He had listened to Lily's words and learned about Panz's cooking skills, and he was extremely looking forward to the heavenly cuisine.

"What?! I just wanted to eat meat." Luffy asked, puzzled, as he got up from the ground.
"Haha, it's alright, let me handle these sea kings! I'll let you eat your fill!" Panz was very happy.
"Great, I can have a big meal! Haha! I can't wait!" Lin Qing's mouth was watering.
"Also, don't call me Long. I have a name. Call me Lin Qing."
"Oh, Lin Qing."
Sanji then linked all the Sea Kings together and finally tied them to the giant raft.
The group headed towards the nearest small island with a volcano, intending to eat heavenly cuisine (volcano cuisine).

Just then, a white cloud blocked out the sun, and without the sunlight, Luffy could see the figure clearly.
Perhaps it was an illusion, but Luffy saw a shirtless man with a white beard tattooed on his back and wearing an orange cowboy hat, squatting quietly there.
Luffy could hardly believe his eyes: "Ace, is that you? You're still alive?" Ignoring his large belly, Luffy ran straight towards the figure.
However, Luffy stretched out his hand, grabbed the ship's mast, and flew up, pouncing on Ace.
"Splash." Luffy fell into the water. He passed through Ace's phantom image and fell into the sea, while Ace's figure also disappeared.
"Luffy, damn it!" Zoro rushed to the railing and jumped into the sea.
Inside the cabin of the Thousand Sunny, the cramped medical room was crowded with people.
Before Chopper could even begin treatment, Luffy woke up and shouted, "Ace, where's Ace?"
"Luffy, be quiet, be quiet, Ace is dead, have you forgotten?" Nami shook Luffy, trying to bring him back to his senses.

Lin Qing certainly knew who Ace was, and the phantom of Ace that Luffy had just seen was an illusion created by Lin Qing.
So only Luffy saw it at the time; Nami, Robin, and the others didn't.

"Why don't you go to the Underworld and bring Ace's soul back to life?" Lin Qing asked, making a startling statement.
"What? The Land of the Dead? Resurrection? What's that?" Luffy was a little confused.
"Huangquan Township? Lin Qing, have you been to Huangquan Township?" Robin suddenly became serious.
"Yellow Springs Village, what is that?" Zoro didn't know either.
"Ah! Is this a place full of ghosts and spirits?" Chopper and Usopp exclaimed in their usual terror.
"The Land of the Dead? Isn't that where Brook came from?" Nami suddenly remembered Brook.
"Yohohoho, although I came back from the Land of the Dead, I only went there for a short while before the power of the Resurrection Fruit pulled me back to the real world!"
Brook jumped up from the ground instantly and answered Nami's question in a very gentlemanly manner.
"I've never been to the Land of the Dead, but I should be able to open its entrance." Lin Qing thought of his own near-death experience.
"Ace can come back to life? Is it true, Lin Qing?" Luffy finally understood and excitedly grabbed Lin Qing.

For him, Luffy would try anything, even if it was just to see Ace's soul.
"Hey! Luffy, are you really going to the ghost-filled Underworld?" Usopp turned pale with fright, while Chopper trembled beside him.
"Damn it, it looks like we're really going to the Underworld." Nami said helplessly, rubbing her forehead.
"Oh my god, are we going to the Land of the Dead? I'm so excited!" Robin was drawing a ghost on a piece of white paper.
"Interesting, maybe my ghostly aura can also be improved," Zoro muttered to himself.
"That's super cool!" Franky put his hands together in his classic pose.
"Hopefully, the Land of the Dead will have some rare and precious ingredients!"
