Chapitre 410

The dark clouds pressed down lower and lower, and in an instant, countless bolts of purplish-black lightning burst forth. Endless lightning fell from the thunderclouds, illuminating the entire valley, like a world-destroying light, transforming into raging dragons that mercilessly bombarded the figure in the lake.

In an instant, even space itself rippled with countless waves, and violent air currents spread out, creating an almost vacuum zone on the lake surface.

Seeing this, the White Snake knew that she had reached a critical juncture. If she could overcome this hurdle, her cultivation would reach a higher level; if she could not, she would die and her soul would be scattered.

It dared not be careless in the slightest, and almost all of its magical power was mobilized, spewed out, and gathered into the inner core on its head.

Instantly, the inner elixir shone brightly.

At the same time, it leaped lightly, rushing upwards along with its inner core, like a celestial maiden supporting a plate or a mermaid spitting out a pearl.

Thousands of lightning bolts intertwined in mid-air, forming a sea of lightning. Sparks flew everywhere, as if the world had just been created. A terrifying power erupted, instantly engulfing the figure and making it impossible to see anything clearly.

Occasionally, aftershocks would fall, affecting the rocks in the valley, causing them to shatter into countless fragments.

Heaven and earth held their breath.

After an unknown amount of time, the lightning tribulation finally gradually dissipated.

As the clouds parted, the valley regained its clarity. A mountain breeze blew, the mist dispersed, and bright sunlight shone down, turning the lake surface golden.

A white shadow fell from mid-air and landed on the lake, immediately creating ripples.

Before him, the inner core, having undergone the baptism of lightning tribulation, radiated an even more dazzling light than before, with spiritual energy soaring into the sky, rays of light spreading in all directions, and auspicious colors appearing in thousands of strands, as if it had transformed into a celestial pearl.

At this moment, the white figure gently inhaled, opened its mouth and swallowed the inner core into its abdomen. Its whole body emitted a soft and holy light, and it circled around the stone pillar by the lake a few times. As the light surged, its jade shoulders swayed slightly, and it gently shed its pure white snake skin.

With a light leap forward, her jade-like feet stepped out and finally landed on the lakeside, revealing the figure of a woman who was completely naked.

Every inch of her skin seemed to be God's most perfect masterpiece. Her black hair reached her waist, her forehead was delicate and her eyebrows were arched. Her eyes, like pools of clear water, seemed to contain boundless affection. Her nose was exquisite, her lips were warm and moist, her teeth were like melon seeds, and she had a charming smile and beautiful eyes.

Her shoulders were like jade, her waist like a slender ribbon, she moved gracefully like a startled swan, and seemed like a swimming dragon. Her demeanor was elegant and refined, her skin delicate and her body well-proportioned.

She looked down at her body, admiring her fair skin and delicate features. She was quite satisfied and couldn't help but smile slightly, a gentle curve forming at the corners of her mouth that was incredibly captivating.

Her gaze fell forward, and with a gentle wave of her slender hand at the snake molt she had shed, it instantly transformed into a white light that flew over, swirling with radiance, and landed on her body, turning into a snow-white fairy robe.

She turned slightly, gently stretching her jade-like arms, her fairy robes swirling and dancing lightly, like a blooming lotus flower, ethereal and otherworldly.

Once she stood still, she gently took a step back, turned around, and smiled, making the world pale in comparison.

"From this day forward, my name is Bai Suzhen!"

After 1,700 years of cultivation, she has finally overcome the most dangerous tribulation of transformation. Even with her usually calm and collected nature, she couldn't help but feel a little happy.

With her current cultivation level and profound magical power, her inner core has transformed into a golden core. After passing the tribulation of transformation, she has clearly reached the Golden Core realm.

At that moment, a sudden feeling arose in her heart. With a slight pinch of her jade fingers, she calculated the secrets of heaven and finally understood where the feeling came from.

It turns out that soon, Guanyin Bodhisattva of the Western Paradise will reveal her true form at the Golden Summit of Mount Emei, and I can go there to pay my respects and seek the opportunity to attain enlightenment.

The path to enlightenment is vast and uncertain. Even though she has successfully overcome the Heavenly Tribulation and possesses profound magical power, she dares not say that she can shatter the void and ascend to the Upper Realm.

How could we possibly let this opportunity slip by?

The valley was quiet and secluded, with white clouds drifting lazily by.

She glanced around, a faint smile appearing on her face, and murmured to herself, "I've just survived my tribulation, and my foundation is unstable. Perhaps I should cultivate in the valley for a while to consolidate my power before making any further plans..."

At this moment, she probably never imagined that her original fate had already quietly changed, and what kind of future awaited her.

What kind of ending did the grudges from a thousand years ago bring?

How will she face this ill-fated relationship?

...

Time flies, and half a month has passed in the blink of an eye.

At the Golden Summit of Mount Emei, amidst endless mountains and valleys, temples stand in abundance, making it difficult for even birds to fly over, and the sky is as clear as if it had been washed.

Amidst the thousands of peaks, the clouds and mist are ethereal, like drifting catkins, endless and continuous. On the rugged mountain path, pedestrians move forward like ants, all with expressions of piety.

Suddenly, a white light streaked across the sky, leaving a long trail in the clouds.

The white light lingered in the air for a moment, then landed on a stone platform sheltered by ancient trees. It turned slightly, its white robes as white as snow, like a fairy.

It was Bai Suzhen, the thousand-year-old white snake who had survived the tribulation of transformation.

Taking advantage of the fact that the people going up the mountain were not paying attention, she turned around and blended into the crowd without leaving a trace.

She looked around and, seeing the ordinary people around her, couldn't help but smile.

Then, Bai Suzhen followed the crowd up the mountain, her hands clasped together in front of her chest, and she silently and devoutly recited the name of Guanyin Bodhisattva.

We walked and bowed all the way until we reached Huazang Temple on the Golden Summit of Mount Emei.

In front of the magnificent Mahavira Hall, there is a wide bluestone square. Clouds drift and stone pillars stand tall. Countless devout men and women gather silently in the square, their faces filled with compassion, silently reciting Buddhist scriptures, yet they remain completely silent.

Soon after, the temple bells rang out, their loud and far-reaching tones echoing across the mountaintop.

Suddenly, a dazzling golden light descended from the sky, landing in mid-air above the pavilion. All those who came to worship believed it to be a miracle, their faces showing even greater piety as they knelt down in worship.

Deep within the golden light, auspicious signs appeared, with patches of auspicious clouds and golden lotuses revealing three figures.

The person at the head, holding a vase in his hand and standing on a lotus flower, surrounded by auspicious clouds and radiant light, is none other than Guanyin Bodhisattva.

On either side of him were a golden boy and a jade girl.
