Luzhou Moon - Chapter 154
"It's still better this way..." She closed her eyes slightly, clinging to him like a little animal, her arms and legs tightly wrapped around Lian Junchu. The person beneath her began to heat up, and as she enjoyed his kisses that roamed all over her body, she felt as if she were floating on clouds.
Entanglement and French kissing, attack and defense, the fear of pain kept her heart in suspense, yet the desire to be completely with him gradually eroded her shyness. His legs were strong and persistent, always pressing down on her ankles.
"Like a zither...like a zither!"
They tried every method imaginable, both of them drenched in sweat, yet he still refused to give up. Biting his lip, his eyes shone like stars, yet in the candlelight they seemed shrouded in a thin mist.
"I think I've found it..." Before Yue Ruzheng could finish speaking, he seemed to have finally grasped hope and, guided by her, rushed in that direction without hesitation.
Yue Ruzheng felt a sharp pain in her body from the sudden impact, but she endured it, gripping his shoulders tightly and biting his arm.
Lian Junchu frowned in pain, and when he looked at her again, Yue Ruzheng was glaring at him with gritted teeth, her bright eyes showing the same indomitable spirit as before.
"Feel the pain with me!" she said angrily, biting him hard again.
"Okay." He didn't have time to say anything more. The long-suppressed passion surged forth, and the two of them intertwined their legs tightly.
"Let me come up here." Even in his struggle, he didn't forget to try and regain the initiative.
"No, it's too heavy..." she said angrily, holding him tightly.
"How can this be... Hurry up and let me up..."
"Next time, next time..."
"well……"
"Little Tang, Little Tang, I like you so much, I like you so much!"
"Um……"
Why didn't you say so?!
He gritted his teeth: "Ruzheng... please let me concentrate!"
Side Story: Keeping You Warm (Part 1)
Spring comes and autumn goes, time flows on. The pear blossoms in front of the courtyard bloom and fade, and the February orchids under the eaves are lush and green. Days pass by like this, and sometimes Yue Ruzheng feels as if she has only known Xiao Tang for a short time. Everything that happened back then is still vaguely remembered. But before she knew it, more than a year had passed since the two of them returned to Nan Yandang.
Although Seven Star Island, not far away, still had ample resources, they chose to live their lives in their own way. In Yue Ruzheng's heart, as long as she had clothes to wear, food to eat, and this peaceful and gentle man by her side, she would cherish it for a lifetime.
He would take her up the mountain to gather herbs, telling her the name and uses of each herb. She would pick some branches and leaves, bring them close to him so he could smell them, and the dew on the leaves would drip down, shimmering like golden pearls.
Sometimes, when they wandered too far, they would rest in the valley. In summer, he would sit by the stream watching the white clouds in the sky, while she would splash cool water to wash the mud off his feet. In autumn, she would lean against a tree watching the mountainsides ablaze with red leaves, while he would find fresh fruit and place it before her. Some fruits were sour, some sweet, but he said he didn't like the sweet ones and always rushed to gather the unripe ones at his feet first…
As the sun sets and the evening glow paints the sky red, the mountains stand silently. It's time to embark on the journey home. He always carries the full bamboo basket on his back, while Yue Ruzheng holds his sleeve and follows beside him.
When the streets were deserted, she would occasionally sing him softly, mostly childhood lullabies, sometimes with words that were unclear or out of tune. He would just smile and take it as the best music he could hear.
"When will you sing me a song too?" Yue Ruzheng once shamelessly begged him.
Lian Junchu's face flushed slightly. "I don't know how."
"Your voice isn't bad..." She habitually touched his shoulder.
"I just don't know how..." He quickened his pace awkwardly, as if afraid she would act coquettishly again.
Although he was almost twenty-five, whenever Yue Ruzheng tried to cheat, he always felt helpless and could only try to get away as soon as possible.
...
Spring has come early again this year.
Life in the mountains remained peaceful and serene, but Yue Ruzheng always felt a pang of melancholy after returning home each time she descended the mountain. Lian Junchu asked her about it several times, but she simply wouldn't say.
One day, a guest arrived in this once peaceful mountain valley. It was Qian'er's husband, Ahong. He was a bit more robust than before, and he had traveled a long way to bring a gift.
"She had another son last month." Ah Hong smiled and handed the package to Yue Ruzheng. Inside were gifts that Qian'er had prepared in return. When Qian'er was pregnant before, Yue Ruzheng had returned to Luzhou to visit her. Time flies, and before she knew it, Qian'er was already a mother of two.
Yue Ruzheng chatted with him happily for a long time. After seeing Ahong off, she looked through Qian'er's return gift, but her expression gradually became somber.
That night, she went to bed early. Lian Junchu watched her the whole time. Seeing that she was awake with her eyes open, she sat down beside her and asked, "Ruzheng, are you missing Qian'er?"
Yue Ruzheng was taken aback, then nodded.
"Well... why don't you go see her again in a while?" He turned to her and gently comforted her.
"Aren't you going?" Yue Ruzheng leaned against him and said, "The last time we went back together was right after we got married."
Lian Junchu was silent for a moment, then said, "Your master is never very happy to see me. With me around, it feels like there's a distance between her and you."
Yue Ruzheng felt a pang of sadness. She felt that Xiao Tang had already behaved very well in front of his master, hardly speaking and just standing quietly, but his master always seemed rather cold towards him. Lian Junchu wasn't one to chat, so their last trip back to Luzhou was awkward. They only stayed for two days before saying goodbye and never went back together again.
"Then I won't go either," Yue Ruzheng said sullenly as she hugged him.
"How about I go find Danfeng to go back with you?" Lian Junchu was afraid that she was saying something against her will, so she wanted to find a solution for her.
Yue Ruzheng rested her head on his shoulder and said, "Wherever you are, I will be. Going back alone is worse than not going back at all."
Lian Junchu sighed silently, "Ruzheng, don't you feel lonely like this?"
Yue Ruzheng reached out and stroked him, remaining silent for a long time before saying, "Little Tang, if we have a child, it won't be so lonely."
She didn't look up at Lian Junchu when she said this, but he could still clearly feel her long-hidden disappointment.
"So that's what's making you sad." Lian Junchu finally understood her melancholy these past few days and breathed a slight sigh of relief.
"Do you want a child?" Yue Ruzheng hugged him tightly, as if afraid he would leave.
