Chapter 241

The four followed Hagrid deeper and deeper along a path.

"Woof woof!"

The big black dog at the front of the group stopped and barked twice at Hagrid.

"stop!"

Hagrid gestured for everyone to stop, then walked over to the black dog and squatted down beside it. There was a pool of thick, silvery blood on the ground.

"Unicorn blood! A unicorn has been injured!"

Hagrid became tense, desperate to find the culprit who had harmed the unicorn.

"Everyone, split into two groups. If you spot the culprit who harmed the unicorn, send a signal and I'll head over immediately!"

Hagrid, preoccupied only with his unicorn, had forgotten that he was standing before four newly enrolled wizards.

There's no way these little wizards could deal with something that can harm a unicorn.

"Ron, Hermione, you're in my group."

"Harry, you're in a group with Malfoy, and Basker will go with you."

Harry Potter nodded solemnly and led Aww in another direction.

"Hey, shouldn't we be together now?"

A panicked Malfoy turned to look at Hagrid.

Hagrid, whose heart was set on the unicorn, had already left with Hermione and Ron.

Malfoy stood still, hesitated for a moment, and then quickly caught up with Harry Potter.

Hidden in the shadows, Hao Yun couldn't help but shake his head. Hagrid, that big guy, sometimes made some blunders.

Following Harry Potter, Hao Yun patiently waited for Voldemort to appear.

"Harry, slow down!"

Malfoy, tugging at Harry Potter's clothes, followed behind him, trembling.

“A unicorn is injured. If we don’t find it quickly, it will die.”

Before Harry Potter could finish speaking, Aww barked at something ahead.

"Ya Ya, did you find something?"

Harry Potter raised the lantern and shone it in the direction Toothpick was looking.

"What...what is that?!"

Malfoy exclaimed in surprise, pointing and yelling at the black monster clinging to the unicorn.

Tooth, this big black dog, was even more timid than Malfoy; he turned and ran away.

"Run!"

Malfoy grabbed Harry Potter and ran frantically back the way they came.

"Help!"

During the dragging, Harry Potter fell down, clutching the lightning bolt scar on his head and crying out in pain.

"Get up quickly, or it will be too late!"

Malfoy stopped in his tracks, looking in horror at the monster that was chasing after him, and then, in a show of loyalty, lifted Harry Potter up and continued running.

The two had only run a few steps when they tripped over a protruding tree root.

Malfoy looked behind him. This time, instead of helping Harry Potter, he scrambled into the darkness alone.

The monster was standing right behind Harry Potter. It got up from the ground, and Harry Potter turned around, trembling as he pulled out his wand.

"Ha! Lip! Pot! Te!"

The monster was Voldemort. He looked at the child in front of him and remembered the scene of his own death.

"cut!"

A flying sword pierced Voldemort's head; this flying sword was released by Hao Yun, who was hiding in the shadows.

Voldemort dodged with a narrow escape and unleashed his Ironclad Charm to block the flying swords from continuing their attack.

That was close! I was almost assassinated.

A wound appeared on Voldemort's cheek, from which dark red blood flowed.

"Who are you?"

Voldemort looked at Hao Yun's hiding place, his expression extremely solemn.

Now that he had been discovered, Hao Yun didn't bother to hide anymore and walked out of his hiding place.

"It's you!"

Professor Quirrell cried out in surprise, but was quickly subdued by Voldemort.

Voldemort, who was controlling Professor Quirrell's body, began to communicate with Quirrell in his mind.

"You know him?"

"Yes, Master, he is a prominent figure at Hogwarts. The game you're currently playing is made by him."

Voldemort stared at Hao Yun, looking him up and down. An Easterner? How strange.

"So you're Voldemort? You don't look like much."

A hint of mockery flashed in Hao Yun's eyes, which enraged Voldemort, who had originally wanted to recruit Hao Yun to his side.

"How dare you address me by my given name! How arrogant!"

As he spoke, Voldemort suddenly raised his wand, and a malevolent green beam shot towards Hao Yun.

"mean!"

Hao Yun snorted coldly as he dodged Voldemort's attack.

"I never expected that the great demon king would have to resort to a sneak attack to deal with a first-year student like me."

The proud Voldemort could not tolerate Hao Yun's mockery.

Avada Kedavra!

Voldemort's wand was like a machine gun, unleashing more than a dozen Killing Curses.

Voldemort's actions truly disgusted Hao Yun; the Killing Curse is a soul attack.

None of the magic in the wizarding world protects the soul, so when faced with a killing curse, one can only dodge it.

While dodging the Killing Curse, Hao Yun wielded his sword with his right hand and thrust it at Voldemort.

Both of them simultaneously withdrew their hands and dodged. Hao Yun controlled his flying sword to hover above Voldemort's head, while Voldemort held his magic wand and watched Hao Yun warily.

This exquisite swordsmanship technique intimidated Voldemort, as the Ironclad Curse couldn't stop him.

If he hadn't dodged in time, his head would have been chopped off.

"An incantation I've never seen before, could this be magic from your Eastern traditions?"

Hao Yun snorted coldly and continued to attack with his flying sword.

call out!

A centaur charged out of the jungle, and a stray arrow shot at Voldemort.

The Dark Lord, capable of ruling an era, reacted quickly, using the Ironclad Charm to block the cold arrow, glancing at Hao Yun, and swiftly disappearing into the darkness.

"Harry! Harry!"

Hagrid, carrying a heavy crossbow, rushed to the scene under Malfoy's guidance.

"Harry, are you hurt?"

Harry Potter snapped out of his daze and looked at Hao Yun with incredibly complicated eyes. He had no idea that the mysterious man from earlier was Voldemort.

What surprised him even more was that Hao Yun was able to confront him head-on.

Chapter 298 Christmas Holiday

"Hagrid, don't worry, I'm fine. Voldemort just appeared."

As soon as Harry Potter uttered those words, the three people around him gasped in shock.

Hagrid grabbed Harry Potter's shoulder with a look of terror on his face.

"Harry! You can't just say things like that. Are you sure that was the Mysterious Man?"

Harry Potter nodded affirmatively, after all, Voldemort himself had just admitted it.

"No, I have to report this to Dumbledore!"

Hagrid was somewhat flustered and completely failed to notice that Hao Yun had appeared in the crowd.

Hermione and Ron then asked Harry with concern what had just happened.

"You are Hao Yun, the father of Pokémon?"

With the crisis resolved, Malfoy reverted to his old playboy ways and arrogantly walked up to Hao Yun.

Hao Yun ignored him and turned to look at the dead unicorn.

Unicorns are a treasure trove; dismantled and sold, they'd be worth at least tens of thousands of Galleons.

"Come on, let's go back to the castle!"

Hagrid led everyone away in a hurry, but Hao Yun stood still.

"Hao Yun, let's go."

Hermione called out to Hao Yun, who glanced at her and gestured for them to go on their own and not worry about him.

The centaur looked up at the starry sky, then turned and hoisted the unicorn's carcass onto his shoulder, ready to leave.

"Cough cough."
