Kapitel 18

"I'd rather die than go back." The little girl was quite stubborn.

“Our young master bought you, so you have to come with us.”

"Why should I? I had already buried my father before you came." The little kid still wanted to reason, what an idiot.

"Don't waste your breath on him, take him away!" the elder brother wisely ordered. A group of small fry rushed forward in a frenzy.

Just when I thought the show was about to end, a heroic prince stepped in front of the girl and uttered a classic line: "In broad daylight, what kind of heroes are you to shoot a little girl?" Seriously, talking about character with a bunch of his underlings. He's definitely an idiot.

I squinted at him. He wasn't old, but he looked weathered. He was tall and imposing, with a substantial build. He had the potential to be a human shield. Strong as a bear, he would be perfect as a mover. I suggested he take a job involving moving or carrying gas cylinders.

I find him amusing. I feel like this guy is still in the process of transforming into a prince; right now, he's just a toad.

I smiled, then suddenly noticed that Wu Hui was getting angry. I asked, observing her expression, "Do you know her?"

"I know him/her." (Affirmative statement)

"Who is it?" I asked curiously.

“Ouyang Wuju.” Wu Hui started grinding his teeth again, indicating that they didn’t have a good relationship.

The name sounds impressive. I carefully tried to pique his interest.

Seeing that someone had stepped in to help him out, the girl wisely hid behind the man for protection.

"Who are you!" the leader asked the naive young man who had run out.

“Ouyang Wuju!” he replied in a deep voice. I know that too. He’s asking about your identity. Do you understand what identity is? You country bumpkin.

"What's your relationship with the Prince of Shouping's mansion?" the leader asked cautiously, clearly not a fool.

"Family." This kid is really honest.

"Haha!! Haha!" The leader laughed wildly, "Impersonating the young prince of Shouping Prince's Mansion? Didn't you even bother to find out? Everyone knows that the young prince of Shouping Prince's Mansion is Ouyang Wuhui. Don't embarrass yourself in the future. Besides, that young prince is notoriously ruthless. How could he possibly help this little brat!" That makes sense, a thorough analysis.

I nudged Wu Hui next to me and said, "I'm talking to you! Aren't you going to go and teach him a lesson?" I asked gloatingly.

"Is anyone talking?! I only hear dogs barking!" Seriously, what a load of rubbish.

"You...you..." The man was not good with words and quickly gave in, but he still stubbornly stood behind the girl.

"Can't the Prince Shouping's mansion have other young masters?" the little maid poked her head out and retorted to the leader.

Damn it, who's saving whom here?! "Unless it's the young prince, you're coming with me today!" It seems that servant isn't someone to be trifled with.

"You dare!" The girl remained defiant even as death approached.

"superior!"

"You try!" the man declared. The two groups were on the verge of fighting.

I kindly pulled off the jade pendant from Wu Hui's waist, held it high, and ran to them, saying, "Brothers, stop! A tiger is coming from behind!" The man saw the token in my hand, his eyes darted around, and finally settled on Wu Hui, laughing like a country bumpkin rooster.

After the leader saw the name tag I was holding, the girl abandoned the girl, pulled up her pants, and ran away.

Hehe, this thing is really useful, I'm not keeping it.

I hid it in my clothes and ran back.

"Give it to me!" Wu Hui shouted.

I looked up at the sky and pretended to be deaf.

"Give it to me!" The tone turned arrogant again.

I looked down at my shoes, and oh no! The seams were coming undone. I had to go back and ask my mother to get me new ones.

"Give it to me!" The ox is dying.

I fiddled with my hair, thankfully it wasn't split.

"Big Brother!" The man stepped forward and bowed respectfully to Wu Hui, but Wu Hui ignored him completely.

Big brother? Oh, we're family.

"Give it to me!" He was ready to punch me.

"Huihui, he's talking to you! How can you be so rude! Say hello!"

"No—no need—sister-in-law!" the guy hurriedly spoke up for Wu Hui.

"Damn it, what did you just call me?!" I raised my voice to 80,000 decibels, wanting to chop him up.

Wu Hui stared blankly at the perpetrator for a moment.

"You dare call me a woman?!" I rolled up my sleeves, ready to kill him in the next second.

“Isn’t that right? You look like…” the fool argued.

"What's wrong with how I look? I'm handsome and dashing."

I punched it in the chest, not satisfied with that.

"Ouch! Ouch! That hurts so much!" My poor, amateurish kung fu skills! My poor little fists!
