Kapitel 25

Isri did not turn to look at Ling: "I only agreed to accompany you, I did not say that I wanted to chat with you."

Lin Ge chuckled softly, then burst into laughter, slapping the stool repeatedly.

"Earl Linger, what's making you so happy?"

A number of people gradually entered from outside, and seeing Lin Ge's condition, they went up to ask him what was wrong.

"No, I just thought of some funny things." As soon as Lin Ge saw those people, his face darkened.

Those who had hoped to share in the good fortune, seeing Lin Ge's state, were too embarrassed to speak and simply found their seats and sat down.

Isri glanced at Ling out of the corner of his eye. Although Kritis was named the first noble family, he was ultimately lacking in strength.

They were just merchants, while Linge was merely an earl, yet he commanded no fewer than five armies. Faced with absolute power, even the most powerful nobleman was powerless.

As Ling propped his head up and looked at Isri, who was sitting upright, the smile on his lips became more and more obvious. He was now actually looking forward to Isri's reaction.

——

"Earl, the person has been found." The administrator walked in through the door and whispered in Ling's ear.

Ling Ge's ears twitched, and he straightened up: "Then let's begin."

The administrator bowed his head and said, "Yes."

-

The surrounding lights seemed dimmer, and the light on the central disc was even more dazzling.

The glass door was slowly opened, and a young man in a pure white bathrobe walked in, immediately eliciting a chorus of gasps from those around him.

The white light overhead shone on the golden hair, and the deep blue eyes, glistening with a hint of water, looked around at everything with a sense of bewilderment.

Ling tilted his head, his gaze falling on Isri.

They are quite composed.

When Islam saw the blond hair, he was stunned for a few seconds, but then calmed down.

It was nothing more than something Ling used to provoke himself.

The blond boy slowly climbed onto the round platform. Because his collar was too loose, his delicate collarbone was exposed, and his fair skin, illuminated by the light, revealed the veins beneath his skin.

The boy looked around nervously; because he had been found at the last minute, his eyes were filled with fear.

The eyes of those around him were filled with endless desire, as if they wanted to break through the glass and devour him whole. Only when he met Isri's gaze did that feeling lessen.

Just as the boy was about to say something, the glass door opened again. The boy was startled and turned to stare wide-eyed at the person who came in.

The man was dressed in a white shirt and black trousers, which made him look rather aloof. His hair was combed back, revealing his smooth forehead.

The boy was still in a daze when the person who came in grabbed him and ruthlessly pierced the skin on his neck with a syringe.

The boy stared wide-eyed ahead, tears streaming uncontrollably down his cheeks, but then, as if remembering something, his gaze fell back on Isri.

Those trembling, pale lips seemed to be opening and closing.

He was saying, "Save me."

Isri frowned slightly and looked away. Linger seemed to notice Isri's change and turned his head, his voice playful: "Stay put, the show is just beginning."

Isri somewhat hated that he had come to this place.

The boy was thrown into the center of the disc, his whole body curled up, while the man in the white shirt stood aside, expressionlessly watching the changes in the person in the center of the stage.

Within seconds, the boy's body turned slightly pink, and his breath became erratic.

The man's lips curled into a smile as he knelt down and slowly lifted the boy's clothes, causing the surrounding gasps to grow louder.

Unfortunately, Isri was sitting right in front of him, and that golden hair kept nagging at him, while his deep blue eyes became unfocused.

The boy tried to focus several times, but gave up after failing.

The man in the center of the stage seemed to have seen it all before and was quite skilled at it. With an extremely elegant gesture, he lifted the boy's clothes, instantly exposing his delicate and smooth skin to everyone.

The man's technique was extremely skillful, like a monster born from the rainforest, constantly sliding back and forth on the smooth tree trunk.

Because of the injection, the boy's body turned bright red with the slightest touch, but the man seemed unmoved, mechanically repeating the same actions he had done hundreds of times before.

They went around to the front and back, taking care of almost every corner. The person curled up in their arms sometimes spoke in a sharp voice and sometimes in a rapid voice, as if they had reached the ultimate pleasure. The blush on their face became more and more obvious.

Because of her high vantage point, Isri could see not only the man's movements but also the boy's changes. However, for almost the entire time, Isri's gaze was fixed on that golden hair.

The short, golden hair that swayed back and forth in the air always reminded him of someone, and the increasingly amplified coquettish voice from the glass pierced his ears again and again.

By a twist of fate, Isri managed to achieve his goal of coming out, while Linge, quite intrigued, picked up the red wine beside him and took a sip.

"How is it? Doesn't it look a lot like it?" Lin Ge said.

Without even thinking, Isri knew what Linger was talking about, and Isri met Linger's eyes.

There are no noble distinctions here now; it's just a battle between two hunters.

Isri curled his lips into a smile, his voice calm: "The difference is too great. Hopefully, Earl Ling's judgment will improve next time."

Isri deliberately emphasized the word "Count," his tone no less forceful than the other man's.

“Is that so?” Lin Ge took another sip of red wine, the playfulness in his eyes fading slightly. “Your master is really unlucky to have you.”

Isri's fingers tightened slightly, a cold glint flashing in his eyes: "At least I didn't run into you, did I?"

Although he used the title "you," Isri had already pulled Ling down from his high position to stand side by side with him.

Chapter 41

Looking at Isri, Linger's lips curled up slightly, and a smile appeared in his eyes.

“You’re right,” Ringo said, somewhat agreeing with Isri.

The lewd sounds continued to echo from inside the glass room, amplifying the growing anxiety. Everyone around was panting heavily, wishing they could rush in and savor that delicacy.

A few minutes later, the sound finally subsided, and the boy lay in the middle of the round platform as if he had been dehydrated, his deep blue eyes unfathomable.

The man stood up from the disc with a blank expression, elegantly took out a handkerchief from his chest, gently wiped his dirty hands, and then clapped his hands in the empty glass room.

"The bidding will now begin!"

It was an auction item! Isri frowned again, wanting to get up from his seat.

Kelinger seemed to have noticed Isri's actions long ago and had already prepared his men behind him.

Isri clicked his tongue inwardly, settled back into his seat, and continued watching the situation inside the glass room.

The boy blossomed like a flower, and his captivating fragrance quickly aroused the taste buds of the surrounding animals, who, like ferocious beasts, wanted to tear the flower apart.

"One million!"

Suddenly a voice came from the side.

One after another, one after another.

"One million five hundred thousand!"

Two million!

The bids were getting higher and higher, and they seemed to be competing fairly for something, but in secret, they had already arranged everything.

Who wouldn't want something good? It would be better if the incompetent died.

"Five million!" came another bid.

Immediately, everyone around fell silent. Five million was too much for them; it wasn't worth it for such a toy. They all rubbed their hands together, hesitating whether to bid again.

"Five million? Are you sure you can afford it?" A sarcastic voice rang out. Isri looked up and saw a fat, middle-aged man.

"Whether I can afford it or not is none of your business. If you're so capable, keep raising the price." The other party spoke without any hesitation, his eyes fixed on his prey.

The fat, middle-aged man angrily threw his wine glass on the ground, his heavy breathing suggesting he was extremely angry. However, in the end, he didn't do anything outrageous and could only sulk in silence.

"Ten million."

A voice, neither too loud nor too soft, rang out, immediately drawing all eyes to the speaker, even Isri turned his head to look.

It's Ling Ge.

Lin Ge propped his head up with his hand, his eyes full of amusement, while he continued to savor the red wine he had just drunk.

"Count, are you sure? Ten million for this piece of trash?" The man next to him took a sip of his red wine and continued, "He can't even speak properly, his movements are terrible, he's just a piece of garbage!"

Hearing this, Lin Ge stopped shaking his cup, turned to look at the speaker, and the playfulness in his eyes vanished, leaving only indifference.

"You...are you questioning me?" Lin Ge's voice turned cold, and he looked at the other person with a gloomy expression.

The other person seemed to realize that they had said something wrong, and hurriedly looked around, but in the end they couldn't find anyone who could help them out of the predicament.

“Count Linger, that’s not what I meant.” The man seemed flustered; he was beginning to regret ever talking to Linger.

"So what do you mean?" Ling Ge's lips curled up, but his tone did not soften at all: "Tell me, if you say it well, I'll spare your life."

The man swallowed hard, his palms were sweating, his pupils contracted rapidly, and in the end, his whole body was trembling.

“Count, what I mean is that he is not good enough for you; you belong to someone better.”

The man seemed quite satisfied with his answer, and after he finished speaking, he breathed a sigh of relief.

Linge shook the wine glass again, causing the wine inside to scatter.

"Bang!"

With a thud, Ling Ge released the cup from his hand. The sound of shattering glass was extremely jarring in the empty room. The man shuddered and met Ling Ge's gaze.

"I'm very satisfied with what you said." A smile appeared in Lin Ge's eyes as he watched the man's body gradually relax.

The man forced a smile to match Lin Ge's, but it was so stiff that his face began to contort.

Lin Ge clapped his hands and exhaled: "Then I'll spare your life."

Just as the man was about to express his gratitude, a group of people suddenly appeared behind him, grabbed him without mercy, and dragged him away. The soldiers who came did not dare to stop him, after all, Ling was of a higher rank than them.

"Ling Ge! Didn't you say you were going to let me go?!" The man panicked and shouted at the top of his lungs.

Lin Ge raised his hand and rubbed his ear, his tone laced with disdain: "Don't worry, you won't die."

After he finished speaking, the man was dragged out of the door. Only when the man stopped shouting did everyone come to their senses and look at Lin Ge.

Finally, someone mustered up the courage to ask, "What happened to that person?"
