Eine eisige Aura - Kapitel 10

Kapitel 10

Wang Gang said that Sang Chan liked white clothes, so the girl started wearing white clothes the next day.

Wang Gang said that Sang Chan disliked pearl flowers, and the next day the girl tied up her black hair with a ribbon.

Wang Gang said that Sang Chan ate mostly vegetarian food, so meat would only appear on the table once every ten days or half a month.

Wang Gang said that Fairy Sangchan never loses her temper—but if she angers the young master, he will still be beaten and scolded.

However, he wasn't angry. When his young mistress hit him, she would simply lash him with the thin whip around her waist, the light touches on his skin causing a tingling, painless sensation. Sometimes, seeing his young mistress's angry, red face, Wang Gang even felt a sense of joy, hoping for another lash.

Without a doubt, Wang Gang's young master is Pang Wan. Seeing that the most popular person was not herself but Fairy Sang Chan, the Holy Maiden of the Moon Worship Cult pondered deeply and made a major decision—she would spend five years becoming the second generation of Sang Chan.

Since he can't compete with the female lead in anything, at least she has the advantage of age. He's still young and can cultivate and develop his skills. If he masters his craft in the future, he might even surpass his original form and level up directly.

The master and servant stayed in the town for more than half a month. Pang Wan did nothing but practice "Sang Chan's posture" in front of the mirror every day. Wang Gang thought she was just a fanatical admirer of Fairy Sang Chan, so he followed her.

He thought this kind of life would continue for a long time, until one day Wang Gang went out in the rain to buy steamed buns and was suddenly blocked at the entrance of the alley.

"What is your young master's surname and given name? How old is he?"

A gleaming knife was held to his neck. The newcomer was deliberately masked, his voice hoarse, and his eyes gloomy.

"I...I don't know." Wang Gang tried his best to remain calm, but his calves began to tremble uncontrollably, and liquid dripped down his face, obscuring his vision. He couldn't tell if it was rain or sweat.

"Such backbone?" The masked man stepped forward, his steel knife already embedded in Wang Gang's flesh.

"I really didn't know! I really didn't know! Please spare me, sir!" Wang Gang wailed, his collar and crotch soaked with sweat.

The masked man ignored him and plunged the steel knife in another three inches. Wang Gang cried so hard he could barely breathe, when suddenly he let out a howl and choked on his phlegm and passed out.

The masked man froze, having never seen such a cowardly man before, and turned to look at the eaves at the alley entrance.

"Young Master?" he called out towards the darkness, seemingly waiting for instructions.

The drizzling rain finally stopped, and a pair of jade-colored soft boots slowly emerged from under the eaves, not a speck of mud on them, not a single drop of rain falling on them. Their color was beautiful and warm, like the clear sky after a rain that hadn't had time to hang on the clouds.

The sound of footsteps came from behind. Pang Wan threw away the bronze mirror in her hand and looked up at the person who came.

"Why are you only getting back now?" Her voice still had a childish sweetness. "It was just buying a steamed bun, not asking you to bring a pig to slaughter!"

Wang Gang lowered his head: "I am slow to act, please spare my life, young master."

"Spare me?" Pang's eyebrows furrowed, his eyes widened, and his lips curled into a sneer. "Only by chopping off your head to drink with today's events can I vent my anger!"

Wang Gang remained silent, his back stiff, his hands clenched into fists hidden in his sleeves.

"Give it to me." A slender, white hand was extended in front of him.

Wang Gang looked up in confusion.

"Give it to me!" Pang Wan frowned and raised her voice. With a flick of her wrist, two emerald green jade bracelets collided with each other, making a tinkling sound.

"My steamed buns! My steamed buns!" she angrily reminded the person in front of her.

Wang Gang then remembered the steamed buns. He bowed even lower and said, "Young master, please spare me! I was in such a hurry just now that I accidentally dropped the steamed buns into the ditch!"

Pang Wan had sent Wang Gang to buy food early this morning, and now she had been starving for four hours, only to receive this sentence in return. She laughed in anger.

"Wang Gang, you are so outstanding." She lifted Wang Gang's chin and faced him with the gentlest and sweetest smile.

Wang Gang was momentarily bewildered when he saw her radiant smile.

But to his surprise, a whip lashed out at him the next instant: "Crack!"

"Don't you know you can buy a steamed bun on the way back?!" Looking up, he saw Pang Wan holding a golden whip and glaring at him fiercely.

Wang Gang's body stiffened, and he remained silent.

Today, Pang Wan wielded the whip with the same force as usual, but Wang Gang's face did not show the usual expression of pain mixed with a hint of ecstasy; instead, it became somewhat distorted.

"Are you sick?" Pang Wan asked curiously, reaching out to touch his forehead, but Wang Gang dodged her hand.

"Heartbroken? Poisoned? Bewitched? How strange!" Pang Wan glanced at him, too lazy to pay any more attention, turned around and walked away with a flick of her sleeve.

Pang Wan personally ordered dinner at the restaurant, ordering several signature dishes, along with plum wine, and had the waiter bring them to a private room.

"...Isn't the young master a vegetarian?" Wang Gang was somewhat surprised to see the table full of meat and vegetables.

"Your little master almost starved to death today, why don't you take this opportunity to treat yourself?" Pang Wan was very unhappy that he brought up the topic he didn't want to discuss.

Wang Gang obediently fell silent.

"Sit down! Eat!" Pang Wan didn't even look at him, and simply tossed him a pair of chopsticks.

Wang Gang was taken aback and stood still.

"What are you doing? Giving me a hard time?" Pang Wan's almond-shaped eyes widened as she bared her teeth at him. "You want to get whipped?"

Only then did Wang Gang move his buttocks onto the bench.

Under the bright moonlight and amidst the picturesque scenery, the two of them devoured a hearty meal.

After a hearty meal, Pang Wan, his face flushed, suddenly grabbed a lotus-shaped plate and began to lament the passing of spring and the coming of autumn.

"Wang Gang, do you think the white lotus is pretty?" She hiccuped.

Wang Gang didn't know the deeper meaning behind her words, so he could only guess and reply, "That's right."

Pang Wan pouted, seemingly angry and resentful: "Do all the people here like innocent, pure women?"
