El Qi es fácil de transmitir - Capítulo 82
“A woman…” one of the younger-looking “kappa” confirmed in his mind.
"Don't kill her, you can keep her..." Another thought was clearly somewhat lewd.
"How old is she?" the first "kappa" asked in its mind.
"Maybe he's in his fifties or sixties?" the other "kappa" wondered, and they all said.
Nizi had already received the thoughts of the "kappas" in her mind, and stared at them with disdain...
"What... is that little thing?" Kappa Lao Liu asked telepathically, pointing at "Little Cui'er." For five hundred years, it had never left the underground palace and had never seen such an animal.
"Of course it's a dog, don't you know that?" the kappa leader said arrogantly.
“Nonsense, that’s a cat,” the old kappa corrected their mistaken view.
"I want this woman to be my wife..." the kappa leader thought longingly.
“We want to too…” the other kappa shouted.
"There's only one woman, not enough to go around..." The old kappa was worried. He glanced at his wife, then decisively told everyone, "Whoever grabs her first gets to keep her."
Upon hearing this, the eldest kappa stretched out his two long arms to hug Nizi, while the second eldest behind him raised his hand and struck the eldest kappa hard on the back of the neck. Immediately afterwards, the kappa brothers started fighting among themselves, while the old kappa couple stood aside watching the fun.
The kappa's head was filled with water, giving it immense strength. The fight was incredibly fierce, with them falling to the ground in all directions, their white mushroom "hats" scattered everywhere, yet they still clung to each other tightly. Before long, most of the kappa brothers had bruises and cuts, except for the sixth one, who stood aside and watched without getting involved.
The last five brothers had all the water spilled from the dents on their heads, and their strength was completely gone, leaving them panting heavily. Just then, the sixth brother, who had been waiting patiently nearby, made his move, quickly knocking all his brothers to the ground, unable to get up.
"Sixth brother, this woman is yours." The old kappa couple immediately made the final decision.
At this moment, Nizi, holding "Little Cui'er," kept watching coldly, already having made up her mind.
Kappa Lao Liu tidied his messy fur with both hands, then walked over happily, staring intently at Ni Zi, growing more and more fond of her with each glance…
The old kappa couple grabbed the remaining kappa brothers one by one and threw them into the black spring. Then they smiled at the sixth brother and jumped in as well, disappearing in an instant. It turned out that there was their nest underwater.
"You are my woman," Kappa Lao Liu said to Ni Zi in his mind.
Nizi stared at it coldly, without uttering a sound.
"You're hungry... I'll catch some fish to eat." With that, Lao Liu jumped into the black spring, creating ripples.
Before long, Kappa Lao Liu leaped out of the water with a splash, landing soaking wet in front of Ni Zi with a large, fat fish in his mouth, which he then presented to her with both hands.
Nizi didn't go to catch the fish, but instead asked it telepathically, "What's inside that stone door?"
“It’s…it’s ‘Feng Hou Tomb’,” the sixth brother replied.
"Is there a road ahead that leads back to the island in the middle of the lake?" Nizi asked, pointing upwards. She was only concerned about whether she could get out.
Kappa Lao Liu shook his head, indicating that there was no way out.
"Sigh..." Nizi was quite disappointed, and asked in her mind, "Take me to that place in the past." Since Master Fei and the others all wanted to find the "Wind Queen's Tomb," what strange things might be inside?
Kappa Lao Liu shook his head and replied in his mind, "No...no, absolutely not."
Nizi beckoned him over, and Kappa Lao Liu happily approached.
Suddenly, Nizi opened her mouth, and a beam of red light shot out. Obeying its master's will, the giant blood flea pounced on the face of the sixth kappa, and then with a "plop," pierced into its mouthparts...
Chapter 127
Kappa are high-level primates. Lao Liu's intelligence is equivalent to that of a four or five-year-old child, which is inferior to Ni Zi's. Moreover, Ni Zi already possesses all of Mengla Chaweng Bing's power.
At this moment, the giant blood flea had retreated back into Nizi's mouth, and Kappa Lao Liu's mind was immediately controlled by the "blood curse," becoming a puppet that obeyed his every command.
"Take me to 'Wind Queen's Tomb'," Nizi commanded telepathically.
Kappa Lao Liu nodded obediently, squatted down blankly, and Ni Zi hugged "Xiao Cui'er" and clung to his back. Lao Liu stepped into the water with a "plop" and swam with Ni Zi across the black hot spring. He put Ni Zi down on the shore and then led her towards the stone door that was half-closed and glowing with orange light.
Upon reaching the stone gate, Kappa Lao Liu trembled slightly and hesitated to proceed.
"What's wrong?" Nizi's mind asked.
"A restriction..." Kappa Lao Liu replied, pointing to the door.
Nizi's gaze swept over and she found inscriptions on the stone gate, which were four lines of verse: "That corpse, your corpse, no corpse, no breath, what do you seek in the appearance of a corpse, the ghost pot incantation."
Nizi carefully examined the characters, but she didn't recognize most of them. Oh well, what does it matter what they say... Since Lao Liu didn't dare go in, she decided to go in herself. So, Nizi squeezed through the stone doorway, and when she looked up, she was immediately stunned...
This was also a stone hall, with large pieces of yellow fluorite embedded in the surrounding stone walls and ceiling, emitting an orange glow. In the middle of the stone hall stood a barefoot little girl, holding a large black cat in her arms, staring at her with a surprised expression. That girl was none other than Nizi herself...
With a loud bang, the stone door behind them suddenly closed by itself, leaving Kappa Lao Liu outside.
Nizi rubbed her eyes, stared nervously over, and waved her hand. The girl did not repeat the same action. It was certain that this was not an image reflected in a mirror, but a real person with flesh and blood!
Nizi tentatively took two steps forward, then cautiously asked, "Who are you?"
The girl didn't answer, staring at him with malice, and even the big black cat in her arms was glaring menacingly at "Little Cui'er".
"Meow..." At this moment, "Little Cui'er" saw the black cat opposite her. She was overjoyed to meet her own kind here, so she greeted it in a friendly manner. However, the big black cat did not appreciate the greeting at all and continued to glare at her angrily.
Nizi paused for a moment, then gave a cold laugh and said indifferently to the girl, "Hmph, a petty trick. You're nothing but a 'yin-yang person,' you can't fool me..."
The legend of the "Yinxiangren" (a type of sorcerer) dates back to the Ayutthaya Kingdom of Siam. There was a feudal lord named Elder Fang, who was the only sorcerer in Siam who knew the art of "Yinxiangren." The specific method involved finding someone whose appearance and physique resembled the person to be "Yinxiangren," poisoning that person, then applying a special corpse oil for seven days, and undergoing numerous procedures such as soul possession and corpse resurrection. Only then could the "Yinxiangren" be created. In some ways, it was similar to the "corpse-driving" practiced in western Hunan, Central China, but far more complex. In November 1770, the Thonburi Dynasty unified Siam. General Phiya Phichai captured and executed Elder Fang at the Chiang Mai palace. However, only a "Yinxiangren" was killed; Elder Fang's true form disappeared without a trace. This was the last recorded "Yinxiangren" in Siamese history. For the next two hundred years, "Yinxiangren" never appeared again, and the entire Thai sorcery community believed that this art had been lost since the Thonburi Dynasty.
Actually, this wasn't the case. Elder Fang's true form escaped and hid deep in the primeval forests of northern Myanmar, where he died years later far from home. By chance, Elder Fang's tomb in the forest was discovered by a young man named Mengla Chaweng Bing, who was on the run. During the tomb raiding, he found a manuscript containing the methods for making "Yin Xiangren" (a type of sorcerer) and the secret manual for refining "Blood Curses." Years later, Mengla Chaweng Bing eventually became the most powerful sorcerer in Siam.
Now, both of the world's most bizarre black magic spells remain on Nizi's body.
But Nizi was wrong. What Guo Pu set up back then was actually "Zhu You Illusion Technique", not the "Yin Xiang Ren" black magic passed down by Elder Fang.
Illusion magic first appeared in the pre-Qin period and became popular in the Eastern Han Dynasty. Many itinerant magicians made a living by performing this art, but very few were truly skilled; most were just charlatans.
The Liezi (Book of Master Lie) records in the chapter "King Mu of Zhou": "That which exhausts the numbers and reaches the changes, and that which changes according to form, is called transformation, or illusion. The Creator is skillful and profound, and thus difficult to fathom and end; that which changes according to form is skillful but shallow, and thus arises and vanishes. Only when one understands that illusion and transformation are no different from life and death can one begin to learn about illusion."
During the Eastern Han Dynasty, the sorcerer Sun Nu was skilled in a set of head-cutting techniques. The book *Yi Yuan* states: "Sun Nu of Shangyu was skilled in many illusionary arts. He rebelled at the beginning of the Yuanjia era and reappeared among the common people during the Jian'an era. He treated people's headaches, causing profuse bleeding, and with a breath, the head would be severed, and the wound would heal immediately." Judging from the textual description, this already belongs to the "head-moving technique" within the "Zhu You illusionary arts."
Guo Pu, a master of Yi studies during the Eastern Jin Dynasty, was the greatest synthesizer of "Zhu You Illusionary Arts." To protect the secret of the Guanzhong Navel, in addition to the protection of four divine beasts, he also set up mechanisms, using a copper thimble as the key to open the gate of the underground palace, which he entrusted to his descendants as a token. To prevent the copper thimble from falling into the wrong hands and trespassing, he also set up a giant spider and the "Taiyin Tengshe Yin Dun Ju" (a magical formation). The red bean-shaped figures were the result of the "Scattering Beans to Create Soldiers" illusion. Guo Pu discovered and imprisoned a pair of male and female kappa within the Navel, guarding the black hot spring. Finally, in the "Feng Hou Tomb," he cast the final "Zhu You Illusionary Arts," called "Human Demon Illusion." Guo Pu believed that only a successor of the "Zhu You Divine Skill" and possessing the copper thimble could enter the underground palace, successfully pass the test, reach the "Feng Hou Tomb," and retrieve the "Ghost Pot."
However, 1,700 years later, a girl named Nizi accidentally arrived at the Guanzhong Navel, used the copper thimble to open the door to the underground palace, killed the giant spider with Siamese black magic, used the "Bluebird Burial Scripture" to break the "Taiyin Tengshe Yin Dun Ju", and finally subdued the kappa with the giant blood flea and entered the "Feng Hou Tomb". This was something that Guo Pu had not anticipated when he laid out the plan.
“ไสยศาสตร์ (Shai Ya Sa)…” Ni Zi shouted to the “fake Ni Zi” standing opposite her, unaware that she was speaking Thai.
Unexpectedly, the "fake girl" did not react at all. Instead, she threw the big black cat in her hand to the ground, pulled back her lips, bared two rows of sharp teeth, and pretended to pounce.
"ถูกของ ถูกทำคุณไสย์ ยาสั่ง พราย พราย (Tu Kuang, Tu Ta Kun Shai, Ya Shang, Pai, Pai)..." Ni Zi also put "Xiao Cui'er" at her feet and shouted sternly.
The "fake girl" remained unmoved by the "yin-xiangren's" curse; instead, she suddenly lunged forward and lunged to bite at the girl's neck...
The big black cat opposite also pounced fiercely and started fighting with "Little Cui'er".
Nizi was not as fierce as "Fake Nizi". In the fight, she gradually lost and was scratched and bitten until she was covered in blood. Her neck was almost bitten.
Little Cui'er's injuries had not yet healed when she was bitten several times by that ferocious black cat, her skin was torn in two or three places, and she was in a precarious situation.
The bloodthirsty ferocity within Nizi was finally being gradually unleashed...
Southeast Asian black magic originated from the Zhuyouke (祝由科) of the Central Plains. During the Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties, frequent wars led to the southward migration of gentry, who brought this secret art from the Central Plains to the southern barbarian lands. The Miao shamans and Miao doctors combined it with their own witchcraft, thus forming the unique Miao Gu art. In the long course of history, the Zhuyouke of the Central Plains gradually evolved and was integrated into traditional Chinese medicine.
The practice of black magic appeared relatively late, originating from the "Gu" magic of the Miao region in western Hunan. Therefore, the "Zhu You Illusion Magic" set up by Guo Pu was actually of the same origin as Ni Zi's "Blood Black Magic". Mengla Chaweng Bingyuan was originally from Hedong, Shanxi, and was also a descendant of the Guo family. His ancestors migrated south to Siam and later became relatives of the royal family. Due to court struggles, he fled to the jungles of northern Myanmar, where he unexpectedly obtained the secret techniques of Elder Fang and became the first black magic master in Siam.
The spell Nizi used to restrain the "yin-xiangren" was a Southeast Asian black magic, while the "fake Nizi" was a "human-demon illusion" from the Central Plains Zhuyou illusion technique, so it was impossible to deal with.
At this moment, the "fake girl's" braids had completely fallen off, her hair was disheveled, and her face was ferocious. She rolled her eyes, sat cross-legged on the ground, and then twisted her head with both hands. With a "crack," she actually ripped off a head. Strangely, not a drop of blood was seen...
Nizi was stunned. Just as she was feeling confused, she suddenly felt a tightness in her neck, followed by a sharp pain. She felt dizzy and couldn't stand up, so she sat down on the ground with a thud. As the pain intensified, Nizi gradually found it difficult to breathe...
Nizi was unaware that the "blood curse" within her body was currently struggling against the "human demon illusion head-shifting technique." While Mengla Chaweng Bing, as the top sorcerer in Southeast Asia, possessed considerable skill, it still couldn't compare to Guo Pu's authentic "Zhu You illusion technique." Nizi's neck was intensifying in pain, like being cut by a knife, as if an invisible hand was twisting and pulling at her head. She could even hear the cracking sound of her cervical vertebrae about to break.
Just then, an image of snow-covered mountains suddenly appeared in Nizi's mind. In the snow, a young, one-armed monk stood silently in a knee-deep snowdrift, his hands clasped together. A bloodstained, severed arm lay on the snow...
Immediately afterwards, Nizi vaguely arrived at a dark little cave, where she saw an old monk with an aquiline nose, sunken eyes, and a full beard sitting alone facing the stone wall, his eyes closed, his palms facing the sky. Not only was his body covered with a thick layer of dust, but birds had also built nests on his body by carrying twigs.
The old monk sighed, slowly stood up, and walked out of the cave. At that moment, Nizi was surprised to find that the image of the old monk meditating facing the wall was faintly visible on the stone wall in the cave, and even the folds of his clothes were clearly visible.
On the misty banks of the Yangtze River, an old monk broke off a reed and threw it into the river. Then, incredibly, he stepped on that thin reed and crossed the river, leaving behind a tattered straw sandal on the shore...
This is precisely the authentic Buddhist esoteric skill "Bodhidharma's Five Forms" that Master Yidu wants to pass on to her: Crossing the River on a Reed, Facing the Wall for Nine Years, Cutting Off an Arm and Standing in the Snow, Shadow Piercing Through Stone, and Returning West with Only One Shoe.
Nizi had an epiphany at the critical moment of life and death...
Chapter 128
Nizi stood up and tried "crossing the river on a reed" for the first time. Her body swayed diagonally to one side of the stone hall and clung to the stone wall. Her posture was extremely graceful. Then she landed lightly on the ground. Nizi's faint figure could be seen through the bare stone wall. It was lifelike and very realistic.
At this moment, "Fake Nizi" had brought the "Human Demon Illusion Head Shifting Technique" to its limit. The invisible hands in the air changed their target and went straight for Nizi's head on the stone wall... In an instant, stone chips flew everywhere, and two deep grooves were actually carved out of the hard stone wall. Nizi's "Damo Five Styles" fourth style "Shadow Penetration into Stone" took effect, diverting the attack target of "Zhuyou Illusion Technique".
"Meow..." A pitiful cry rang out. Nizi looked up and saw that "Little Cui'er" had been pinned down by the big black monster cat, which had opened its blood-red mouth and was about to bite her.
In her haste, Nizi swung her arm, unleashing the "Severed Arm Standing in the Snow" technique. A faint shadow of her arm struck the large black cat several feet away with lightning speed. The five fingers of the arm, like steel clamps, tightly gripped the cat's neck, lifting it into the air and tightening their grip. The black cat's tongue lolled out, its four legs kicking wildly in despair. Then, a wisp of green smoke rose, and it vanished in an instant…
After dealing with the big black cat, Nizi flicked her left arm again, sending a blur of motion towards the headless "fake Nizi." She snatched the severed head from the head and slammed it heavily onto the "fake Nizi's" neck with a loud "smack."
After a wisp of smoke, the "fake girl" suddenly disappeared.
Guo Pu's "Zhu You Illusion" technique, specifically the "Human-Demon Illusion," was so bizarre that it was considered the "crown jewel of illusions." No matter how many highly skilled martial artists entered the underground palace, an identical number of images would appear and fight each other, eventually tearing off their own heads, resulting in the unauthorized trespassers being beheaded and dying a violent death. The "Blood Curse" within Ni Zi's body and the "Zhu You Illusion" were of the same origin, and could initially counteract it to some extent. However, with the appearance of the "Five Forms of Bodhidharma," the combined power of the two techniques was finally broken, and with the illusion broken, the secret chamber naturally opened.
"Crack..." A heavy stone door on the wall opened, and the secret chamber of "Feng Hou Tomb" was finally revealed.
In the center of the secret chamber sits a wooden compass chariot. The two wooden wheels are marked with arc degrees, directional markers, and pointer marks for determining direction. Inside the chariot stands a wooden figure, its arm outstretched and pointing south. Ancient texts refer to this chariot as the "South-Pointing Chariot." Unlike a traditional compass that utilizes the Earth's magnetic field, it employs a differential mechanism with seven small gears that automatically engage and disengage. No matter which direction the chariot turns, the wooden figure's hand always points south, hence the saying, "Though the chariot turns, its hand always points south."
A headless, mummified corpse sat upright in the car. Its body was ashen, its flesh dry and clinging to its bones, and its abdomen sunken. Despite this, it was still evident that this person must have been a tall, robust, and imposing figure in life.
Nizi's heart pounded. After a while, she cautiously took a few steps forward, her gaze falling on the desiccated corpse's hands. There, the man's withered hands held a dark brown skull, no bigger than a goose egg...
This mummified body is that of Feng Hou, who lived five thousand years ago. After his death, he was buried at Fenglingdu. In 316 AD, Guo Pu moved it to the navel of Guanzhong, where it has remained silently for more than sixteen hundred years.
Feng Hou, a descendant of Fuxi. The *Lu Shi Guo Ming Ji* states: "In their ancestors, the state of Shi was located in Feng, hence the surname Feng. Therefore, Feng Hou was a descendant of Fuxi." Zheng Qiao's *Tong Zhi Shi Zu Lue* states: "Feng is the surname of Fuxi. He was one of the three ministers of the Yellow Emperor."
He was a descendant of Fuxi, the leader of an ancient clan in the Central Plains. He was well-versed in the Eight Trigrams of Fuxi, served as the prime minister of the Yellow Emperor, and was also the ancestor of the Zhuyou (a type of folk healing) art in the Central Plains. At the time of his death, he used all his life's Zhuyou magic to shrink his head, shrinking his 23 skull bones and six mandible bones into a dense, irregular bone sphere with a hollow cavity in the middle and six holes on the surface: two eye sockets, a nasal cavity, an oral cavity, and two ear canals, resembling an ancient Xun (a type of ancient Chinese wind instrument).
Nizi stared blankly at the desiccated corpse, wondering, "Is this the 'Feng Hou' that Master Fei and the others have been searching for? What do these people want with this withered body...?"
Nizi was completely baffled. She looked around, but the secret chamber was empty, devoid of any burial objects. Finally, her gaze fell upon the small skull. What was this…? It looked like Feng Hou's head, but how could it be so small? She reached out and touched it, instantly feeling two completely different energies, warm and cool, seep into her bones. Her whole body shuddered. How strange…
At this moment, Nizi already possessed the "Blood Curse" witchcraft and the "Five Forms of Bodhidharma" divine skill, and her courage was far greater than before. She calmly stretched out her hands, carefully picked up the skull, thought for a moment, and then put it into her pocket.
Now she thought, "I need to figure out how to get out."
Nizi turned and walked out of the secret room. She looked back at the headless mummy on the compass cart and felt very calm. She did not feel the guilt of taking someone's head without permission. The "blood curse" was already subtly changing her temperament.
"Crack..." The stone door to the secret chamber closed automatically, leaving behind a bare stone wall.
"Meow..." The big black cat "Xiao Cui'er" lay slumped on the stone hall floor, covered in blood, looking at her with pitiful eyes.
Nizi stepped forward, bent down and picked up "Little Cui'er," gently patting it and comforting it, saying, "Little Cui'er, as long as we can get out, we won't be afraid of anything anymore." Then she walked to the closed stone door.
This was a heavy stone door, perfectly sealed. It had closed automatically after we came in. Perhaps there was some secret hidden inside? As Nizi was pondering this, she suddenly felt her foot sink, and the stone slab beneath her feet dropped an inch.
