Zhan Chun - Chapter 13
She leaped onto the high wall, and suddenly the wind picked up, blowing away the ribbon that held her hair back, causing her messy hair to flutter around her as she walked.
Behind the wall was a charming little courtyard, where several handsome young men dressed in white were watering the flowers. When they saw Yichun standing proudly on the wall, they were all stunned.
She grinned, her backlit face revealing her dark features and gleaming white teeth. The next moment, she landed in the courtyard, headbutting each of them and knocking them to the ground.
He pushed open the door, and the two people inside were taken aback.
Yang Shen was dressed in a snow-white silk robe, with a silver hair ribbon hanging down beside his face. His thick forehead hair, which used to cover half of his face, was now combed back, revealing a delicate yet wicked face.
A look of astonishment was forming on his face.
Opposite him stood a girl dressed in white, holding a bowl and picking out noodles, seemingly intending to feed him herself; her movements were frozen in place.
"Sheep kidneys!" Yichun exclaimed, overjoyed. "Are you alright?"
Yang Shenfei stood up quickly, as if he couldn't believe it. His pace quickened, and he rushed to her in one last step. He looked down at the bloody patch on her shoulder, and after a long while, he whispered, "Blood...?"
She casually rubbed it, not caring at all: "It's just a small injury, it's nothing! I've come to pick you up, let's go!"
Just as he was about to speak, the girl in white behind him suddenly realized what was happening, screamed, and smashed the bowl on the ground.
"Help! A dirty and ugly woman has broken into my house!" she screamed desperately, clutching her head and cowering behind the table, looking at Yichun with fear as if she were a monster.
Yichun grabbed Yang Shen's hand, pulled him through the door, and ran away.
Facing the group from the Xiaoyao Sect, Yi Chun charged left and right with her sword, moving incredibly fast. The group couldn't stop her for a moment, and she broke through the wall and ran away.
Several men in white rushed into the room, shouting, "Young Master! It was our negligence that caused you such a fright!"
Yi Chun scratched her head and looked at Yang Shen: "She...Young Master?"
He said calmly, "Yes, she is a young lady. The only daughter of the Xiaoyao Sect Master, she has been afraid of women since childhood and has a particular fondness for men, collecting countless handsome men from all over the country to serve her."
Yichun felt a little dizzy. Seeing his expression was indifferent, neither excited nor happy, she recalled the gentle expression of the girl she had seen when she pushed open the door, and how he had fed her without seeming to resist. She exclaimed in surprise, "Yang Shen, did I ruin your plans? Should I have come to save you?"
He immediately flew into a rage: "Nonsense!"
Yi Chun chuckled. Seeing that the area around the wall was filled with people from the Xiaoyao Sect, she knew that unless she grew wings and could fly directly over the courtyard to the high wall of the front gate, she would be captured alive as soon as she went down.
"This is going to be difficult." She scratched her head in distress. "They were the ones who kidnapped us first, but now they're acting so arrogantly!"
Yang Shen shook his head and said in a low voice, "You go. You can still escape on your own. I was drugged by that young lady and will be weak for three days. I can't go with you."
No wonder he hadn't made a move earlier; he had been drugged.
Yichun gritted her teeth, a fire burning within her, unsure whether it was excitement or fear. She whispered, "I'll definitely get you out of here. Hold on tight, don't let go!"
She gripped her sword, ready to make a desperate gamble and fight her way out. Suddenly, she heard a whistle from the high wall opposite her door, and a soft call: "Girl, grab this!"
She looked up in surprise and saw a rope being thrown over. On the high wall sat a young man in black robes, none other than the real Shu Jun. He smiled, holding the rope in one hand and lazily waving to them with the other.
Yi Chun was overjoyed. He immediately tied the rope around his waist, grabbed Yang Shen in his arms, and flew up as if riding the clouds, landing steadily outside the gate of Xiaoyao Sect.
Just then, two horses galloped over; they were their two mounts. Little Pumpkin was riding on one of them, waving frantically, "Get on!"
Yichun reacted extremely quickly. As soon as the two horses ran in front of him, he immediately jumped onto their backs and grabbed the reins tightly.
Little Pumpkin cracked his whip and gave the horse's rump a sharp slap: "Let's go!"

Chapter Eight
As the three from Yichun galloped away, Shu Jun had just stood up from the wall, shading his forehead with his hand, looking around as if searching for someone.
The group from the Xiaoyao Sect below shouted and cursed, picking up stones to throw at him. Some even leaped onto the high wall to try and capture him with their bare hands, but he kicked them back like a football.
Young Master Yan was far away, and all that could be seen was his black robe fluttering in the wind. Moreover, his skin was extremely fair, so from a distance he looked like a slender woman.
The subordinate wearing a straw hat whispered, "Young master, this man looks a bit like Shu Jun."
Young Master Yan's brow twitched involuntarily.
It turned out to be the infamous Shu Jun, the one who was both flirtatious and vulgar, despicable and shameless, whose whereabouts were unpredictable and who always caused trouble.
Rumor has it that he specializes in harassing innocent young women, and once he's had his fill, he claps his hands and drifts away, shattering countless hearts. It's said that people commit suicide for him every day.
Rumor has it that he frequently indulged in the bad habit of stealing, taking whatever he saw, even a beggar's dog-beating stick.
Rumor has it that he buried his amassed wealth underground and built a magnificent mansion on top, where he indulged in a life of debauchery and extravagance, surrounded by beautiful women.
There are many, many more rumors... enough to make one gasp.
Young Master Yan couldn't help but glance at him again, just as he turned around. His face, as beautiful as jade, was extremely lively, and he smiled like a child.
He suddenly felt that the rumors might not be true.
The people from the Free and Unfettered Sect were in complete chaos, making quite a mess. He couldn't help but shake his head inwardly, his brows furrowing.
The subordinate said, "Young master, the people here are unreliable, secretive, and superficial. Perhaps we shouldn't discuss that matter with them?"
Young Master Yan nodded: "Yes, that old man is no good. He's so arrogant and domineering to my face, who knows how many evil deeds he's done in private. He needs to be punished properly."
"Then I will make preparations immediately." The man in the straw hat immediately took his leave.
"Wait a minute." Young Master Yan gently stopped him, a mischievous smile of anticipation on his face. "Let's see what he's going to do first."
