Kapitel 85

"No way! Brother Ma is a good man, a true gentleman, unlike you, Third Master Long, who's a womanizer everywhere." Feng Ning snorted, also quite dissatisfied.

Just then, Brother Ma came over to join the fun. He didn't know what was going on between Long San and Feng Ning, only that the two were arguing fiercely, so he took a few steps closer and asked, "Miss Feng, is she your friend? Are you alright?"

“We’re not friends. I’m fine. I’ll be there in a bit.” Feng Ning waved to Ma Xinyun, showing Long San with her actions that she would not comply with his request.

Long San narrowed his eyes and stared at her. Feng Ning, not to be outdone, met his gaze directly and returned his sharp look. Ma Xinyun, confused, looked around worriedly.

Long San suddenly grabbed Feng Ning and pulled her into his arms, holding the back of her head and kissing her lips. He was showing Feng Ning through his actions that he couldn't give her up to someone else.

Seeing this, Ma Xinyun was shocked. He shouted, "You scoundrel, release Miss Feng!" Then he quickly drew his sword and stabbed it towards Long San's back.

63. The Long couple haggling over the price...

Long San was furious at being attacked. He spun around with Feng Ning in his arms, gently bit her lip, and said, "Be good." Then he drew his sword and blocked Ma Xinyun's longsword with a clang.

Ma Xinyun shouted, "Miss Feng, step aside quickly, I'll deal with him."

Long San was already annoyed with him, and now seeing that he actually wanted to act like a hero and steal the limelight in front of Feng Ning, he was even angrier. He snorted coldly, twisted his wrist, and his long sword slashed twice towards Ma Xinyun.

"You lecherous scoundrel! You dared to molest and harass Miss Feng in public, and now you still dare to be so arrogant!" Ma Xinyun attacked several times, but was chased and beaten by Long San, so he couldn't help but shout angrily.

"You're meddling in other people's business without any sense of reason or knowledge. Your meddling is completely pointless!" Long San was just trying to teach him a lesson, not intending to really hurt him.

“I witnessed your evil deeds with my own eyes, how can it be said that I did it without thinking? A true man should help those in need, how can it be considered mere spectatorship?” Ma Xinyun explained to Long San earnestly and methodically.

Long San sneered, flicked his longsword, and Ma Xinyun dodged. Long San made a feint with his left fist, but with his right hand, he placed the sword against Ma Xinyun's neck. Ma Xinyun closed his eyes, resigned to his fate, and even shouted, "Miss Feng, I am incompetent, my kung fu is no match for this lecherous thief, you must run!"

Long San frowned, but Feng Ning jumped over and pulled him away: "Alright, alright, they were just trying to help me deal with the bad guys, don't be like this."

Upon hearing this, Ma Xinyun opened his eyes and looked at Feng Ning, earnestly advising, "Miss Feng, there is no reasoning with such a villain. I deserve to die, but you should not wrong yourself by pleading for me. You should escape quickly."

Feng Ning was dumbfounded. She knew Ma Xinyun was a bit stubborn, but she didn't know he could be this stubborn. While she was still in a daze, Long San took the opportunity to turn his head and peck her on the lips, a clear act of defiance. Feng Ning frowned, angrily slapping him on the shoulder. Ma Xinyun retorted confidently, "A lie is a lie. How would I know what you were up to?"

"Is your martial arts skill better than mine?" Long San asked.

After thinking it over, Ma Xinyun had to admit, "We can't beat them."

"What do you have to do with me?"

"It doesn't matter."

"What good would it do me to lie to you?"

Ma Xinyun gradually calmed down and stopped acting foolishly. "Then, how can you prove that you are Miss Feng's husband?"

Long San turned his head and called out, "Feng'er, come here..." He froze before he could finish speaking. Ma Xinyun also turned his head and saw Feng Ning driving the carriage away, whipping it as she ran. As she fled, she shouted, "You're not allowed to follow me anymore, or I'll get angry."
