Lin Qing released Luo without hesitation. After all, they were already allies, and he couldn't keep him tied up any longer.

"Sanji, are we out of food? I'll go fishing then." Luffy said and immediately prepared to go fishing.
"I'll go. I'm not afraid of seawater, and there's plenty of food." Lin Qing smiled awkwardly.
Lin Qing opened the door and jumped directly into the sea. Ten minutes later, Lin Qing emerged from the water and returned to the deck.
Then a sea king several thousand meters long rose from the sea surface and was controlled by Lin Qing to float in the air.
The children's eyes lit up at the sight, and they ran around excitedly, shouting all the while.

Inside the Punk Hazard base, a person wearing sunglasses and with a piece of flesh stuck to their face stands at the base gate.
Meanwhile, a squad of naval soldiers were searching the surrounding area and inside.
Before long, the navy finished their search and brought Kin'emon's severed head to Vergo.
"Sir, there's no one left in the base, but we found this—a talking head." The Navy officer quickly picked up Kin'emon's reassembled head.
"Are you from the Navy? I'm here to find my son; he's been captured and brought here." Kin'emon noticed their clothing.

Vergo then put away his Vivre Card and took out a Den Den Mushi. After connecting the call, he said, "Young Master, Caesar has been captured. It must be the Straw Hat crew. Law has also betrayed us."
"What happened?"
It was another bright and sunny morning, and Sanji was preparing the ingredients that Lin Qing had brought up to make breakfast for everyone.
