Kapitel 10

Fang Zi opened the door, pushed her inside, pulled out a chair, and made her sit down.

Xiang Lan looked around curiously. It was a very basic faculty apartment layout. There was a small bathroom right at the entrance, and a large open space inside. Against one wall was an old-fashioned wooden bed, and against the other wall were a desk, bookshelves, and a small wardrobe.

The room was very tidy, with no unnecessary items. She took a deep breath.

He paused for a moment, holding the cup, and said helplessly, "Drink some water!"

She took the cup and asked, "Is this the cup you used?"

"yes."

She tilted her head back and drank most of the glass, smiling as she said, "Mmm, it tastes like you."

Fang Zi was exasperated. He found another chair, sat opposite her, took out some hangover medicine, picked out two pills according to the instructions, and handed them to her, saying, "Take the medicine too."

Without asking what kind of medicine it was, she grabbed it, tilted her head back, swallowed it, and then drank most of a cup of hot water.

She slammed the cup down on the table, water droplets still clinging to her pink lips. She wiped them away, took a deep breath, and emphasized, "Fang Zidu, I want to negotiate with you."

Fang Zi looked up at her and said, "You're not thinking straight right now."

"I'm not lucid anymore." Xiang Lan stared at him. "When are you leaving?"

"tomorrow."

Her face fell. "You really want to leave?"

He nodded. "The plane tickets are all bought."

"Can't you stay?" she asked, fidgeting with her fingers. "Since you've come back to visit, that means you're satisfied with your job at the school, right?"

"Yes, it's pretty good."

Xiang Lan looked up at him, her eyes sparkling. "So, the health reasons were just an excuse, right? You could have stayed. You'll be fine once you get used to the new environment."

Even the prescription was giving me a headache. "What exactly are you trying to say?"

"Stay! It's all the same wherever you work. As long as you stay, you'll have a job and a girlfriend." She felt a little guilty, her gaze darting around, not daring to look at him.

"Girlfriend? Who?" Fang Zi paused for a moment, his tone rising slightly.

"Me!" Xiang Lan pointed to herself shamelessly, her face flushed and her eyes filled with infatuation.

"Don't talk nonsense." He felt that he lacked the presence to face Xiang Lan, so he couldn't help but put his hand on the edge of the desk.

She chuckled, moved her chair next to Fang Zidu, leaned her head against his shoulder, and wrapped her arms around his. "Zidu, if you don't stay, you'll have to wait for me when you go back to America."

Xiang Lan's body was soft and warm, her hair fragrant. He reached out to pull her arm away, but she clung to him tightly, saying pitifully, "Don't pull me, I'm dizzy—"

"If you feel dizzy, go back and rest."

"No! Unless you promise me." Xiang Lan's eyes were red, and tears were about to fall.

"What?"

"You only have two choices: either stay in China or go to the US but wait for me." Xiang Lan looked at him, feeling wronged, "You clearly like me."

Fang Zi was a little embarrassed and turned her head away, saying, "Don't talk nonsense, I didn't—" like you.

He simply couldn't utter the last three words.

Xiang Lan felt dizzy, but she wasn't confused. Hearing Fang Zi speak like that, she was overjoyed. She leaned against him, released his arms, wrapped her arms around his waist, and even very improperly slipped her hands inside his clothes.

Her hand slithered like a snake inside his clothes, slipping into his hoodie and touching his smooth skin. His waist was firm, with a distinct groove at the back and clearly defined V-lines on both sides. Her greed led her hand to caress that muscle, little by little, repeatedly.

Fangzi was panting, flustered, and blushing as he pulled her hand away from his waist. He didn't dare to look at her, his expression panicked.

Xiang Lan chuckled softly and reached out to touch his pointed chin under his mask. He was really handsome.

"Don't do this—" Fang Zi was in a difficult position and grabbed her hand.

"What do you mean?" The more embarrassed he became, the more she wanted to tease him.

She reached out and pulled at his mask again; alcohol really is a wonderful thing!

Chapter 11

Fang Zi was sitting with his back to the light, so Xiang Lan couldn't see his eyes very clearly, but his hand was already gripping the strap of his mask.

He took a deep breath and held her hand.

"What's wrong?" Xiang Lan asked sleepily, nestled in her arms, and said coquettishly, "Let me see! I need to know what my boyfriend looks like—"

What do you like about me? My eyes? Or my resemblance to your paintings?

She looked up at him, her mind already a complete mess. She rubbed her eyes, trying to see him more clearly, and said, "I like you, that's all. Why? I want to hug you and kiss you—" After saying that, she pulled her hand away from his grasp and ripped off her black mask.

Xiang Lan didn't see it very clearly, but in her dilated pupils, she really saw a face that looked exactly like the beautiful woman's.

She was completely dazed. The shock, combined with the effects of alcohol, caused her brain to shut down and lose all function.

This man, with phoenix eyes and delicately arched eyebrows, possessed an elegance akin to hazy starlight. His skin was flawless, and his red lips were slightly parted. He gazed at her, his eyes filled with both tranquility and inquiry. Deng Yifan had once used the word "enchanting" to describe the beauty of this woman—beauty at its most extreme, bordering on the bewitching. Xiang Lan had never wanted to use that word to describe him, but now, this Fang Zidu, whose appearance was almost identical to the beauty's, was looking at her like a newly born enchantress, his pure gaze brimming with allure.

He cupped her face in his hands, but she couldn't move. He gently patted her face, as if afraid of hurting her. "Xiang Lan, were you frightened?"

"No!" Xiang Lan shouted.

Fang Zi was stunned for a moment, then put his hand on her shoulder.

"Am I really drunk?" Xiang Lan smiled foolishly, reached out and pinched his cheek hard, then let out a long sigh, "It really was just a drunken hallucination, I don't feel any pain at all!"

Fangzi reached out and ruffled her hair, which was fine and soft, and couldn't resist pinching her face, which was full of collagen.

"Ouch—" Xiang Lan winced in pain, staring at him with wide eyes, "Why did you pinch me?"

"You pinched me just now?" Fang Zidu pointed to the pinch marks on his face. "And quite forcefully. This time, it's not a hallucination, is it?"

"You're actually real?" Xiang Lan gasped, as if she couldn't believe it. She raised her hand and bit the back of her hand hard, immediately screaming in pain.

Fangzi was amused by her laughter, and that laughter made the setting sun falling on the window seem to dim.

"You, you, you—you really came!" Xiang Lan was about to stammer again. The shock was too great, and she needed to calm down. She held her head and let out a low scream.

Oh my god, what happened to her?

She encountered a boy who looked exactly like her beautiful girlfriend. She openly confessed her love for her girlfriend to him, even enthusiastically sharing all her shameful fantasies about her girlfriend. She even dared to touch his waist. And, to top it all, she forced him to become her boyfriend.

Xiang Lan groaned, "I really want to die."

Fang Zi leaned on the desk with one hand, facing the two of them. A beam of light passed through the middle and fell obliquely on the floor. He just looked at her like that until she was completely lost in a dream.

Xiang Lan's cheeks flushed red from the remedy, her temperature soared, and alarms kept going off in her head. She found it too annoying, so she shut down her internal alarm system and continued to smile at him.

Fang Zidu reached out his hand to her. She looked at him in confusion, and he simply took her hand.

Xiang Lan could no longer control herself. She wanted to hold him in her hands, to play with and bully him at will, or even swallow him whole. She swallowed hard, her red lips burning like fire, and stood up in a daze, cupping his face in her hands.

He looked at her innocently. She lowered her head, wrapped her arms around his neck, and softly kissed him. His taste was wonderful; his lips were soft and supple, and his breath was incredibly fresh.

They kissed briefly, then pulled away, her forehead pressed against his, noticing the flush beneath his fair skin. "Your face is red—"

Fang Zi gave a brief laugh, looking a little uncomfortable.

She looked into his eyes. "The first time I saw you, all I saw were your eyes."

"So you went to the information desk to look up my name?"

Xiang Lan smiled mischievously, "You figured it out?"

"I thought of it right away."

"I didn't look it up. I just wanted a booth, and the internet cafe manager told me your name—" She shrugged, a little aggrieved, "At first, I just wanted your help. You coldly told me not to force a conversation. Fang Zidu, was I trying to flirt?"

"Later, I took the initiative to find you." Fang Zidu watched her pink lips open and close, and couldn't help but bend down and kiss her. They were so soft and tender, with a texture even more delicate than the smoothest tofu.

Xiang Lan's lips parted slightly in surprise, "Fang Zidu, you kissed me?"

Fang Zi turned away, her face turning bright red.

She grabbed his collar. "Fang Zidu, you kissed me?"

Yes, I—

"Haha!" Xiang Lan sat down in his lap, reeking of alcohol. She mumbled, "I knew you liked me. You even used such a lame excuse as going back to America to refuse me."

"You even criticized my painting!" Xiang Lan felt even more aggrieved.

"Your paintings are all about me." Fang Zidu simply couldn't describe how he felt at that moment.

“No—” Xiang Lan blinked and denied, “I didn’t paint you, that’s my beauty.”

He lifted her chin, pressed his lips to hers, and whispered, "What is it, hmm?"

Xiang Lan hugged him tightly, completely captivated by the lingering sound of his "hmm." She kissed his earlobe, "But you've already surpassed it." She reached out and took his hand, placing it on her soft chest, "Fang Zidu, it's beating, just for you."

Fang Zidu's hands were on soft breasts. His face was flushed, and he dared not move his hands. But Xiang Lan, who was drunk, did not care at all. She went to tug at his clothes.

"Don't do this—" He was flustered, afraid she would fall and he would be stripped naked. "Where did you learn this scoundrel habit?"

"I want to hold you." Xiang Lan ignored him, pulled down his coat, and started to pull at his belt.

Fang Zi wanted to cover his waistband with both hands, looking extremely embarrassed. A blush spread from his face to his neck, and his voice was trembling as he spoke, "Xiang Lan, you're drunk, you're drunk."

"Then you'll sleep with me, I'm so dizzy." Xiang Lan took advantage of the situation, turned over and sat on the wooden bed, hugging him tightly and refusing to let go. "You're not going anywhere."

"I won't run, let go first."

Seeing his discomfort, Xiang Lan let go of his hand and collapsed onto the pillow.

Fangzi breathed a sigh of relief, straightened her clothes, and carefully sat down on the edge of the bed, praying that she would fall asleep quickly.

She turned her head to look at him, satisfied, reached out and grabbed his hand, shaking it, "Fang Zidu—"

"Um!"

"Fang Zidu—"

"Um!"

"Haha, the recipe is here—"

Fangzi lowered his head and kissed her on the cheek, saying, "Stop calling me that."
