Мой первый муж после переселения душ - Глава 64

Глава 64

I walked into Wu Hui's luxurious royal suite. His room, made up of my birthday gift, didn't look like a masculine man's bedroom at all.

The room is filled with colored paper and handmade origami depicting the beauty of the underwater world: fish blowing bubbles, swaying seaweed, paper cranes with their heads held high, roosters foraging for food, and small bells running through the middle.

After moving into the inner room, the masterpiece from many years ago was arrogantly hung across the headboard, the naked body, even without being fully formed, to display the domineering aura of a warlord.

The simple and elegant interior decoration matched Wu Hui's domineering aura, but the only flaw was that the rag doll that Lao Tzu gave him was placed right in the middle.

Look at this gift that ruins the whole feeling! And it's from someone as talented as me! I'm so ashamed!

I'm glad I'm not in the interior design business, otherwise I would definitely be unemployed.

I looked at his horribly messed-up room, smelled the faint scent of pine, sat on the edge of the bed, picked up the turtle plush toy I had given him last year, and used my feet to relieve the all-powerful attack of gravity.

I rubbed my aching legs, not daring to ask him to serve me in bed.

"What's wrong!" Wu Hui stole a bit of concern from Java. She nudged the real Wu Hui, who was as still as a dead pig.

"I'm so tired--." She pouted and stretched out her foot to show him. Anyway, she was really tired and didn't care if he caused trouble.

Without a hint of regret or doubt, she helped me take off my boots.

Bubbles, like tiny water droplets, eagerly rush out of the enclosed space to breathe air.

"Ah--! My feet have turned into Chou Qian's face, ugly, ugly, my feet have become ugly." How pitiful, I showed him my red nose.

"Why didn't you say so sooner!" Wu Hui lowered her head, pressing the round blisters with her hand. Her strong features were all scrunched up, as if she were very concerned about my injury. It seems our friendship is no joke.

But you made the mistake! Why did you do it?

"Put some medicine on you. How can you go into battle looking like this?"

What?! Charge?! Don't scare me! That kind of place isn't suitable for ladies.

"Just tell me if you feel unwell in the future. I'm not going to eat you." Wu Hui took out a small pink bottle, and the cool, solid ointment spread on his index finger, then covered with tiny bubbles.

He carefully applied the medicine for me. Though he was usually quiet and unassuming, when he got serious, he was just like a big kid.

But this very same young man will have to sacrifice his youth for the peace and happiness of this land tomorrow.

"Regret, now that you're gone, I won't be able to see you anymore." You must be lonely without me.

Having been together for so long, I obediently reached out my hand and blinked, wanting him to hug me.

Wu Hui placed my feet on the bed, ruffled my messy hair, and looked at me with a helpless and reluctant gaze:

“I’ve been hiding from this day for a long time, but I’m a man, and I have my own responsibilities when it comes to matters of the heart.”

He reached out and pulled me and the turtle into his arms.

He looked at me quietly, his eyes devoid of their usual eccentricity. Though his pride had faded, it was hard for me to ignore his strength. The achievements and merits accumulated over several lifetimes had given this child of the family an innate air of heroism.

I snuggled closer to him, feeling safe and secure, like a man's open chest offering himself to me.

Do you like Sikong?

"Why ask that?" It's a real downer, and besides, there's no question of liking or disliking Sikong between us!

He didn't like me, and I just thought he was so-so, but that guy was really delicious.

Hehe--Remembering that day.

What are you laughing at! Don't laugh so cunningly! "The essence of 'no regrets and no satisfaction' burst forth from the earth and knocked on my head.

I reluctantly wiped the drool off the turtle's body, trying to avoid any images that were inappropriate for children.

"Don't wipe your drool on my little Gui." Wu Hui pulled the turtle away from my arms and put it back on his bedside table.

I stared speechlessly at my empty arm.

Damn it, you won't even let me touch a broken toy. After you leave, I'll cut them all up.

"Hey! Do you like Sikong or not?"

"I like it." Who told you to be so stingy?

"What did you say!" Someone glared at me menacingly. I felt like I'd stepped on a hornet's nest. I shrank back slightly and smiled sincerely:

"Like my ass. If anyone likes anyone, it's our Huihui."

I carefully observed his reaction, praying that he wouldn't do anything rash at this moment! The place is too small; if he gets beaten up, he'll be crippled!

Seeing that I was sensible, Wu Hui sighed, didn't throw me out, but also didn't greet me. It seems she was petty and angry.

I mustered my courage and moved closer to him:

"Are you angry?" I tentatively hooked his finger and tilted my head to look at him.

Wu Hui lowered her head, fiddling with the hand I offered, admiring and playing with it.

"I regret it."

Is he really angry? I leaned closer to him and acted coquettishly.

Wu Hui looked up at me, his left hand unconsciously stroking my hair. I nestled my face in his hand.

I don't want to leave behind too much injustice for this man who dedicated his life to the happiness of so many people.

Wu Hui hugged me tightly, sniffing my hair, and I obediently let him warm me.
