Kapitel 21

"Get your feet off me!" Wu Hui shouted.

I was no match for four opponents and was defeated. Wu Hui carried me back.

I could only writhe on him, yelling, "Damn it, put me down! I want to watch the show!" He ignored me, so I bit his shoulder and chewed hard. See if you'll put me down then.

I had no regrets about being thick-skinned; I gritted my teeth until they ached, and even with my mouth full of blood, I still couldn't get what I wanted. I could only console myself that those tigresses would be waiting for me to return to watch the show.

Because of a bad mood, my clingy friend Wu Hui hasn't left the house for the past two days. I'm enjoying the peace and quiet, wandering the streets and alleys, and the entertainment districts, working hard for my title.

"Young Master Shen!" Who called me? I looked at the bear in front of me strangely, then I remembered. Him! He's someone Wu Hui wouldn't even look at, so there's no need for me to curry favor with him.

"What's up?" I replied casually.

He scratched his head, grinned foolishly at me, and said, "It's nothing."

"Why are you calling me if you have nothing to do? Are you looking for death?" He was still laughing, a complete idiot.

"Where are you going?" he asked happily.

"Yan Xiaolou." I walked forward, not wanting to waste time with him.

What place is that?

“A good place,” I replied, and he looked blank.

No way, you don't even know about the Ecstasy Cave? And your mother used to be a member there.

I walked, and he followed behind me. I looked him straight in the eye and asked, "Are you alright?"

"Ah, yes... something's wrong." He lowered his head, his face slightly flushed.

Damn, why are you blushing? Haven't you ever seen a woman before?

"Go do your errands!" What's the point of following me? I waved him off impatiently. He stood there dumbfounded, fiddling with his cuffs, lost in thought. Damn it, you're a bear's size but a rabbit's movements? You're sick, you're totally sick. Get lost, bro, get a buddy.

He blushed and muttered softly, "You're so handsome. I've never seen a man more handsome than you."

I looked at him pitifully. Was their family's illness hereditary? Even a soft whisper could attract an elephant. "There aren't many who are prettier than me. You have good taste." I forgave him for interrupting me, since he had praised me.

"Hehe." He scratched his head and chuckled foolishly. I looked at his messy fur and thought mischievously: He's given birth to a lion.

I was surprised that someone like him could make Wu Hui so angry. I stared at him without restraint. He blushed and lowered his head even further.

I chuckled. This was the first time I'd ever met such a shy little boy. He wasn't arrogant like those other arrogant kids, nor did he have any annoying bad behavior. He didn't seem superior to anyone else. I looked at him at eye level and suddenly found him quite adorable.

I extended my hand and said, "Hello, my name is Shen Ziyi, nice to meet you."

"We know each other." He was puzzled, and even more dumbfounded, he stretched out his hand, waving it around, unsure of what to do with it.

I took his right hand. I gripped it tightly, hoping to pinch him hard, to avenge the humiliation I suffered last time.

I smiled at him, and he lowered his head shyly, a blush creeping into his collar. What a lovely child.

Do you like men?

"Huh? What?" He looked up at me blankly.

"I'm asking you if you like men."

His bear-like body and rabbit-like face were disproportionately large, which made him even more perplexed.

I patiently asked again, "Do you like me?"

"I like it." The noble head drooped again. Damn, there's money on the ground!

"Do you like 'No Regrets'?" He paused for a moment and said, "Yes."

I pointed to the pedestrians on the street and asked, "Do you like them?"

"have no idea."

What kind of answer is that?

"I don't know them, of course I don't know them," he answered confidently. Okay, this guy doesn't seem like he's gay, and even if he is, I won't be a victim, so why bother with him?

"Didn't you have something to do? What are you going to do?" I reminded him.

"Go get something."

"I'll stay with you."

"Okay." He grinned foolishly, stealing a glance at me before blushing and lowering his proud head. You absolutely mustn't like me, I'm not a man. But you could consider a transvestite; he might suit you.

I wandered along with him to retrieve his things, and along the way he told me about his experiences on the battlefield, his ancestors for generations, and funny stories from his childhood. I gave him perfunctory replies. In my heart, I thought: "I'm not on a blind date with you, yet you're talking so enthusiastically. You're a crazy person." I silently despised him.

"Men at the border are all very tall, none of them are like you."

"Really?!" You seem to mean I'm not manly enough. I'm magnanimous and won't argue with you. "Maybe I'm a bit special." Being special doesn't make you a man.

He scratched his messy hair again and said, "That's why I mistook you for someone else the first time I saw you. I thought you were a woman dressed as a man—"

"It's understandable," you clever kid, much smarter than your older brother. At this moment, I suddenly really want to see his expression when he sees a ladyboy. You know, he deserves half the credit for the fact that my appearance hasn't raised any questions about my gender. Ladyboys, on the other hand, look neither male nor female.

I happily pulled him aside and said, "I'll introduce you to a friend sometime, the number one bachelor in Beijing, okay?" I smiled mysteriously at him.

"Is he prettier than you?" That idiot started acting foolish again.

“We call this handsome. Good-looking is used to describe girls. Do you understand what handsome means?” He shook his head.
