. I heard it was destroyed by fire for some reason. I'm scared. I'm afraid it's the ghosts of those pigs. It's too eerie, doctor!"

"Hahaha," Lu Manlin burst into laughter. "According to you, if so many animals die every day, wouldn't the whole world be full of ghosts?" He had always hated these superstitious things like ghosts and gods.

At the same time, with a "ding-dong," the elevator reached the underground lobby. Just before leaving, Ayan said her last words to Lu Manlin: "Doctor, I'm scared. That child also said that the talking pigs told him that there is an even more terrifying god living in our hospital, and that one day the god will kill everyone in the hospital."

"Haha, girl, I'm really scared. Why don't you become a Taoist nun who exorcises ghosts?" Lu Manlin laughed as she left the elevator.

Soon, after passing through the long corridor, Lu Manlin arrived at the underground dissection room, where a young doctor named Wang Ming with a small mustache was standing in front of the door waiting for him.

"Can we begin?" Wang Ming asked.

“Okay!” Lu Manlin nodded, and the two of them went in together… In the evening, Zhu Mingshi, carrying a large stack of documents, walked into Zhang Wen’s office.

According to Zhu Mingshi's report, Zhang Wen learned that Wang Tiansheng's background was extremely complicated. He made his fortune ten years ago by speculating in illegal foreign exchange futures and was rumored to have close ties with some criminal gangs. Due to his arrogance, he had made many enemies, and there were still more than a dozen unresolved real estate business disputes. It was estimated that finding the murderer would be very difficult.

"By the way, have you looked up any information about the ruins across from New Kangli Hospital?" Zhang Wen suddenly remembered the nightmare of the man in black.

"Yes, I checked with the Land Administration Department. It turns out that this ruin was a pig slaughterhouse ten years ago, built by a pork merchant in Dayaoshan."

"Pig slaughterhouse?" For some reason, Zhang Wen felt a strange sense of comfort upon hearing those three words.

"However, this pig slaughterhouse was completely destroyed by a fire just one month after it was built and opened. The fire killed a total of 28 workers and caused a sensation at the time!"

“Yes, I think I’ve heard about it before.” Zhang Wen remembered hearing a news report about a serious fire at a slaughterhouse in a remote area when he was in middle school.

“However,” Zhu Mingshi suddenly whispered, “Brother Wen, there’s actually some really scary inside information in this news. I found some never-before-seen documents in the police’s classified files. It’s really eerie!”

"What information?"

"There was only one survivor of that pig slaughterhouse fire. He told the police in the hospital that the night was terrifying. First, a red light entered the slaughterhouse in the middle of the night, then the fire broke out. He also said that during the fire, the pigs rushed out like madmen, attacking the workers, biting them, and sucking their blood. Finally, a large explosion of machinery caused a massive fire, and he was the only one who escaped. He said it was the work of evil spirits that caused the pigs to eat people and cause the fire. At the time, the police treated him as a mental patient and sent him to Castle Peak Hospital. Three days later, he inexplicably vomited blood and died. Later, even the slaughterhouse owner committed suicide by jumping off a building a month later. Inspector Zhang, this ruin is really eerie!"

"This is truly terrifying!" Zhang Wen felt a chill run down his spine. "Ashi, do you... do you believe that evil spirits really exist in this world?"

---Magpie Bridge Fairy

Reply [23]: "I don't know either. However, the police at the time invited a doctor who believed that the worker was hallucinating because he was the only one left after all his companions died in the fire, which caused him to have excessive mental stimulation and become mentally deranged. However, when he was sent to Qingshan Hospital, he was still shouting, 'There is a demon in Dayao Mountain, there is a demon in Dayao Mountain...' Of course, these are all old stories from ten years ago. Brother Wen, what does this ruin have to do with Wang Tiansheng's case?" Zhu Mingshi was obviously confused.

“I just wanted to investigate a few more clues,” Zhang Wen smiled.

"By the way, Brother Wen, I'm going to pick up girls tonight, so I'm going home now. Today was just too busy." Zhu Mingshi said and left. Zhang Wen was left sitting alone in the office, expressionless for half an hour. Suddenly, for some reason, his heart started pounding. He had a strange urge to go to the ruins of that slaughterhouse right now. He had a strange premonition that the ruins might tell him something.

"I'm going to go take a look!" Zhang Wen quickly called home to tell his wife, An Li, that he would be home later. An Li reluctantly agreed.

Zhang Wen hung up the phone. Suddenly, he felt as if someone was looking at him from outside the window. He instinctively turned his head to look out the window and saw that it was his own reflection in the window under the room light looking at him.

He smiled at his reflection, then went out... Under the cold, pale light, a naked female corpse, her body turned grayish-blue, lay on the cold steel morgue. The stainless steel on the platform gleamed with a metallic sheen under the light, carrying a chilling metallic luster.

Under Lu Manlin's command, Wang Ming, who had already put on gloves and a mask, picked up a scalpel. The scalpel flashed under the light, sending a chill down one's spine. He held the scalpel above the deceased's head, took a deep breath, and for some reason, the female corpse's eyes were wide open. He tried to close them several times but couldn't. He couldn't help but think of a legend that people who died unjustly or from misfortune died with such heavy resentment that they could not close their eyes in peace.

"Let's get started, Ah Ming." Lu Manlin could see that Wang Ming looked scared. He could have done it himself, but he wanted Wang Ming to have more opportunities to learn.

At Lu Manlin's signal, Wang Ming picked up a scalpel and began cutting from the pale, stiff chest of the corpse. With a crisp "swish-swish-pull," the gleaming scalpel sliced through the chest down to the lower abdomen, creating a long, deep gash.

Immediately, large clumps of bright red blood gushed from the cut skin of the corpse. At this moment, Wang Ming accidentally touched the gushing blood. Suddenly, Wang Ming let out a terrifying scream and involuntarily dropped the scalpel in his hand, groaning as he clutched his blood-stained fingers.

"Amin, what happened?" This startled Lu Manlin, who asked in alarm.

"This blood... this blood, it's as hot as boiling water, so hot..." Wang Ming screamed. Good heavens, the glove on his finger that had touched the blood was emitting frightening white smoke, and it had even been eroded by the heat, leaving a hole! He was really burned.

"How...how is this possible?" Lu Manlin screamed in terror. The body was stored in a refrigerator, how could the blood be as hot as boiling water, especially since it was a dead person.

He snapped out of his daze and looked at the dissection table. Good heavens, he was completely stunned by what he saw. He could hardly believe his eyes. Large plumes of hot, black smoke were hissing and rising straight up from the fissures in the dissected corpse. Huge clumps of human blood, now a strange green, were gushing out from the fissures along with the red blood in front, making a terrifying crackling and boiling sound. The boiling green blood was also splashing up clumps of foamy water, and eerie green smoke was rising from the blood. It was extremely terrifying and unbelievable!

"What...what...what's going on...?" Lu Manlin shouted involuntarily. He had never seen such a terrifying scene before. This was completely against the laws of science! An unprecedented sense of terror instantly rose from his feet to his head and his entire body. He quickly grabbed a long knife used for cutting bones, stepped forward, and carefully used the knife to pry open the crack in the chest and abdomen of the corpse. In an instant, he saw the internal organs of the corpse from chest to abdomen. My God, there were no internal organs at all. Lu Manlin stared in horror, his eyes wide with fear. The original heart, lungs, stomach and other internal cavities of the corpse were full of maggots. Large clumps of white maggots filled the entire internal cavity of the corpse. Puffs of black smoke rose from the gaps between the clumps of nauseating maggots, making a terrible squeaking sound. These maggots were unbelievably large, twice the size of normal. They seemed to be sucking the remaining entrails of the corpse with relish. Streams of boiling green blood flowed out from the wriggling maggots.

"Ammonia" This frightened Lu Manlin so much that he turned pale and retreated repeatedly. This was too terrible and completely unreasonable. Only a dead body left to rot in the wilderness for dozens of days would decompose into a body covered with maggots. But this person died just yesterday, and the body had been kept in a freezer. Maggots could not possibly survive there!

It was terrifying and bizarre. In an instant, Lu Manlin was covered in cold sweat. With a "thud," he stumbled backward and crashed into the cold wall. His scalp tingled. He instinctively felt that something was wrong. These maggots were strange, emitting an eerie aura.

Wang Minggang was relatively young and bold. Looking at the swarms of maggots wriggling all over the inside of the corpse, which was emitting black and green smoke, he couldn't help but approach on a strange, inexplicable instinct. His terrified eyes were wide open behind his mask. When he got above the corpse, the mask inexplicably came loose and fell off, but he ignored it and stared blankly at the horrific scene before him. The disgusting white maggots wriggling slowly inside the corpse emitted a series of dizzying, electric-like buzzing sounds in the green smoke.

"Teacher Lu, what's going on?" Before Wang Ming, who was standing dumbfounded in front of the corpse, could react, suddenly, with a terrifying "whoosh," a large swarm of white maggots flew out of the corpse's cavity like a shower of flowers. Immediately afterward, Wang Ming let out a chilling scream. With a "whoosh," a large swarm of white maggots instantly covered his head, and blood splattered everywhere from Wang Ming's face. My God, these white maggots were actually biting through his face and burrowing into his head!

---Magpie Bridge Fairy

Reply [24]: Wang Ming screamed horribly, his voice completely distorted, his hands frantically reaching for his head, trying to grab off the white maggots that were stinging him like wasps. In the blink of an eye, with another loud "bang," more white maggots swarmed from the corpse, like a waterfall of snow falling from the sky, one layer after another, instantly covering Wang Ming's head and hands, densely surrounding them. Large clumps of bright red human blood and brain matter poured out from between the layers of dense white maggots, staining some of the snow-white maggots red. My God, they had burrowed into Wang Ming's brain! It was absolutely terrifying!

Wang Ming let out an unprecedented, terrifying scream, like the howl of hell, swaying back and forth like a man covered in swarms of bees, as he walked towards Lu Manlin. Lu Manlin screamed in terror, scrambling and tumbling open the door, rushing into the long corridor outside, letting out a shrill, piercing scream: "Help! Help! Someone, come quick!"

The terrifying screams echoed from the corridor, rippling through the air of the underground lobby and shocking all the staff. The air on the smooth, white lobby floor seemed to shatter from the horrifying screams. Some patients who had just returned from a walk in the garden were so frightened that they collapsed to the ground, while nurses, caregivers, and doctors rushed towards the corridor of the autopsy room. They were all terrified by the screams. In an instant, an unprecedented atmosphere of terror and tension engulfed the entire lobby.

Wang Ming, whose body was covered with layers upon layers of white maggots, screamed wildly, emitting chilling and terrifying screams. He shook and waved his arms, which were covered with thick, fierce white maggots, and staggered out of the dissection room and into the corridor.

Several doctors and nurses who rushed to the front met Lu Manlin head-on. At the same time, they also saw Wang Ming screaming like a maggot-man monster behind them. This horrifying sight made them scream and run back to the lobby. One of the nurses even fainted on the spot.

Lu Manlin screamed and looked back as he scrambled away. Good heavens! Wang Ming's head, covered in a dense, thick mass of white maggots, was swaying and strangely emitting eerie white smoke. The maggots were gradually deforming, forming a thick, spherical honeycomb, slowly solidifying on Wang Ming's head. Wang Ming's head looked like a gigantic, swollen nest of maggots—utterly terrifying!

Wang Ming suddenly let out a scream and fell straight down on the cold ground, motionless, as if he had died on the spot!

The crowd watched nervously for a moment, then gathered around Wang Ming. Lu Manlin noticed that the thick swarm of white maggots covering Wang Ming's arms had inexplicably solidified like ice, transforming his arms into a pair of snow-white, eerie demonic arms twice their original size. "Grrr, grirr, grirr," the terrifyingly large, rough, snow-white arms slowly turned bluish-green, and dense blue hairs automatically sprouted from them. Simultaneously, "grirr, grirr," the maggot hands transformed into enormous demonic claws covered in sharp red nails; five long, sharp, sword-like claws replaced the original five fingers. Good heavens, it was like a werewolf transformation in a horror movie! However, since Wang Ming was lying face down on the ground without moving, Lu Manlin could not see any changes in Wang Ming's face. But the huge white spider web-like structure covering the back of Wang Ming's head, resembling a spherical insect nest, was terrifying, making Wang Ming's head look twice as big as before. This was extremely frightening and made Lu Manlin feel an unprecedented fear.

A bold nurse approached, intending to turn and support Wang Ming, whose head and arms had grown to enormous size, resembling a monster. Suddenly, Wang Ming let out a chilling, devilish howl, like a wolf's cry. In an instant, he spun around and frantically grabbed the nurse. Before anyone could react, his enormous, devilish hands snapped her head off with a resounding "crack." Large gushes of blood gushed upwards from her severed neck like a high fountain, instantly splattering Wang Ming's upper body. With a horrifying, excited scream, Wang Ming tossed the bloodied, still-frightened, and terrified nurse's head behind him, simultaneously raising his gigantic face towards the surrounding crowd.

Suddenly, everyone around saw Wang Ming's face. They were terrified at first glance, but upon seeing it, they all let out a series of sharp, horrified screams. Good heavens! Wang Ming's face had transformed into a gigantic, white, terrifying demonic face covered with countless tiny holes. On this deformed, grotesque insect-nest face were two enormous, protruding, lantern-like eyes emitting a blindingly bright red light. A gaping maw filled with long, protruding fangs emitted excited cries, and large clumps of blood and green smoke gushed from its mouth. Terrifying, curved wrinkles, formed by the deformed swarm of maggots, covered the head of the giant, spherical white insect nest.

Wang Ming, now transformed into the head of a giant white worm nest, emitted a series of loud, heavy, and terrifying breathing sounds, his hideous amoeba-like nose spewing out plumes of white vapor. My God, Wang Ming had been transformed into a demonic monster by this horde of terrifying maggots!

"Wow!" Wang Ming, now transformed into a demon, let out a terrifying scream, leaping into the air. Incredibly, he flew straight overhead, and simultaneously, with a "bang," all the lights and electricity in the hospital went out automatically, plunging the entire lobby into darkness. Terrified, everyone screamed and scattered, throwing the entire hospital into chaos!

"Hahaha!" Wang Ming, now transformed into a worm-faced demon, let out a heavy, echoing, terrifying laugh. His eyes, glowing with a blinding red light in the darkness, flew straight through the dark air like a zombie, skimming over the scattered crowd, and landing directly in front of a fire extinguisher box more than twenty meters away. Before a male caregiver standing next to the box could even scream, Wang Ming slapped him with his enormous, tree-thick ghostly hand, sending him flying backward for more than ten meters before crashing into the metal pole of a cart with a loud "boom." His head exploded instantly, and he died on the spot! The cart and the man overturned to the ground, blood splattering everywhere!

"Hahaha," Wang Ming let out a sinister and terrifying laugh, pointing his giant ghostly hand at the fire extinguisher box. With a "bang," a gleaming fire axe inside the box miraculously flew open the glass door on its own, sending shards flying. The axe, as if receiving an invisible command, spun and flew into Wang Ming's hand.

---Magpie Bridge Fairy

Reply [25]: As soon as he received the fire axe, Wang Ming immediately leaped high and landed in front of a screaming bald old patient. Before the patient could react, with a "crack", Wang Ming swiftly swept the patient's waist with the axe. "The patient let out a scream on the spot. His entire upper body, along with the splattered blood, was swept up by the huge force of the axe and flew backward into the dark sky. It was extremely terrifying!"

With a low, devilish laugh, Wang Ming, now a demon, raised his axe. His glowing eyes shot out two blood-red beams of light, sweeping across the fleeing crowd in the darkness! Then, like a demon appearing, he slid automatically across the ground, his legs still, and roared as he chased after the fleeing crowd, hacking and slashing wildly. In an instant, the hospital lobby transformed into a terrifying hellish slaughterhouse! With each chop, Wang Ming's axe flew through the air.

A scream instantly rang out in the terrifyingly dark hall. A female patient, unable to dodge in time, was cleaved in two vertically by Wang Ming's axe as he flew through the air. Blood gushed like a waterfall, staining the surrounding walls—a truly horrifying sight! [The text then abruptly shifts to a seemingly unrelated anecdote:] ...a bloody spray, like a waterfall, splattering onto the surrounding walls...a truly gruesome scene!

With a sharp crack, another nurse's head was cleaved off by Wang Ming, now a demon, with a single axe stroke. Blood splattered across the ground once more. The headless, bleeding body, unable to withstand the invisible, terrifying force of Wang Ming's strike, spun straight through the air and crashed into the chandelier on the ceiling! Instantly, blood rained down, the blood-soaked corpse and the chandelier cascading back to the ground like a waterfall, blood and fragments scattering everywhere! Wang Ming's thick, insect-like face contorted with savage horror as he let out another devilish, triumphant roar!

"What is it! What is it!" With a shout from outside the lobby door, security guards Uncle Long and Yu Zai rushed in, batons in hand. They had clearly been drawn to the lobby by the sudden power outage and the horrifying screams.

With a "whoosh," before Long Bo and Yu Zai could react, a row of sofas next to them, meant for resting, inexplicably swept across the floor on their own. With a "thud," the two were knocked down in the darkness. Long Bo, along with his stick and the sofa, tumbled toward the door! Yu Zai, on the other hand, was knocked to the ground by the incredibly powerful impact of the sofa and slid straight toward Wang Ming, who was flashing a red light in the darkness and carrying a sharp axe.

With a whoosh, Yu Zai glided straight across the ground for over ten meters, landing right in front of Wang Ming's face. He looked up and could hardly believe his eyes. Standing before him was a humanoid monster dressed in a white doctor's coat, its eyes glowing red, and its face resembling a demonic insect's head! The axe it wielded gleamed menacingly in the darkness, and its red eyes shot out two beams of flashlight-like red light, viciously shining them onto Yu Zai's face! A crimson glow, utterly terrifying!

"Monster!" Before Yu Zai could finish shouting, Wang Ming, who had transformed into a demon, opened his long fanged mouth with a "whoosh" and spat a mouthful of bloody human blood onto Yu Zai's face!

With a "whoosh," Yu Zai's face was splattered with Wang Ming's demonic blood. Instantly, Yu Zai let out a horrifying scream that ripped apart one's very soul. A cloud of red smoke rose from his face, and after the smoke cleared, hundreds of horrifying red tumors inexplicably sprouted on Yu Zai's face! Before he could scream again, "thud thud thud," these countless bean-shaped tumors exploded on their own, instantly blasting Yu Zai's face apart, flesh and blood flying everywhere, skin and bone fragments scattering in all directions! He died a gruesome death on the spot!

"Wow!" Wang Ming let out a triumphant howl with his devilish face. With a "whoosh," he raised the fire axe again and spun into the air in the darkness, flying into the lobby.

Taking advantage of the chaos, Lu Manlin rushed out of the hall. Behind him, the dark hall had transformed into a terrifying hellish slaughterhouse. As Wang Ming let out a horrifying scream, his terrifying figure, flashing red light, flew back and forth in the dark hall, hacking and slashing wildly with his axe. Wherever he passed, there were only sharp and horrifying screams. My God! This was simply a massacre!

As Lu Manlin rolled to the open space outside, a white Toyota sped in and screeched to a halt in front of him! [The text then abruptly shifts to a seemingly unrelated anecdote:] ...a white Toyota... ...

It turned out that he had come to the ruins opposite the hospital on a whim that night. Just as he was about to get out of the car to go to the ruins, he suddenly saw that the brightly lit hospital in the distance suddenly went out automatically. Then a series of screams that made people's hair stand on end came out. Zhang Wen immediately knew that something big had happened at the hospital, so he immediately drove over as fast as possible!

"What happened? Don't be afraid, I'm a police officer!" Zhang Wen shouted, stopping Lu Manlin in his tracks.

"It's insane! It's insane! An intern doctor has gone mad and is killing people like crazy! Go and stop him!" Lu Manlin screamed, her voice distorted!

"Find a safe place to protect yourself!" Zhang Wen shouted, then charged into the dark lobby with his gun.

Zhang Wen leaped through the door and tumbled into the dark hall floor. All around him, in the pitch black, a cacophony of screams and groans erupted like a madman! Even Zhang Wen, a seasoned policeman, felt a chill run down his spine! By the eerie, pale moonlight streaming into the hall from outside, he could vaguely make out a figure in a doctor's uniform, eyes glowing red, wielding an axe and frantically chasing and hacking at people! The floor was covered in splattered blood and the faint outlines of severed, bloodied limbs—a truly horrifying sight!

After chopping another patient to death with an axe, the crazed Wang Ming, with a "whoosh," saw Zhang Wen the instant he turned around. With a terrifying howl that tore through the air, he flew straight into the air, his axe in hand, covering a distance of more than ten meters, and pounced on Zhang Wen! At the same time, his huge demonic face appeared in front of Zhang Wen in an instant!
