“Master, why don’t you tell me your true form? I’ll find a companion to possess you. By the way, is your true form a big goat? I remember you possessed a big goat last time. Oh, right, Jin San mentioned that there are big goats for sale at the farmers’ market. Don’t worry, Master, I’ll tell Jin San to go buy one first thing tomorrow morning. He’ll definitely buy the most beautiful one. By the way, do you want a female goat or a male goat?”
My eyes are curved and I'm smiling.
Master hates having his weaknesses exposed. His face grew darker and darker until he finally couldn't take it anymore. He jumped up and covered my mouth, saying, "You brat, that was an accident! You're not allowed to say it again! My true form isn't a goat!"
"But it's a fact that you're possessed by a goat, isn't it?" I laughed and quickly jumped aside.
"I told you, it was an accident, an accident, an accident, an accident, an accident, an accident..." Master kept going on and on, about to break down. I quickly covered his mouth to soothe him, "Okay, okay, I won't say anymore, alright? An accident is an accident, I won't say anymore. Hehehehe."
"You're still laughing at me?" Master's face turned bright red, and he pounced on her angrily, tickling her.
I screamed and ran away while begging for mercy.
All I remembered was running away, and before I knew it, I had bumped headfirst into my master's arms again. I laughed until I was completely exhausted, panting, my face flushed. I reached out and clung to my master's neck, planted a kiss on his cheek, and pleaded, "I won't do it again, I promise, please forgive me."
His subordinate suddenly stiffened, his breathing became rapid, and a soft sound came from his Adam's apple.
I froze, a sudden, intense sense of unease rising within me. Heavens, this isn't Master; it's probably Dark Night!!!
Before I could react, I suddenly felt dizzy and my breath was taken away.
My lips ached from being sucked, as a tongue invaded, conquering and roaming freely within. It wrapped around my tongue, pulling and entwining it. A faint taste of alcohol filled my mouth, along with a strong, grassy masculine scent that filled my nostrils.
"...If Dark Night hadn't been drunk outside today, I wouldn't have been able to come out..." Wasn't this guy drunk? How did he end up out again?
I struggled desperately, but my body felt as if it were strangled by iron, unable to move an inch. A large hand came up and roamed over my body, while the other hand held my head and pressed my body against him, as if determined to embed me into his body and become one with him.
A frenzied kiss gradually descended to behind my ears and onto my neck, carrying a strong scent of desire. Something hard had already protruded, pressing tightly between my legs.
His large hand slowly slipped inside my clothes, heading straight for my bra without hesitation. He grabbed my breasts without mercy, squeezing them hard, then paused. He seemed stunned, his eyes glazed as he looked up at me blankly. He reached out and touched my face, then shook his head, then shook it violently again. Looking at me, he let out a heavy burp, reeking of alcohol, and swayed precariously, murmuring, "You... are a woman?"
My head, which had been spinning from lack of oxygen, cleared up at those words. Anger surged up like wildfire, and malice took hold.
Damn it, drinking? Does drinking make you so great? How dare you take liberties with me!
I lifted my foot and slammed it hard into his groin.
Dark Night was already on the verge of collapse, so I easily bumped into him. He let out a scream and fell to the ground with a thud. I walked over angrily, still not satisfied, and kicked him a few more times.
Damn it! I've never even had a boyfriend, and I've already been humiliated by some ancient people time and time again. What bad luck!
"You damned monster, get out here!" I roared.
An Ye stirred and stood up from the ground. His master was disheveled and looked at me with a bad expression.
"Why is this guy here?" I gritted my teeth. How dare he take liberties with me?!
My master reached out and pulled me into his arms, patting my back. "It's alright, don't worry. He's drunk and has no idea what he did."
I pushed my master away, my eyes red with anger. "So what if you don't know?! This damned guy, time and time again, first he tried to kill me, and now he's taking liberties with me. Yes, that's nothing, but when have I, Lin Xiao, ever been bullied like this, and I can't even get revenge?! Aaaaaaah, I'm so angry! Master, I want revenge! I want revenge!"
Master pulled me into his arms again, resting his chin on my head. "Alright, we will definitely get revenge. Be good, Xiaoxiao, it's okay."
I climbed out of my master's arms, turned around, and said, "Master, please leave. I want to sleep."
"Are you alright?" Master smiled.
"Something's wrong!" I snapped, turning around and forcefully pushing my master towards the door. "Seeing Dark Night's body will only make things worse. Come on, come on, don't look at me, get out of here!"
Helpless, my master had no choice but to push me out of the room. Just as he was about to say something, I slammed the door shut, threw myself onto the bed, and didn't move.
Chapter 119: Confrontation
The next day, I was sound asleep when I was finally woken up by the noise. I opened my eyes impatiently; outside the window, it was barely dawn. I was instantly filled with rage. Who was it, disturbing my sleep so early in the morning?
I got out of bed, my hair a mess, my pajamas wrinkled, slipped on my slippers, and ran out of the room, still half-asleep, only to be startled.
In front of my door, on the once spacious flat ground in front of the woods, stood two groups of men with dark faces.
Opposite the door stood a well-disciplined and imposing regular army—more precisely, the Cheng family army of Dawei. The leader of the Cheng family army, Marshal Cheng Jue of Dawei, stood leisurely before the troops, dressed in a silver marshal's uniform. His expression was languid, a thick, long gray riding crop held in his hand, which he casually tapped against his boots. Though he smiled, his entire being exuded an air of unwavering determination.
Standing before my door was Ru Ying. Her expression was aloof and indifferent, a faint, cold smile playing on her lips, just as usual. Her long, black hair was loosely tied back, and an ice-blue outer robe draped loosely over her shoulders. Despite her delicate appearance, she commanded attention. She stood stubbornly at the door, blocking Cheng Mo's path into my room. Beside her stood Jin San, his lips pressed tightly together, and a large group of his men.
Upon realizing the situation, I was speechless, and my lips twitched.
No wonder I was woken up; there were hundreds of people standing at the door. Who could possibly sleep with my name, Qingyan, written backwards?
"Hey, who gave you permission to make such a racket at my door so early in the morning? Go outside and have your noise done." I snapped, my face contorted with rage.
All eyes turned to them.
Cheng Jue looked me up and down for a moment, then bent down, a smirk playing on his lips, and said in a very smug way, "Ah, Sleeping Beauty is awake?"
Ru Ying walked over without saying a word, took off her outer robe and draped it over me. She then reached out to tidy my messy hair. I smiled at her, feeling embarrassed but also grateful. She glared at me, her expression still aloof, but a smile appeared in her eyes.
I tightened my collar, glared at Cheng Jue's lecherous eyes, and fired a scathing look, "Marshal Cheng, this isn't Dawei. What are you doing here so early in the morning with so many soldiers? Are you trying to rob us or abduct women?"
Cheng Jue grinned, "No, there's no need for robbery. The money you could steal from this tiny, run-down brothel wouldn't even be enough for me to have a meal. You're just a commoner..." He looked me up and down again, smiling sweetly, "You're mine to begin with, there's no need to rob you."
I choked, my face darkening. "Spit it out if you have something to say, or shut up. What do you want from me?"
"I want to go shopping with you." He shrugged.
"You need to bring so many people with you when you go shopping with me?" I sneered.
Cheng Jue glanced at Ru Ying, whose face was cold and aloof, and said, "Your subordinates won't let me in."
"Send your people back to where they came from, or I'll have them all carried out on their backs, you believe me?"
