Kapitel 750

His ferocity was reignited, and two intense killing intents blazed in his eyes, transforming into two raging flames.

He slammed his right foot into the ground, forcefully controlling his backward momentum.

At the same time, he held his golden cudgel horizontally in front of him, blocking Li Yao's fatal blow.

when!

The two golden cudgels collided.

In that instant, time seemed to stand still.

The surroundings were deathly silent.

But then, time seemed to accelerate.

The terrifying fluctuations of spiritual energy, like a raging tsunami, swept outwards in all directions.

boom!

A nearby mountain peak was directly uprooted by the violent force and flew away into the distance.

Sun Wukong's expression changed drastically, and his feet sank deeply into the ground.

when!

Li Yao swung his golden cudgel again and smashed it down on Sun Wukong's head.

Sun Wukong still held his golden cudgel horizontally above his head.

The immense power caused Sun Wukong's legs to sink another ten feet into the ground.

when!

when!

when!

...

Every time Li Yao swung his golden cudgel and struck Sun Wukong's cudgel, Sun Wukong's legs would sink a foot into the ground.

Countless ripples of magical power spread outwards, and the rocks were no longer broken, but turned into endless ashes.

The once towering mountains have been transformed into vast plains.

when!

Li Yao once again struck Sun Wukong on the head with his staff.

A terrifying aura erupted, causing the entire world to tremble.

The clouds in the air, like waves stopping a flying boat, all vanished.

This time, Sun Wukong was unable to withstand it.

With a whoosh, the golden cudgel in his hand flew out and landed on the ground some distance away, creating a long, huge crater.

Sun Wukong coughed up a mouthful of blood, his arms were shattered by the immense force, leaving them a bloody mess, with blood constantly seeping out, a truly gruesome sight.

He was seriously injured, so he could no longer maintain his supernatural powers of "Heaven and Earth in Manifestation".

His towering body collapsed rapidly, like a deflated balloon, and quickly returned to its original size of less than four feet.

His body was deeply embedded in the huge crater left by his feet.

"You demon monkey, I'll send you to see the Buddha in the Western Paradise!"

Li Yao's massive body looked down at Sun Wukong, who was trapped in the giant pit.

Suddenly his expression hardened, and he thrust the enormous golden cudgel in his hand straight down into the giant pit.

"Namo Amitabha Buddha!"

Just as Li Yao's golden cudgel was about to smash into the giant pit.

Suddenly, ten thousand golden rays of Buddhist light burst forth in the sky, and a golden lotus platform appeared in the void.

At the same time, a dazzling golden light shot towards Li Yao's golden cudgel.

"Husband, be careful!"

Xiao Bai's expression changed drastically, and he quickly reminded Li Yao.

when!

The golden light of Buddha struck Li Yao's golden cudgel, causing it to veer to one side and embed itself deeply into the ground.

A faint smile appeared on Li Yao's lips.

He turned around and looked in the direction of the Buddha's light.

Not far away, a lotus platform floated in the void.

The lotus platform radiated Buddhist light, and a figure could be vaguely seen appearing and disappearing on it.

A woman sat on the lotus platform, her expression solemn and graceful. She wore a jeweled crown, a celestial robe, and a close-fitting silk skirt, and held a clean bottle in her hand.

It is none other than the famous Guanyin Bodhisattva!

Surprisingly, the appearance of this Guanyin Bodhisattva bears a slight resemblance to Miss Duan.

"It really was her!"

After seeing Guanyin's face, and then looking at Miss Duan's body, it was gone.

A hint of relief flashed in Li Ge's eyes.

That Miss Duan did indeed have some connection with Guanyin.

Or perhaps Miss Duan is an incarnation of Guanyin.

Or perhaps Miss Duan is Guanyin in disguise.

In the original movie plot, Miss Duan's behavior was very strange.

Miss Duan's appearance seemed to be specifically for the purpose of training Chen Xuanzang.

Miss Duan met Chen Xuanzang during her first appearance and the process of subduing the fish demon.

Later, when they went to Gaojiazhuang to subdue the pig demon, Miss Duan, who had already won the victory, suddenly found that her magic weapon inexplicably malfunctioned.

At first glance, the pig demon looks too ferocious!

However, based on Miss Duan's subsequent actions, it can be concluded that she deliberately let the pig demon go.

Because her purpose in going to Gaojiazhuang was not to subdue the pig demon at all; her only mission was to make Chen Xuanzang fall in love with her.

Throughout the story, she appears to be deeply in love with Chen Xuanzang.

In reality, she was testing Chen Xuanzang's composure.

Xuanzang was the one chosen by Buddha to retrieve the scriptures.

On his journey to the West, Chen Xuanzang might encounter various temptations of beautiful women.

Miss Duan allowed Sun Wukong to kill her in front of Chen Xuanzang, her sole purpose being to make Chen Xuanzang completely sever all emotional ties.

Besides these, there are many other things that raise suspicions.

For example, Miss Duan tore up the "Three Hundred Children's Songs" that Master Chen Xuanzang had given to Chen Xuanzang.

Later, Miss Duan pieced it back together and returned it to Chen Xuanzang.

The pieced-together "Three Hundred Children's Songs" somehow turned into "The True Sutra of the Great Sun Tathagata".

Isn't this too much of a coincidence?

Furthermore, in the original storyline, Miss Duan used the hollowed-out Demon-Subduing Ball to turn Zhu Ganglie into a small pig doll the size of a palm.

It is also said that Zhu Bajie will die completely in 49 days.

However, in the end, Zhu Bajie still became one of the pilgrims, following Chen Xuanzang to the Western Paradise to obtain Buddhist scriptures.

Furthermore, the so-called family heirloom, the Wuding Flying Ring, eventually turned into the golden headband worn by Sun Wukong.

It's important to know that in the original Journey to the West, Sun Wukong's golden headband was given to Chen Xuanzang by Guanyin, and then Chen Xuanzang tricked Sun Wukong into wearing it.

"It's you!?"

Sun Wukong also noticed Guanyin, and his expression changed slightly.

Only then did he realize the relationship between Guanyin and Miss Duan.

"So it turns out this was all a staged performance by you all..."

Sun Wukong was immediately enraged.

At this moment, he realized that his escape was nothing more than a performance orchestrated by the Buddhist community.

Unexpectedly, he had such keen eyesight that he hadn't realized Miss Duan was an incarnation of Guanyin.

He intended to suddenly kill Guanyin.

Unfortunately, he had already been seriously injured by Li Yao and could only stare helplessly.

"You...you...you are Guanyin???"

At this moment, the most shocked person was probably Chen Xuanzang.

He never imagined that Miss Duan, whom he had always loved, was actually an incarnation of Guanyin.

This made him feel extremely insulted.

Buddhists constantly claim to save all sentient beings and never lie.

However, Guanyin, who was a Buddhist nun, transformed into a mortal woman and kept toying with his feelings.

He felt that his worldview had completely collapsed!

Is this the Buddha he has always believed in?

"Hehe, Guanyin, you've finally shown yourself!"

Li Yao looked at Guanyin on the lotus platform and smiled slightly.

Previously, although he possessed the Heavenly Eye, he could never see through Miss Duan's true form.

This shows that this Guanyin's cultivation level was indeed extraordinary.
