Chapter 90

A burly man stepped forward with a beaming smile and said, "Brother, please help me out. My brother is sick. He either has worms or his appendicitis has flared up."

At that moment, the two men in the car suddenly moved to the front. One of them pulled out a sharp knife and held it to the driver's neck, while the other opened the car door. The people below swarmed in. At the same time, the man lying on the ground sprang up with a somersault.

The passengers on the bus, seeing what was happening, realized what had occurred and gasped in surprise.

"There's been a short circuit!" the good-natured young man muttered, seemingly less panicked than the other passengers. He rubbed his nose and clenched his fists.

Tang Yu and Song Hao exchanged a glance and remained seated. The driver was being cornered by the other party and was in a cramped car, making it unsuitable for him to make a move.

"Road robbers!" Song Hao said angrily.

"Those who know what's good for them should cooperate, or don't blame us for being impolite." A man who had been on the bus earlier said menacingly to the passengers. It was clear that he and another accomplice had boarded the bus first to find out what was going on.

Instead of immediately robbing the passengers, the bandits forced the bus driver to drive off a dirt road, knowing that it was not safe to rob people on the highway.

Once the bus was far from the highway and had driven into a clearing in a grove of trees, the man ordered the driver to stop.

"We've arrived. Everyone get out and line up," another man said with a smug smile.

Other bandits began to drive away passengers who refused to get off the train, and screams of terror came from inside the carriage.

Under the coercion of the bandits wielding iron bars, machetes, and daggers, the passengers were forced off the bus and onto an open ground.

Tang Yu saw that there were eleven people on the other side, all of whom were armed, but she still snorted coldly. Song Hao secretly held acupuncture needles in his hands, preparing to strike at an opportunity.

"Wallets, jewelry, phones—take out all your valuables, or you'll be in big trouble if they're found again later," a dark-faced man said sternly, looking around at the panicked passengers.

A short car thief, grinning, stepped forward to collect the items, carrying a plastic basket, and didn't stand on ceremony.

One of the bandits reached out and pinched the cheek of a beautiful young woman, leering, "Damn, so fair and tender! She'll play with the brothers later."

The young woman screamed and hid behind her husband, who dared not speak out against her anger.

One of the men from the car earlier smiled at Tang Yu and said, "Little sister, don't be afraid. You're the prettiest person in this car. Come with me later, and I'll make sure you're safe."

"Fine!" Tang Yu snorted coldly.

The man, unaware of the situation, exclaimed with delight, "You're so sensible! Follow us, and we'll guarantee you a life of luxury!"

Just then, an angry voice, with an extremely standard Shandong accent, rang out, "Robbery in broad daylight! There's no law!"

As soon as he finished speaking, the honest-looking young man stepped out from among the passengers, his fists clenched.

"Damn it! Trying to be a hero!" A bandit wielding a machete stepped forward and slashed at the road.

The young man dodged to the side, then kicked out, striking the other man squarely in the abdomen. His movements were swift and agile, a far cry from his previous honest and simple demeanor. The bandit groaned and collapsed to the ground.

"If anyone dares to meddle, brothers, let's cripple this kid first!" The dark-faced man shouted, grabbing an iron rod and charging towards the young man.

Seeing that someone had made a move before her, Tang Yu knew she had met a kindred spirit and excitedly shouted, "Little brother, I'll help you deal with these bandits!" Before her voice even faded, she had already pounced forward, using both hands and feet to dislocate the shoulder and hip joints of two bandits standing nearby. The Tang Clan's heavy hand techniques, wielded by a seemingly frail girl, were exceptionally powerful.

The three were subdued in an instant, shocking the bandits. However, relying on their superior numbers and weapons, they shouted and attacked Tang Yu and the young man.

It was just bad luck for these bandits today; they ran into two martial arts masters. In less than a minute, the bandits were beaten to a pulp by Tang Yu and the young man.

Seeing that things were not going well, one of the robbers reached out and pulled a seven or eight-year-old child from among the passengers, forcing him to retreat at knifepoint, hoping to use the hostage to escape.

Unexpectedly, Song Hao stopped him, shaking his head and saying, "That's not a good idea!"

The bandit cried out in alarm, "Get away from me!" and brandished his knife at Song Hao.

"You people are hopeless!" Song Hao shook his head and sighed, then suddenly thrust out his right hand and struck the Hegu acupoint of the bandit with the knife, using the Thunder Needle Technique.

Suddenly, the bandit saw Song Hao's arm move, and for some reason, his own body trembled, and he became completely paralyzed, unable to move an inch.

Song Hao smiled, pulled the child out of the bandit's arms, and handed him to the child's parents, who were terrified and at a loss.

By this time, the other bandits had all been beaten to the ground by Tang Yu and the young man, and were begging for mercy.

"Brother, how do you know my sect's Thunderbolt Needle Technique?" the young man asked as he walked over with a look of surprise.

Song Hao was taken aback and asked in surprise, "How can you mistake this for the Thunderbolt Needle Technique?"

The young man said admiringly, "Although you didn't use the Thunderbolt Needle technique, the method and effect were in no way inferior. In the world today, only my master should have mastered this powerful yet extremely difficult Thunderbolt Needle technique. I never expected that this brother would also know it!"

"You're from the Lu Clan! Your master is Senior Lu Yanping!" Song Hao exclaimed in surprise.

"Brother, you know my master!" the young man exclaimed in surprise.

“Yes! This Thunderbolt Needle Technique was taught to us by Senior Lu,” Song Hao replied.

"So you're Master's fellow disciple! My name is Squad Leader," the squad leader said with delight.

“Squad Leader! That name sounds nice. My name is Song Hao, but Senior Lu didn’t take me as his apprentice,” Song Hao said with a smile.

"Then I'll teach you the Thunderbolt Needle Technique!" The sergeant was taken aback.

"This is fate between me and Senior Lu," Song Hao said with a smile.

"Oh!" The sergeant looked completely bewildered.

"Brother Wu, your kung fu is quite good! So you're a disciple of the Lu School. My name is Tang Yu, and my ancestors had a relationship with Senior Lu." Tang Yu walked over and said with a smile.

"So you're from the Tang family of medical practitioners. The Tang family's reputation for skillful techniques is well-deserved. I've witnessed it firsthand today," the sergeant said happily.
