I crumpled the paper into a ball, threw it hard on the ground, and pointed at a blank painting in the courtyard, saying, "If you don't come out, I'll burn your treasure."

"No." The old man turned his head away, his face wrinkled, and sat down on the several-layered earthen chair with a "thump".

I stared at him speechlessly, then pointed at Lu Susu: "Help me take a look!"

"I won't look."

"Are you going to watch or not!"

"I'm not watching!" I picked up a chair leg, held it in my hand, and said, "Are you going to watch or not?"

The old man didn't even glance at me, tidying up his unkempt, bird's-nest-like hair and arrogantly staring into the air.

"Hey, give me some face, I brought a friend." The old man remained unmoved, and Lu Susu held onto the edge of the table to hide her discomfort.
