The question made both of them laugh, until Huo Shenyan casually picked up the magazine the flight attendant had given him and pointed to a news report on it.
"As the world's largest mobile communications equipment manufacturer, Hengya Group has once again accepted a project order from the Israeli government, following its first contract six years ago. This will allow Israel to enjoy network equipment comparable to that of developed countries."
Ni Jingxi murmured, "Hengya Group?"
"This is a company founded by my grandfather, and I am currently the CEO of Hengya Group."
Ni Jingxi suddenly looked up and stared straight at him. If the proposal had brought her surprise mixed with sweetness, she was now completely stunned.
For a long while, Ni Jingxi remained silent.
Huo Shenyan seemed to see through her thoughts, reached out and gently took her hand, and whispered, "It's too late for you to regret it now."
Ni Jingxi was finally amused by his words.
She looked at him and chuckled softly, "So, I actually married into a wealthy family?"
She deliberately used a relaxed tone to cover up her nervousness, after all, she suddenly realized that he and her family were really worlds apart.
She was just a girl from an ordinary family.
And he owns this world.
Until Huo Shenyan slowly spoke up and said, "You didn't marry into a wealthy family, you married me."

"What are you thinking about?" When Huo Shenyan came in, he saw Ni Jingxi standing by the kitchen counter, looking lost in thought.
She looked at him, realizing that Huo Shenyan's promises were never just empty words.
He said that she had married him, and in the past year or so, she had never let him suffer any grievances in front of his elders.
Despite the Huo family being a typical example of a privileged background, he granted her complete freedom.
She stubbornly wanted to stay at home and wait for her father, even though she knew deep down that it was just an excuse. She simply locked herself in that place called home, trying to convince herself with the last remaining traces of her parents.
Dad is still alive.
Even so, he lived with her, and he bore all the blame from the elders.
Ni Jingxi placed the bowl in her hand on the kitchen counter and reached out to hug him tightly.
Huo Shenyan was slightly taken aback, somewhat surprised, but he gently placed his hand on her back and softly asked, "What's wrong?"
Ni Jingxi nestled in his arms, her voice almost soft enough to reach his bones, "I love you, husband."
Author's Note: Divine Beauty: Don't cry, your husband will spoil you!!!

Chapter 25
Before going to bed, Ni Jingxi dried her hair in the bathroom before coming out. Huo Shenyan was holding a tablet computer and leaning against the headboard looking at documents.
The light emanating from the tablet and the soft lamp on the bedside table shone on him, bathing his lowered face in white light, making his skin appear even paler.
He guessed that he heard Ni Jingxi come out, and thus looked up.
Ni Jingxi was wearing a white silk nightgown with thin straps, which exposed her neck, collarbone, and chest.
The room was only lit by the bedside lamp, casting a soft, dim yellow light.
But even standing by the bed, her white skin still stood out conspicuously.
Huo Shenyan lowered his eyelashes slightly, his gaze unconsciously falling on her calves. The length of her nightgown was neither too long nor too short, just covering her knees and revealing her calves.
Ni Jingxi's slender frame is no exaggeration; many girls spend their entire lives struggling with how to reduce the fat on their legs.
However, her calves were well-proportioned and had smooth lines.
It's truly a leg-playing game.
Huo Shenyan placed the tablet on the bedside table and sat up. Ni Jingxi smiled, reached out and wrapped her arms around his neck, sitting down in his lap.
He touched Ni Jingxi's long hair, which had just been washed and exuded a faint fragrance.
But Ni Jingxi took the opportunity to lower her head and kiss him. Her initiative startled Huo Shenyan at first, and then he hugged her tightly.
His kiss came so quickly and forcefully, almost setting fires from the moment he captured her lips. Especially when his palm gently lifted the hem of her nightgown.
The silk nightgown was incredibly smooth, but even smoother than the fabric was her delicate skin.
His hand was on her back in almost a few seconds; her smooth back offered no resistance.
She wasn't wearing a bra.
This realization crashed into his mind almost instantly.
Their breaths almost mingled until Huo Shenyan gently cupped her cheeks, his deep voice carrying an indescribable sensuality: "Star."
Ni Jingxi stared at him with her big, dark eyes. At such close range, her long eyelashes seemed to touch his cheeks.
Huo Shenyan said in a very low voice, "Give me a little star."
Ni Jingxi was taken aback; this was the first time he had brought up this topic.
She remained silent, but pressed her lips against his again, proving her point through her actions.
She is willing.
*
The next morning, Ni Jingxi got up to wash up, already because she had gone to bed too late the night before. He tormented her repeatedly, not letting her go even when her voice became hoarse.
So she brushed her teeth half-asleep, until she realized something was off about herself in the mirror.
Ni Jingxi gasped when she saw the clear purple marks on her neck.
Just then, Huo Shenyan walked into the restroom.
Seeing Ni Jingxi standing there in a daze, he asked in a slightly hoarse voice, "What's wrong?"
“You…” Ni Jingxi suddenly turned to look at him.
He always knew how to use his strength, and he had never made such a clear mark on her neck before. At this moment, she stared at Huo Shenyan, not knowing what to say for a long time.
Huo Shenyan, however, saw her staring at him expectantly. Even though he knew what she was angry about, he smiled and leaned down to press her closer.
Good morning, honey.
Ni Jingxi's anger vanished the moment he called her "wife".
While the two were having breakfast, Ni Jingxi thought for a moment and said, "I plan to bring the things over from there this week."
Huo Shenyan was taken aback.
Then he realized what Ni Jingxi meant and said softly, "Xingxing, if you feel uncomfortable, you don't have to..."
“Who said I’m uncomfortable? Who would be uncomfortable staying here?” Ni Jingxi winked at him and sighed, “After staying here for a while, I don’t want to leave.”
Huo Shenyan chuckled when he saw her making such a joking remark, which was rare for her.
"I'll have Lao Xu help you move your things over this weekend."
Ni Jingxi nodded; she really hadn't had time lately.
After arriving at the newspaper office and finishing the morning meeting, Ni Jingxi and Lin Qinglang went out to conduct interviews. They were from the economics team, and there happened to be a technology entrepreneurship competition recently, which the organizers had invited them to attend.
The entrepreneurship competition wasn't very large, and Wen Tang was too lazy to take it on, so Lao Zhang handed the job over to Ni Jingxi.
"Shall we drive there?" Lin Qinglang turned to look at Ni Jingxi and said with a smile.
Ni Jingxi looked at him: "You have a car?"
Lin Qinglang looked at her with a bit of disbelief, and said cautiously, "You don't have any?"
Ni Jingxi certainly had one; the car Huo Shenyan gave her was still parked in her garage, so she definitely couldn't drive it to work. However, Huo Shenyan didn't intend for her to drive it to work anyway, because he later had Tang Mian prepare an Audi A6 for her.
Mr. Huo meant that the Audi was understated and inconspicuous, which she could use to go to work.
When Ni Jingxi heard these words, she was indeed moved, but in the end she still refused.
Since their editor-in-chief only drove an Audi A4 to work, she felt that she shouldn't be too special at the newspaper.
Since Lin Qinglang had a car, and they needed to bring their interview equipment, taking the subway or a taxi wouldn't be very convenient. So Ni Jingxi nodded and followed him to the underground parking lot.
When Ni Jingxi saw his car, she took a deep breath, turned to look at him, and asked, "You mean, you're driving this car to the interview?"
Lin Qinglang was stunned and asked in surprise, "The newspaper has rules against driving sports cars to interviews?"
Lin Qinglang's car was a bright red sports car with an arrogant design, practically screaming "I'm expensive!" from start to finish.
Then Lin Qinglang took out his car keys and opened the door, which slowly rose up like outstretched wings.
Ni Jingxi: "..."
However, before they could get into the car, they heard the clatter of high heels next to them, followed by a soft, sweet female voice greeting them: "Qinglang, are you going out for an interview?"
They both turned their heads at the same time and saw Wen Tang walking gracefully towards them in high heels, carrying an LV bag.
When Wen Tang looked at Lin Qinglang, her expression was gentle and charming, and even her smile was warm and friendly: "Is this your first time going out for an interview?"
Lin Qinglang didn't speak, but he nodded.
Wen Tang smiled and said, "It's inevitable to be nervous during your first interview, but I don't think you will be."
Ni Jingxi listened quietly to Wen Tang, who showed no intention of greeting her at all.
Since Wu Mengni's incident, Wen Tang has almost completely broken ties with Ni Jingxi, especially since Ni Jingxi messed up the interview a few days ago, but instead of being punished, she was praised in public.
She now feels a sense of rage whenever she sees Ni Jingxi.
After the two got into the car, Lin Qinglang had just driven the car out of the underground parking garage when he reached up and touched the back of his neck, and said in a low voice, "When that Team Leader Wen was talking to me just now, I felt a chill on the back of my neck."
"Soft and fragrant jade, and you're still cold?" Ni Jingxi, who was looking down at the documents, chuckled softly upon hearing this.
Lin Qinglang immediately raised an eyebrow, his voice changing as he said, "I think her tone of voice is too strange, it makes my heart..."
Lin Qinglang ultimately didn't say it, after all, Wen Tang was also a girl, and he was too embarrassed to speak ill of her behind her back.
However, he asked with some curiosity, "Why didn't she greet you when she saw you?"
