The conventional electric motor test is complete and the results are good; the speed is comparable to that of a speedboat. Next, it's time to test the rocket thruster.
Momo's rocket thruster is definitely not comparable to a real rocket thruster. Calling it a rocket thruster is just a matter of connecting high-temperature and high-pressure metal tubes. Its working principle is that Momo compresses his own flames and then sends them through the metal tubes connected to the chair to the large tube at the stern of the ship, where they explode to create a forward thrust. It's simple and brutal.
Boom! A ghostly blue flame erupted from Mo Mo's body, completely enveloping him. Strangely, although the flame scorched the wooden boat and the furled sails, there wasn't a single trace of burning on them.
The flames gradually disappeared after they started to burn. No, they didn't disappear; they were absorbed by the chair. To be precise, the flames were absorbed by the metal tubes connecting the chair.
Boom! As the flames on Mo Mo's body disappeared, the jet engine at the stern of the small wooden boat suddenly erupted, spewing out light blue flames. Then, the small wooden boat flew out like a bullet, it really flew out. The boat shot forward the moment the flames were released, and because the speed was too fast, it flew directly into the air, flying dozens of meters before landing. After landing, it flew up again, just like when we played throwing stones on the water as children, the stones bouncing and jumping on the water's surface.
"Damn, I used too much force. Let's try reducing the flame output."
Without hesitation, Mo Mo quickly reduced the flame output. The flames behind the small boat gradually turned orange-yellow, and the flames from the flamethrower were no longer as large as before, only protruding half a meter, much shorter than the nearly one meter they had before. The speed of the small boat also decreased. It was no longer bouncing around, but skimming along the water's surface, only occasionally flying off the surface, and not for long, usually only three or four meters.
"It's done. The Momo brand airship test was a complete success. In the future, let's try to make something like a motorboat. It should be really good, especially for picking up girls. It'll be perfect. It's also great for chasing. But if you don't have the strength, it's best not to drive it recklessly. You might even get swallowed up by a sea king."
The small boat is finished, and Mo Mo is preparing to set sail to find some crew members, like Nami or something. Pirate training needs to start from childhood! Didn't you see Luffy and Ace? If it weren't for Garp's training when they were young, how could they have such amazing potential? For example… their appetite, their appetite, their appetite! I have to say it three times. Don't underestimate their appetite. A large appetite means strong digestion, allowing them to absorb more energy in the same amount of time. And with ample energy, the body recovers quickly. In the original series, why was Luffy able to recover so quickly after each battle? Wasn't it because of his superhuman digestive and absorption abilities? Therefore, pirates need to be trained from a young age, otherwise how will they become invincible?
"Nami is in the East Blue, and judging by the time, Dragon is about to conquer Cocoyasi Village. Although only through hardship can one truly grow, losing loved ones is extremely painful, especially for a child. So, Nami, let me save you. From now on, you just need to be beautiful." Mo Mo thought to himself.
Mo Mo steered the small boat back to the shore and jumped ashore. Then, with a wave of his hand, the small boat disappeared into the sea. Mo Mo had stored the small boat in a small space created using his spatial abilities. Since he wasn't very familiar with it yet, the space he created wasn't very large, only about fifty meters long, wide, and high. Larger boats wouldn't fit, but it was very easy to fit the small boat, which was only three meters long and one and a half meters wide.
Amidst everyone's astonished gazes, Mo Mo left the shore. Although they were surprised that Mo Mo could make the small boat disappear, they weren't so surprised when they thought about how Mo Mo could even hide Ohara. After all, so many unbelievable things had happened to Mo Mo that everyone had gradually become accustomed to it.
"Robin, Olvia, I'm back. Are you home?" Although it was a question, the words conveyed certainty that Robin and Olvia were definitely home.
"Brother Mo Mo, we're home! We're cooking, and we'll be able to eat soon! Aren't you happy? Robin also cooked for Brother Mo Mo! That scrambled eggs with tomatoes was made by Robin!" Robin said as she ran out and jumped directly towards Mo Mo. Mo Mo quickly hugged Robin.
"Robin is the best!" he said, picking Robin up and walking inside.
Robin has changed quite a bit. Since Nicole Olvia returned, her personality has become much more cheerful. She no longer spends all day reading a book without saying a word. Although she still doesn't play with other children, she will still act cute and ask Olvia to take her out to play, or ask Momo to take her to the canopy of the Tree of Omniscience to watch the sunrise and sunset.
"Robin, you're being naughty again. Come down here, it's time to eat." Olvia glanced at Momo and Robin as they walked in and continued setting out the tableware.
Mo Mo put Robin down, who was making faces at her mother, washed her hands, and sat down at the dining table. Dinner was Chinese food, since Mo Mo didn't like salads or rice balls. The dinner was very simple: scrambled eggs with tomatoes, shredded pork with green peppers, diced chicken with pineapple, and takoyaki. After all, it was already good enough that she had learned a few dishes in just over half a month. As for the takoyaki, Robin had insisted on eating it that morning, so Mo Mo had gone to the sea to catch a big octopus and asked the neighbor to make it for her. They split the profits 50/50, with each family getting half of the takoyaki.
Under Robin's expectant gaze, Mo Mo picked up a slice of tomato, put it in his mouth, chewed it a few times, and swallowed it. Looking at Robin's expectant gaze, Mo Mo gave a thumbs up and praised, "Very good, very much to my liking." Although the tomato was a bit too sweet, who taught him to add sugar to scrambled eggs with tomatoes, and so much of it that the tomatoes no longer tasted like tomatoes, only sweetness remained.
"If it's delicious, then Brother Momo, please order it again." Then Robin directly scooped a big spoonful of scrambled eggs with tomatoes for Momo. It was a sad story. Although Momo really wanted to refuse, in order not to hurt a child's enthusiasm and self-esteem, Momo still ate the honey scrambled eggs with tears in his eyes.
After finishing her meal, Mo Mo silently decided that she must tell Robin that, in fact, scrambled eggs with tomatoes do not need sugar, especially honey.
"Robin, Olvia, I have something to tell you. I'm planning to go out to sea tomorrow to take care of some business. It could take two or three months, or at most half a year. During this time, you should not leave the island, and try to persuade the people on the island not to leave either. After all, only half a month has passed, and the navy is probably still monitoring this area." Mo Mo said seriously.
“Okay, we understand. But you need to be careful. Be careful when you're out there alone. After all, you've offended the Navy and the World Government, so you'll definitely be wanted by the authorities,” Olvia said with a worried expression.
"Don't worry, I have the strength of a Marine Admiral, and with the power of my Chaos Fruit, few can hurt me. Although I don't know Haki yet and may not be able to defeat them, I can certainly protect myself," Mo Mo said nonchalantly.
"Let's go watch the sunset, otherwise we'll have to wait several months to see it again," Mo Mo said, looking at Robin, who seemed a little downcast.
With the power of space at his fingertips, he could leave at a moment's notice. He picked up Robin in one arm and wrapped his other arm around Olvia and Momo, and the three of them vanished into thin air from the house.
At the top of the Omniscient Tree, Mo Mo and his two companions leaned together, watching the fiery sunset. The evening glow was like fire, ring after ring, growing redder as it approached the sun. The sun gradually sank below the horizon, leaving only a wisp of golden light on the clouds. Finally, even this last bit of golden color disappeared, leaving only a final glimmer of light.
Watching the sunset disappear, Mo Mo led Robin and her daughter back home.
After putting Robin to sleep, Olvia went to Momo's room. Nothing was said that night, but the room was filled with the fragrance of spring.
In the early morning, looking at Olvia, who was still fast asleep in his arms, Mo Mo gently kissed her luscious red lips. Then he got up, shut out the kitchen noise to avoid disturbing Robin and the others, made a sumptuous breakfast, thought for a moment, left a note on the table, and left. Before setting sail, he also shot down a sea king, cut it in half, and then cut it into small pieces and put them in his spatial ring for Robin and the others before leaving with peace of mind.
Nami, here I come! And all you beauties of the sea, this great one is here! And all you scum of the sea, watch out! Pray that you don't run into me, or that you haven't done anything to anger me yet, or don't blame me for being ruthless.

Chapter 23 Ah Long, Fallen Defeat
"Ugh! We really do need a navigator or guide! We've been adrift at sea for almost a month and still haven't found Cocoyasi Village. We have a nautical chart, but for someone like me who knows nothing about navigation, it's practically useless. All we see is water." A man of about twenty years old with an extraordinary air stood on a strange little wooden boat on the vast ocean, fretting with frustration.
"I guess I really need a local to lead the way," the boy muttered to himself before jumping into the sea.
Boom! A sea monster nearly a hundred meters long shot into the sky with a column of water, only to fall back into the sea three or four seconds later. As the sea monster was blasted out of the water, the boy who had jumped into the sea earlier returned to his small boat. Clearly, the sea monster was his handiwork, and miraculously, there wasn't a single drop of water on the man, as if he hadn't just gone into the sea.
Looking at the bull-shaped sea monster the size of a small mountain ahead, the young man smiled and said, "Take me to the nearest island. You should know what to do, otherwise, I haven't had any barbecue for days." He even licked his lips as he spoke.
Two days later, Mo Mo was brought ashore. After releasing the sea monster, Mo Mo found a tavern and had a big meal. After eating and drinking to his heart's content, Mo Mo asked the tavern about the situation and found that he had miraculously arrived at his destination. The town where Mo Mo was now located was called Gosa Town, which was next to Cocoa West Village.
However, the news that followed made Mo Mo's heart jump again: the Fishman Pirates on the Grand Line had recently split up.
"I hope you haven't hurt Nami's family yet, and please, Bellemere, don't die! Even if you're not Nami's mother, you're still a beautiful woman, so I can't let you die. Looks like I need to hurry. I hope you're alright, otherwise I won't just defeat you like Luffy and the others did!" Mo Mo prayed in his heart, while a cold glint flashed in his eyes.
"Boss, thank you for the information. It's very important to me. These Berries are your reward. Also, could you find someone to take me to Cocoyasi Village? I have urgent business there. Someone very important to me is waiting for me, and I must get there as soon as possible." Mo Mo took out a handful of Berries and placed them on the table, speaking sincerely.
"It's my honor to help you out!" Then he reached out and pulled the guy who came over to him, saying, "Jeff, take this gentleman to Cocoyasi Village. Make sure you find the fastest and easiest route. If anything happens on the way and delays this gentleman, I'll skin you alive. Remember to come back early after you get this gentleman to Cocoyasi Village."
"Yes, boss, I will definitely get this gentleman to Cocoa West Village as quickly as possible, and I will also be back as soon as possible." The young man patted his chest and promised.
After collecting the Bailey from the table, the tavern owner watched Mo Mo and Jeff's retreating figures and murmured, "God help me, I hope this young owner can reach Cocoyasi Village safely. This is all I can do for you. As for the rest, that's up to fate. Hahaha, for the sake of Bailey."
Mo Mo had no idea that the tavern owner was praying for him because of the stack of Berries. At that moment, Mo Mo had only one thought in his mind: "Get to Cocoyasi Village, hurry to Cocoyasi Village, get to Nami's family."
But trouble came knocking when Mo Mo was less than a hundred meters from the tavern, though it might not be called trouble.
"Hey kid, we heard you're rich. We're..." A group of thugs, dressed in a shabby manner and with an air of arrogance, blocked Mo Mo's path. The surrounding crowd looked at Mo Mo with pity, while Jeff, the tavern waiter, was filled with fear upon seeing the group.
With a quick glance, Mo Mo took in everything around him, and then decisively made his move.
"boom!"
"Shut up, how dare you block my way? Don't you know I'm in a hurry?" Before the other party could finish speaking, Mo Mo casually threw a fireball at them. In the raging flames, this gang of villains who had committed numerous evils in the town, bullying men and women and doing all sorts of wicked things, were reduced to ashes.
The raging fire engulfed the entire gang of thugs. A dozen seconds later, when the fire subsided, only a smooth, mirror-like surface remained. The group of thugs who had been standing there had vanished from the face of the earth. Only the smooth, glassy surface still emitted a scorching heat, reminding everyone that what had just happened was real, not an illusion.
"Wow, that's amazing! Where did that guy come from? He wiped out a whole gang of wicked scum in one blast. Judging by his attire, he must be a great pirate from the Grand Line!"
"Nonsense, how could someone so powerful be a pirate? He must be a Navy admiral, maybe a rear admiral, or even a vice admiral. An admiral is impossible."
"They're pirates, right? Why would a naval admiral ask for directions? They'd just have the local naval officers take them."
"No, pirates wouldn't be so polite, it must be the Navy."
"He's so handsome, so polite, and so strong. Who cares if he's a pirate or a marine? I can't take it anymore, I want to have his babies."
"I'm such a fangirl, but he's really handsome. I wish I could sleep with him for one night."
"What navy pirate? I'm a pirate. It's decided, I'm going to set sail and become a pirate."
"Bullshit, it's definitely the Navy. Since you want to be a pirate, I'll just capture you first and then join the Navy."
"What?! You actually dare to challenge the future great pirate!"
"It is an honor for you to be praised by me, a future naval admiral."
"Are you looking for a beating?"
"Crackling, popping, banging"
"Hey, don't hit my face."
"Ouch! You stepped on my face! Get away from me!"
"Don't tear my clothes, you pervert!"
With a wave of his sleeve, he left without a trace of cloud, only a mess on the ground. Mo Mo had no idea that he had caused such a farce simply by casually eliminating a group of villains.
In mid-air, Mo Mo carried the wailing tavern waiter with a look of disgust. Ever since Mo Mo complained that he was walking too slowly and took him into the air, he had been like this. Mo Mo thought it was just that he was not mentally prepared and was frightened, so he had such a big reaction. But he did not expect that two or three minutes had passed and he was still like this.
"Quiet down, or I'll put you down here." Seeing that the waiter had been making a ruckus for several minutes and still wouldn't calm down, Mo Mo finally lost his patience.
"I...I won't make a fuss anymore...please...please don't put me down! I don't want to die." The tavern waiter immediately quieted down upon hearing Mo Mo's words. Although his hands and legs were still trembling violently and his upper and lower teeth were fighting each other, he finally calmed down.
"Your name is Jeff, right? Don't worry, I have a strong grip, and even if I don't hold you, you won't fall. I'll protect you. Hurry up and give me directions, I'm in a hurry."
Jeff looked around, then pointed out a discovery. Following Jeff's instructions, Momo arrived above Cocoa West Village in less than half an hour.
Mo Mo's heart jumped the moment he arrived at Cocoyasi Village, because there was a pirate ship anchored at sea. The pirate ship was entirely red, with inverted triangular fangs painted below the hull. The ram at the bow was a fish-man's head with sharp teeth and a nose like a blade. The pirate flag flying on the ship had two crossed bones as the base, with a strange red fish with serrated horns on the outside. Wasn't this Arlong's fish-man pirate ship?
Mo Mo's heart skipped a beat when he saw the ship; he hoped it wasn't too late.
Mo Mo put down the tavern waiter's bag he was carrying, casually tossed him a handful of Berries, and then released his divine sense. His expression changed drastically as he could clearly see the fishmen of Arlong's pirate crew ravaging the villagers of Cocoyasi Village. Arlong's finger was already on the trigger of the pistol pointed at Bellemere, ready to pull it at any moment and take Bellemere's life.
"Thank you, Pele. Please come to me if you need any help next time, even though it was a bit dangerous to guide you."
"Huh? Where's the gentleman? How come he disappeared in the blink of an eye? What a strange gentleman, but he's really generous. He gave me 10,000 Berries just for showing me the way." Jeff scratched his head and walked out of the village. He still had to go back to work.
"Thud!" Blood splattered from Bellemere's back, staining the lawn red and some even splashing onto the orange tree, scattered here and there, looking particularly desolate, as if telling the story of its owner's misfortune and sorrow.
Amidst the despairing gazes of Namino Chiko and Ken, a handsome young man with extraordinary charisma caught Bellemere, who was about to fall to the ground.
"Thank goodness, there's still a glimmer of hope. If we had arrived any later, we would have had to help with the funeral arrangements." Mo Mo hugged Bellemere tightly, one arm in front of the other.
The sudden appearance of Momo startled the Fishman Pirates, but as expected of someone who had been to the Grand Line, they reacted immediately. With a click, Arlong pointed his pistol at Momo's head, who was holding Bellemere, and said, "Who are you? Do you think a lowly person like you can ruin my plans?"
"Get your toys off my head." Mo Mo held Bellemere without lifting his head, and his hands began to glow green.
"You arrogant inferior race, don't think you can do whatever you want just because you have some power. Now I'll crush your pathetic confidence!" Perhaps it was Mo Mo's attitude that angered A Long. After despising Mo Mo, amidst the fishmen's arrogant laughter and the terrified gazes of the villagers of Cocoyasi Village, A Long pulled the trigger.
"Bang!" A gunshot rang out. But the scene of Mo Mo falling to the ground, spraying blood, that everyone had imagined did not happen. The people in the room continued with their work as if no one was there, as if the shot had not been fired at him at all.
"Huh? It actually ignored my bullets, not bad, it's worth it... Ah, what the hell is this that's so blinding."
It's no wonder Ah Long yelled; it was too sudden and the light was too blinding. Plus, Mo Mo was deliberately targeting him. It's amazing he didn't go blind.
"How foolish! All you think about is muscles and violence. The reason why fishmen are hated by humans is because of you self-righteous fishmen." As he spoke, the light in Mo Mo's hands faded, and he held Bellemere in one arm.
"What did you say? You lowly creature, you've angered me! I'm going to sink you into the deep sea to feed the fish!" Ah Long roared, taking the sharp tooth out of his mouth and holding it in his hand.
"You're courting death!" Mo Mo's face was filled with murderous intent.
"Frozen," Mo Mo murmured, his right hand encased in a layer of ice. The ice rapidly extended from Mo Mo's hand to Arlong's body, so quickly that Arlong was frozen before he could react. The ice didn't stop after freezing Arlong; instead, it seemed to have eyes and headed straight for the Fishman Pirates.
In the blink of an eye, all the fishmen were frozen solid, and through the ice, one could see expressions of astonishment or fear on their faces.
"I almost forgot, there's one more I can't kill. I'll spare your life for now, but don't let me find out you've done anything bad in the future, or don't blame me for roasting you into jerky. Get lost!" With a wave of his hand, Mo Mo conjured a hurricane out of thin air, which swept Xiao Ba into the air and sent him flying to who knows where.
It wasn't until now that Namino, Ken, and the others realized what was happening and quickly surrounded them.
"Bellmere, Bellmere, waaaaah!" Naminoki hugged Bellmere's legs and cried loudly.
Ah Jian walked over and looked at Mo Mo, who was holding Bellemere, and said, "Thank you for defeating this group of pirates and saving our village. We are very grateful to you, and the whole village will thank you. But could you please return Bellemere to me? I want her to rest in peace."
Mo Mo glanced at A Jian and said, "I barely managed to save her life. Do you want Nami and Nojiko to be without a mother?"
Momo lowered Bellemere to his knees, then stroked Nami's head and said, "Nami, do you want Bellemere to come back to life? I have a way to heal Bellemere, but you have to leave Cocoyasi Village and live in a faraway place. Are you willing?"
Nami, tears streaming down her face, said, "I'm willing. I'll do anything as long as Bellemere can come back to life." Nojiko also chimed in, eager to express her opinion.
