Kiyomi Tsuki and His Fox - Chapter 7

Chapter 7

Lu Qingcheng scolded, "You're full, yet you're still drooling."

"Ah, well, I can't help but drool when I smell the aroma, my feet won't move, and my head will spin. Lord, could you please tell those two pretty ladies that even if they don't eat it, they should at least let me see what delicious food is inside? Otherwise, I'll be miserable." Sure enough, a drool trickled from the corner of Kiyoshi's mouth.

Cai Zhonghe fell down.

Chapter Four Lei Yongxiang

Three days later, the group arrived at Tianyi Ranch. Blue skies and white clouds, lush green grass, rolling hills, and numerous lakes scattered like mirrors across the vast grassland—hundreds of horses galloped like a rolling river under the command of their herdsmen. At a glance, flocks of sheep moved across the green meadows, like clouds fallen from the sky, a sight that stirred the blood.

They spurred their horses straight toward the manor. As they were about to arrive, Kiyomi Tsuki suddenly reined in his horse, pointed with his whip at a large white horse galloping back and forth in the stable in the distance, and exclaimed, "Look at that white horse! My goodness! It's more alluring than a beauty."

He spurred his horse and galloped towards the stables, followed closely by Cai Bo'an, Cai Zhonghe, Fang Runmin, and six close attendants. The Cai family's retainers escorted the three carriages, moving slowly along the stables. Upon reaching the stables, Qing Jianyue dismounted and leaped over the fence like a lively little deer.

The white fox crouched beside the fence, cautiously peering out.

"Jianyue, be careful, that's a wild horse."

Cai Zhonghe reined in his horse and shouted a warning, but Qing Jianyue had already jumped onto the white horse. The white horse neighed angrily and swayed violently, determined to throw him to the ground and trample him into the mud.

Cai Bo'an patted the iron horse beneath him and shook his head, saying, "Reckless! This horse is obviously untrained, wild and untamed, and it's not even saddled. If he keeps acting like this, he might break his neck."

No sooner had the words left his mouth than a large white horse galloped towards them like the wind, its ferocity sending a chill down the spines of everyone present. Just as it reached them, the white horse abruptly stopped, and upon closer inspection, it was discovered that due to inertia, its body had been tossed high into the air like a ball, before crashing down with a thud, landing comically upside down on the fence. The white fox, its four paws flailing, darted to its master and circled around him.

"This is hilarious!" Cai Zhonghe clutched his stomach and laughed heartily.

Cai Bo'an was stunned.

Dozens of horses galloped from afar, and in the blink of an eye, they arrived and dismounted. The leader, a burly man in his thirties, had regular features, a majestic figure, and an extraordinary aura. He walked swiftly to the fence without looking to the side and shouted, "Boy, did you break your neck?"

The white fox raised its beautiful head high, its golden eyes staring hostilely at the burly man. With a "whoosh," Kiyomi Tsuki's body, which had been hanging from the fence, slid down onto the grass like a limp rag doll, but in the blink of an eye, it leaped up like a rabbit. Kiyomi Tsuki touched her intact neck and sighed, "Thank goodness, it's not broken."

"Do you want to die? That horse is a wild horse from the foot of the Tianshan Mountains, fierce and untamed. How dare you ride it? That's reckless."

The burly man's gaze was like lightning, and his intimidating aura made Qing Jianyue jump back. At this moment, Cai Bo'an and his brothers, along with their attendants, had already dismounted.

Cai Bo'an laughed and said, "What a coincidence, Yongxiang, I didn't expect to meet you here."

Cai Zhonghe cupped his hands and smiled, "Brother Yongxiang, it's been a long time, almost three years, hasn't it?"

Who would have thought that he was Lei Yongxiang!

Kiyomi Tsuki secretly admired him: What a charming man! But his aggressive demeanor suggests he has ill intentions.

Sure enough, Lei Yongxiang glared angrily and said, "Brother Bo'an, you've come at the right time. My men just reported that Sun Yue has sent people to take over the ranch. Tell me, what exactly is going on?"

Cai Bo'an said in a deep voice, "That's exactly why I came here."

Lei Yongxiang angrily brandished his riding whip, "They are right here in my hall, acting arrogantly and domineeringly."

"You lead the way." Cai Bo'an waved his hand forcefully. "I want to see how long those arrogant guys can keep up their domineering ways."

Lei Yongxiang snorted angrily and turned to leave.

"Wait a minute, wait a minute, Brother Lei, could you give me that big white horse?"

Qing Jianyue chased after him, calling out, but Lei Yongxiang seemed not to hear her, striding forward with an air of authority. Qing Jianyue panicked and hastily grabbed his cloak. In the chaos, someone with a personal grudge against him tripped him, and with a thud, Qing Jianyue fell to the ground. With a hiss, Lei Yongxiang's cloak ripped open.

The mouths of everyone present gaped open.

Cai Zhonghe thought to himself: Damn it! This kid really knows how to cause trouble? With Yongxiang's temper, he'll definitely tear him to pieces.

Cai Bo'an's gaze shot like lightning to the person who tripped Qing Jianyue, and the subordinate shrank back in fear under his superior's sharp gaze.

Lei Yongxiang stopped, his tiger-like eyes wide open. "Kid, what's your name?"

"My name is Qing Jianyue, and I am the Lord's personal bodyguard. Haha, the Lord sent me and the Grand Enforcer to visit you three times to invite you to come out of seclusion." Qing Jianyue silently prayed, hoping that the Lord's reputation would make Lei Yongxiang let him off the hook. He put on a fawning smile, "Um, please don't be angry, I didn't mean to do that just now."

Cai Zhonghe said with a beaming smile, "Brother Yongxiang, please calm down and forgive me for my sake. I will compensate you for this cloak on his behalf."

"Handsome brother, you're the best." Qing Jianyue was moved to tears, but still couldn't resist asking, "Could you give me that big white horse?"

Cai Zhonghe rolled his eyes at him, thinking to himself: You brat, you still haven't forgotten about the horse?

Lei Yongxiang sized up Qing Jianyue and the little white fox that had jumped onto his shoulder. Suddenly, a neighing sound rang out, and the big white horse galloped and leaped triumphantly through the fence, like a mischievous child who felt no shame for his prank.

Kiyomi Tsuki suddenly leaped three zhang high into the air, and after landing, he jumped around angrily. As he jumped, the white fox jumped along with him, cheering and encouraging its master.

"You stupid horse, what are you so smug about? I'll never let you throw me again next time."

The large white horse galloped effortlessly in circles, its long white mane fluttering like satin. Each time it passed Kiyomi Tsuki, it would let out a joyful and proud neigh. Kiyomi Tsuki's mouth gaped wide; he was utterly captivated by it.

Lei Yongxiang was slightly surprised. "I didn't expect it to like you. Its name is Feiyun. It injured six of my horse trainers. Although I can tame it, it is still very unruly and always throws itself off."

Kiyomi Tsuki praised, "It is a clever and proud horse that no one can tame."

The white fox cried out.

"Alright! Kid, if you have the ability to tame it, it's yours."

To everyone's surprise, Lei Yongxiang not only didn't fly into a rage, but also gave him the white horse.

"You're not lying to me?" A dazzling light shone in Kiyomi Tsuki's clear eyes.

Lei Yongxiang's voice was like a golden bell, full of masculine charm. "I, Lei Yongxiang, keep my word and would never lie to a child."

"Wow! I got the most beautiful horse ever, even more beautiful than the Lord's Flame!" Kiyomi Tsuki exclaimed excitedly.

Cai Zhonghe said, "What incredible luck!"
