Глава 33

Sesil propped his head up against the window. He had plenty of time to run away from here, but now he hesitated.

It wasn't because of Isri, but because today happened to be the anniversary of his family's death, and he didn't want to run away under such circumstances; this family was his only hope.

Let's wait until after Christmas to think about it.

Sehir exhaled a breath of warm air toward the window, then raised his finger and gently drew a smiley face on it.

It seems to be telling the former owner of this room that he is doing well and that he is happy.

-

It was unusually cold today. Sehir added firewood to the fireplace several times. The market was far away, and Sehir got so tired of waiting that he fell asleep right next to the fireplace.

When Isri returned with the items, he saw Sehir curled up in a corner.

Isri moved very gently, and after covering Sehir with the blanket, he began to make arrangements.

Finally, Cecil was awakened by the rustling sounds, and after a few seconds, he asked, "Do you need help?"

Isri was holding a ribbon and was about to hang it on the wall when he suddenly heard Ceshir's voice. Isri turned his head, looked Ceshir up and down, and smiled slightly.

“I would be very happy if you could help me, young master.” As he spoke, Isri moved to the side, making room for Cesil.

Sehir removed the blanket from his body, stood up from the ground, and walked over to Isri: "Is there anything I can help you with?"

Isri handed the ribbon to Cesil, his expression utterly perplexing: "Young master, just hang the ribbon up for me."

Sehir followed Isri's gaze to the wall, then suddenly clenched the ribbon in his hand, staring wide-eyed at Isri, his voice tinged with anger: "Are you mocking me?"

Hanging the ribbon on the wall is easy, but getting it in the right spot is not. The nails are driven in very high, definitely not something Cecil could reach by standing on tiptoe.

Isri's eyes twitched slightly, and he chuckled. Taking advantage of Cesil's inattention, he picked her up from behind and lifted her from under his arms. Cesil was even more startled, and the ribbon in his hands got all tangled up and spilled out.

"What are you doing!" Sehir pulled at the ribbon hanging on his body and looked down at Isri.

“That way, young master will be able to get there.” Isri smiled, his words sounding reasonable and well-founded.

While being carried, Hilton felt a headache coming on. Being carried like this wasn't a good solution, so she gritted her teeth and hung the ribbon up.

But the ribbon was too long, and the two of them weren't quite in sync. The ribbon, which reached the ground, ended up tangling the two of them together.

Isri noticed this at first, but seeing Ceshir's current state, he didn't want to remind her at all, and even helped Ridge with her work.

Finally, when Sesil felt the ribbon was a bit tight, he thought it was stuck at the bottom, so he tugged hard, but in the end he still couldn't pull the ribbon up.

Just as he was wondering what was going on, he felt Isri hug him even tighter, and his voice came from below: "Young master, if you keep pulling like that, I'll fall down with you."

It was only then that Cecil noticed that he was already entangled with Isri. The ribbon seemed to be sentient, wrapping around Isri's legs, with the upper part of the ribbon directly binding his legs.

“Why didn’t you remind me?” Sehir tried to untie the ribbon on it.

Isri turned and leaned against the wall, his tone a mixture of helplessness and relief: "My attention was on the young master, and I didn't notice the ribbon under my feet."

Sehir spent a long time untying the ribbon, only to find it was even more tangled. He frowned slightly and looked down at Isri: "Don't ask me to do this again next time!"

Seeing Cecil's exasperated expression, Isri laughed out loud, looked up to meet Cecil's gaze, and said gently, "Yes, young master, I understand, I will pay attention next time."

“I can’t untie it, you untie it!” Sehir lowered the ribbon in his hand.

"Yes, young master."

Upon receiving Sehir's instructions, Isri put Sehir down from his arms. Because of the ribbon, the two of them standing together forced the ribbon to become even more tightly wrapped.

There was nothing he could do but stand close to Isri, unable to lower his head, and lean against Isri's chest.

In the quiet room, the firewood in the fireplace crackled and popped. The two people were very close, their heartbeats, entwined with ribbons, sounding like a magnificent piano piece.

It was unclear whose heart was racing, but a slight smile appeared on someone's lips, and their voice was even softer than before: "Young Master, don't rush, you're being a little too tight."

Sesil turned his head away, feeling as if the air was being sucked out of his nostrils: "Hurry up."

To untie the ribbon, Isri had to move closer. When Cesil's nose lightly brushed against Isri's clothes, he still couldn't help but flinch.

The flavor is like a woody liquor that has taken a turn in your mouth, like a sweet and mellow red wine, bitter at first but with a sweet aftertaste that is captivating.

"You're wearing perfume?" Cecil was a little dizzy from the smell.

Isri stopped what he was doing, looked at Ceshir, and replied, "No."

Sesil frowned slightly. Why does it smell so good?

Isri did not look away from Sehir, but moved even closer. Sehir felt uncomfortable being stared at and forced a high-pitched question: "What are you looking at me for? Hurry up and untie the ribbon."

Isri didn't speak. Instead, he took off his gloves and put them aside, then raised his hand and turned Sehir's head around, pinching his chin.

"What are you trying to do now?" Sehir was startled by Isri's actions.

"Young Master, don't move." Isri whispered in Cesil's ear, tilting his head to the side.

Sehir felt a slight burning sensation at the tips of his ears. He had never been so close to Isri before. What was going on?

How embarrassing!

Just as he was thinking this, he felt a force on his face, and when he realized what was happening, he found that Isri had pinched his face.

Sehir frowned, his eyes were squeezed into a round shape, and the flesh on his face was all tucked together.

"Young Master, what did you just do?" Isri asked softly.

Completely bewildered, Sesil frowned even more deeply, his words slightly muffled as he spoke while his cheek was being pinched: "What? What are you doing?"

Chapter 54

Isri freed his thumb and gently stroked Cesil's lips, saying casually, "Young Master has some dust on his lips, let me wipe it off for you."

Sehir paused for half a second, then slapped Isri's hand away and quickly raised his own hand to vigorously wipe his lips with the back of his hand.

"What are you still staring at me for? Untie it now!" Sehir opened his mouth and gave the order.

When Islam looked at the person who had been slapped aside, he smiled and took his hand back, slowly and leisurely untying the ribbon.

What could have been a quick knot was deliberately untied by Isri for several minutes, until he finally couldn't keep up the act any longer and pulled the ribbon away.

As soon as the ribbon was pulled open, Sehir immediately jumped away from Isri and stood to the side, glaring angrily at Isri.

Only one or two ribbons remained on the wall, not yet hung up. Isri's eyes crinkled into a smile as he turned and tied a knot in the nail with the ribbon.

Whether it was because Isri had gained a little weight or because the outfit was too flattering, her slender waist was tightly wrapped in the black butler's suit jacket, creating several creases on the surface of the garment.

She stood with her long, straight legs one in front of the other, and from time to time, you could see the lower back line that was revealed when she slightly tiptoed.

Sehir stood to the side, glancing at Isri from time to time, his eyes filled with undisguised envy.

The more Cecil looked at it, the more frustrated he felt. In the end, he could only sit sullenly to one side, staring blankly at the fireplace.

After cutting the last ribbon, Isri turned around and saw Cesil hugging himself like a mushroom.

This mushroom can even keep itself warm.

Isri put his gloves back on the table, then turned and went out. The moment he stepped out, Cesil turned his head back to look at the doorway.

They go out without even saying a word, they're so spoiled!

After grumbling, Sehir turned back to look at the roaring fireplace.

A few minutes later, a sound finally came from the doorway. Ceshir turned his head and saw Isri holding a box.

As Islam approached, Cehir moved aside, making room for Islam.

Isri knelt down and handed the box to Cecil: "Young Master, this is your Christmas present."

Sehir's pupils widened slightly, and he didn't take the thing from Isri's hand for a long time. Isri then said, "Consider it a thank you gift for the roses you gave me earlier."

Sehir looked into Isri's eyes, then took the box from Isri's hand and asked, "What is this?"

"Young Master, you'll find out when you open it," Isri said, keeping everyone in suspense.

The box is entirely dark gray, engraved with dark gold patterns, edged with slender gold trim, and secured with a bright silver single-hole lock at the opening.

Once again, Cecil's heart rate soared to its peak without him even realizing it. His fingertips trembled as he unlocked the door, revealing a dark burgundy scarf lying quietly inside, its ends embroidered with roses.

The scarf's color resembles that of a wild rose, as if it has come to life in another form.

Seeing that Ceshir didn't move, Isri reached out and took the scarf out of the box. Ceshir was startled and met Isri's gaze.

Isri opened the scarf, which seemed to have its own unique fragrance. While Sehir was still in a daze, Isri stepped forward and wrapped the scarf around Sehir's neck.

"Young Master, let me put this on for you." Isri's breath tickled your ear.

Sehir stiffened his neck and looked at Isri. The scarf was made of soft fabric, and when he put it around his neck, he felt warm all over.

After Isri helped Cesil put on the scarf, he returned to his original position. The blanket in front of the fireplace seemed to have become thicker. Cesil touched the scarf around his neck and spoke after a long while.

"Thanks."

Isri's lips curved into a beautiful smile, his voice having a hypnotic effect: "The fireplace is burning brightly tonight, young master, don't worry about catching a cold. Go to sleep early, I'll stay with you."

Following Isri's words, Sehir lay down on the blanket, the fluffy fabric enveloping his entire body. Within seconds, a wave of drowsiness washed over him.

The scarf lay spread out on the white carpet, like a glass of red wine spilled on it—bold yet tasteful, dazzling yet elegant.

The person on the white carpet curled up slightly, their breathing gradually becoming even. Isri pulled a blanket from the side and gently covered Ceshir with it.

The voice was deep and alluring, and upon closer listening, it seemed to be a language not spoken here.

"Joyeyxnoel, Moncheri."

The person huddled on the blanket frowned slightly upon hearing the sound, but didn't make much of a move; they simply turned over, their back to Isri.

Isri's amber eyes were illuminated by the firelight from the fireplace, and his long, narrow phoenix eyes revealed a lazy look as he lay down on his side next to Ceshir.

The soft, golden hair kept teasing Isriel's heart, and finally, unable to resist the temptation, Isriel gently wrapped a strand of hair around his little finger.

Late at night, the fireplace glowed warmly, its soft light flickering in the quiet room, just as Ishri had said, the fireplace was very warm tonight.

Islam did not crave the sleep of the night; on the contrary, he longed for the God he had longed for.

The sentence I just read, translated under this bright moonlight, is like a romantic Milky Way in the universe, with countless stars connected by orbits in eternal rotation.

Merry Christmas, my dear.

The next day, Islam prepared everything for the day early. As always, it was a day of prayer. The people of Sehi rubbed their eyes, still dazed, and sat on the blanket.

“Young Master, it’s getting late. You should pack up and leave.” Isri bowed respectfully and said, with breakfast and toiletries already prepared beside him.
