The door slowly opened, and Qingyun walked in, breathing on her hands to warm them. Behind her, Ziyi followed, carrying a large bouquet of plum blossoms.
All four of them were taken aback.
Jun Wuhen was the first to react. He immediately went to greet her, and when he saw Qingyun's pale lips, he frowned and asked in a cold voice, "Ziyi, didn't I tell you to take good care of Yun'er?"
The woman in purple bit her lips, lowered her head, and remained silent.
Qingyun smiled and said softly, "It was my decision to go out, don't blame Ziyi." She turned her head and saw Yu Wuxia behind Jun Wuhen.
Seeing her smile, Jun Wuhen's expression softened. Following her gaze, he turned around and introduced her, "Yun'er, this is Yu Wuxia, my cousin."
Qingyun blinked, and when she noticed the jealousy and the hint of affection in her eyes, she smiled gently.
"His name reflects his character; he is as flawless as jade."
As Yu Wuxia stared at the endless doting look in Jun Wuhen's eyes, she pouted, glared at Qingyun, and ran straight to the door.
The woman in purple, who had been keeping her head down, was accidentally bumped by Yu Wuxia, and the plum blossoms she was holding instantly fell to the ground. She let out a soft cry.
Yu Wuxia paused, turned around and glared at Ziyi, then ran out angrily.
"Yun'er..." Jun Wuhen was about to speak when Qingyun smiled slightly and interrupted him.
“I know she’s still young.”
Jun Wuhen smiled slightly. "It's good that Yun'er understands."
"Jun Wuhen, I can give you the answer now."
Jun Wuhen was taken aback at first, then his eyes burst with boundless joy, but in the blink of an eye they dimmed again. His gaze became cautious, with a hint of expectation in it.

Qingyun pursed her lips, her hand clenching into a fist inside her sleeve. She stared at him intently and said very seriously, "Jun Wuhen, have you ever thought that it's very unfair to you for me to marry you?"
"It's alright." Jun Wuhen gently held her hand. "Yun'er, after we get married, you will definitely fall in love with me."
Qingyun gazed into his icy blue eyes, and after a long while she nodded.
"Okay, after we get married, I will try my best to fall in love with you."
Outside the room, the woman in purple was carefully tidying up the plum blossoms on the ground. She pursed her lips, her face was pale, and her eyes were filled with turbulent waves, behind which lay endless pain.
