"Sorry, I couldn't resist. This is a photo I just took. I'm sending it to you."
Clutching his camera, the young Gryffindor wizard turned and ran.
Furong took the photo and glanced at it, finding that Hao Yun's profile was still quite charming.
"That guy likes taking pictures, please don't mind."
Hao Yun stood up and explained, then looked at the photo in Fu Rong's hand.
Hmm, the photos are pretty good; you made yourself look very handsome.
"I have class soon, so I have to go now. Bye-bye."
Hao turned and left, heading straight back to the castle.
Furong watched Hao Yun's departing figure, lost in thought.
"Sister, stop looking! They've all disappeared!"
Furong's younger sister gently patted her older sister's shoulder and teased her with a grin.
Why did you come here?
Furong blushed slightly and asked her younger sister.
"Just finished class, sister, which boy do you like?"
Furong rubbed her younger sister's head but did not answer her question.
Hao Yun returned to the castle and went straight to class.
Time flew by and it was already night, midnight, when all was quiet.
Three furtive figures slipped out of the Gryffindor common room.
"You don't need to be so nervous, it's not like it's your first time going out at night."
Seeing Fred and George tiptoeing around, Hao Yun couldn't help but remind them.
“Things are different now. During the registration period for the Triwizard Tournament, Filch patrols more frequently. It’s always better to be careful.”
To ensure everything went smoothly, Fred pulled out the Marauder's Map.
“Look, Filch is still patrolling. Let’s go around him.”
With the Marauder's Map as their guide, the three successfully arrived at the Goblet of Fire.
The magical restrictions set up by Dumbledore were still in place, and Fred and George turned their gazes to Hao Yun.
"It's up to you now!"
Hao Yun waved his hand, indicating that there was no problem.
Crouching down, Hao Yun created an opening in the restriction.
"Alright, you guys hurry up and go in to register."
Fred and George, each with their name on a piece of paper, slipped over to the Goblet of Fire and dropped it in.
The Goblet of Fire did not react, so the two couldn't help but high-five.
"Hao Yun, you really have a way with things!"
After glancing at the two of them, Hao Yun urged them on.
"Stop talking nonsense and come out now. If you're discovered, all your efforts will have been in vain."
Once outside the restricted area, the two suddenly remembered that Hao Yun hadn't registered yet, so they turned around and asked.
"Aren't you going to sign up?"
Hao Yun shook his head and refused. If he signed up for the competition himself, wouldn't that be bullying someone?
The two didn't try to persuade him. If Hao Yun signed up, their chances of being selected would decrease even further, so it was better not to sign up!
Using the Marauder's Map, the three avoided Filch and quietly slipped back to Gryffindor.
Fred and George, having successfully registered, excitedly returned to their dormitory to rest.
Registration closes in two days.
At the dinner that evening, Dumbledore walked up to the Goblet of Fire, ready to announce the three champions chosen by the Goblet.
The first one chosen was Hibiscus from Beauxbatons.
The second is Viktor of the German Strong.
Upon arriving at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, everyone became both nervous and excited.
Everyone who signs up for the competition hopes to be selected.
Amidst the expectant gazes of the crowd, Dumbledore revealed the names of the contestants.
Chapter 335 Four Contestants
"Hogwarts Champion, Hao Yun!"
As soon as Dumbledore spoke, gasps of surprise erupted from below.
"Why? Hao Yun is a fourth-grade student, right?"
It wasn't just one person who had this question; even Fred and George were taken aback.
The two men embraced Hao Yun, revealing a sinister smile.
"Tell me, when did you put your name in? You said you weren't going to participate!"
Hao Yun helplessly spread his hands.
"I don't know what happened either. I thought you guys threw it in there."
Dumbledore on the stage smiled and waved to Hao Yun.
Fred and George chuckled and pushed Hao Yun out.
As he walked onto the stage, Hao Yun spoke softly.
"You put my name in there?"
Dumbledore smiled without saying a word; it was obvious that he was the one who did it.
The Hogwarts professors all looked at Hao Yun with strange eyes, feeling that sending Hao Yun to fight was somewhat bullying him.
Others might not know Hao Yun's strength, but they certainly do. He's a professor-level expert, yet he's competing against a junior wizard who hasn't even graduated yet. Isn't that just bullying an honest person?
"Dumbledore, this student doesn't meet the entry requirements, does he?"
Karkaroff, the principal of the Demstrom Strong School, raised questions.
Dumbledore smiled and explained, "His situation is rather special. Although he is a fourth-year student, his age meets the requirements."
Karkaroff glanced at Hao Yun, a fourth-year student. It seemed Hogwarts was doomed to lose this year.
Although the headmaster of Beauxbatons didn't say anything, he shared the same thought.
Since you, Dumbledore, are willing to let fourth-year students participate, don't blame us if you lose.
The Hogwarts students, though dissatisfied, still applauded Hao Yun.
After all, he is the father of Pokémon, a very prestigious title.
"I never expected that you would be a contestant at Hogwarts."
Furong looked at Hao Yun with slight surprise.
Hao Yun shrugged helplessly, indicating that he was also forced into this situation.
Hao Yun never expected that Dumbledore would do something like this in order to win.
Just as Dumbledore was about to announce the time of the first match, the Goblet of Fire malfunctioned and suddenly spat out a piece of paper with a name on it.
Dumbledore was dumbfounded when he took the piece of paper. How could it be Harry Potter?
"Harry Potter!"
Harry, who was watching the commotion, was suddenly called by name and looked completely bewildered.
The same goes for the others. Didn't the Warriors already pick all their players? How come another one has suddenly appeared?
"Why is there an extra contestant?!"
Karkaroff stepped forward, displeased, and questioned Dumbledore.
Dumbledore didn't speak, and his expression turned somewhat grim.
"Harry, come here. I'm asking you, did you put that name in there, or did someone else put it in for you?"
Harry shook his head blankly. He had never thought about participating, so how could he possibly put his name in?
"This is unfair! We demand a new selection of warriors!"
The young wizards below started making a fuss, selecting two contestants in a row, both of whom were fourth graders, which was unacceptable to everyone.
Rumble!
Suddenly, the starry sky on the restaurant ceiling turned into a thunderous flash, startling the little wizard at the table who screamed repeatedly.
Clang!
The restaurant door was pushed open, and a strangely dressed, somewhat slovenly middle-aged man barged in.
He took out his wand and silenced the ceiling.
"Dumbledore, what's going on?"
The speaker was Mad-Eye, the new Defense Against the Dark Arts professor for the new semester, and also a staff member sent by the Ministry of Magic to assist in the Triwizard Tournament.
"Quiet!"
Dumbledore used his loud voice to quiet the young wizards back down.
"The selection of a champion is an unchangeable fact. Since Harry Potter was chosen by the Goblet of Fire, he is a contestant!"
After the announcement was made, Dumbledore led the four contestants to an empty room.
